Was slightly put off by previous reviews regarding holes not right and latches not working but everything fitted perfectly and the finish was much better than I expected. I am used to assembling items as part of my work and it took me 90 minutes taking it slowly and would advise that you read the fitting instructions carefully as several items could be fitted the wrong way around unless you study the pictures. We are very pleased with the look of the sideboard and would definitely buy from them again.

Again, fantastic service from Ergonomic Designs. Problems with previously ordered Kartell Aspen radiators all sorted by Tara and the team at Ergonomic. Service from Kartell themselves was absolutely shocking. Thank You Ergonomic Designs, can't recommend enough. Will definitely use again.

Always found them very helpful, even when I ordered the wrong thing! They took it back with no quibble and I then got the correct item.

Fantastic service. I was wary of using an online bathroom supplier after ordering (from elsewhere!) last year when items were marked In Stock but actually took almost three weeks to arrive - this seems to be a tactic of many of the online bathroom suppliers.
Ergonomic Designs, however, have accurate listings, a clear website, and straightforward delivery options. Item arrived within 48 hours which was great. Item was exactly as described and well-packaged. Courier used was the most polite and gentlemanly delivery guy I've ever met - knocked gently because he thought we were still sleeping and then carried items into garage for me.
I would definitely, definitely use Ergonomic Designs again. :-)

Brilliant company, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and delivery was amazing. Used ergonomics a for my en-suite and my bathroom and both were cheeper than anywhere else. Products are perfect as well.

Bought a designer radiator for a good price. The only thing that could have been better was delivery, dispatched Monday morning and arrived late on the following Friday would have been nice to have a tracked delivery

Purchased from this god awful company. Items arrived damaged, and one item in our and our professional fitters opinion was second hand or at very least ex display, When you inform the company they tell you that they were not broken by them More

You can t leave 0 stars! No tracking information on placing your order so you won t know when it will turn up. Ergonomic Designs also failed to respond to follow up email.
Typically item didn t arrive and I had to call to be told courier company had tried to deliver and carded address. Simply not true we were in and have CCTV. Again no tracking information to reference. Ergonomic Design Checked on my order, it was returned to manufacturer and sold to someone else. Because there is no tracking information they are also in the dark to what had happened and won t know if the item has arrived. No offer of alternative product or any help on the phone. Just excuses. Asked for a full refund.

Sometimes you pay a few pounds less but it costs you much more in time and frustration.

Easy to order, prompt delivery, arrived well packed and item as expected. This was a replacement for a toilet seat that not many places stock and we were happy with both price and service.

Very poor. Majority of the items were delivered damaged. A replacement shower tray was delivered the following day that was also delivered damaged. I was then advised that the earliest the items could be collected replaced was Tuesday the following week. This was not ideal due to the sizes of the items. A bath, toilet, toilet furniture, large basin and furniture. I was also promised that the items would be inspected prior to them leaving the warehouse

Tuesday arrived as did the replacement items - again all damaged apart from the bath! Dumped on my driveway! Clearly not inspected. I waited in all day and it they were not collected so I now have two baths, two bath panels and all the other items to try and get round. The company cannot give me a time for collection even though I have given them two options as I refuse to take any more time off work.

They will not refund me till the collect the items and will not let me dispose of the items either.

Avoid at all costs their service is shocking and their suppliers do not care either

First item didnt arrive I had to chase it up, second item arrived absolutely smashed to bits and no replacement offered so I am now stuck with a broken toilet and having to pay out for a new one, will not be using this company again

I bought a 2000 x 800 shower tray and Ergonomic Designs were offering the most competitive price for the branded tray that I wanted. Ordering was straightforward and the item itself was delivered very quickly once my order was placed. I would certainly use the company again and based upon my experience would have no hesitation in recommending them to other propspective purchasers.

There was a manufacturing defect with the bath tap I ordered, I contacted Ergonomics and they were a pleasure to deal with and got a replacement part delivered in 2 days. Dealt with Sam who was great. Good service makes all the difference, thanks!

Cheapest products I was able to find on the internet, but classy service! They were super friendly and called me to find out when would be a convenient day for me to receive the order, and the kit arrived super quickly after I'd ordered it. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

I placed an order for a shower tray and accessories on a Saturday and it was delivered on Tuesday. There was a missing item, which was replaced very promptly. Products were good quality, excellent value for money and excellent service. I would buy from this supplier again without hesitation.
