Response is because it may have got wet in a bathroom so out of guarantee. Nothing we can do. Tried to be reasonable with them willing to accept a drawer front and replace myself. This is not the end of this.
If you are thinking of purchasing Hudson Reed Products or other items from ED just remember 5 year warranty actually means 5 mins if you are going to put a bathroom vanity unit in a bathroom or have steam close to it.
