Ordered a Kartell radiator from ergonomic on 01.0...
Ordered a Kartell radiator from ergonomic on 01.01.19 called on 07.01 to get delivery date as it hadn t arrived was told not in stock estimated to be in stock 31.01 got an email on 31.01 to say still not in now estimated in 17.02 email again on 17.02 still not in new estimate day 21.02
When moving the box that the Kartell driver so kindly brought in and placed against the wall, we then discover the imperfections caused by some sort of truck see picture attached
After all the messing about with dates then being told extra charges will apply, we decide not to order from ergonomic and go else where we ask them to come and pick up the radiator
We get our refund of the radiator, but they don t refund the delivery and when questioned their response was we picked it up for free as a gesture of good will and when Kartell opened the box the radiator wasn t damaged
So the policy is it doesn t matter in what state the parcel leaves Kartell in what s state its delivered to the customer even if it has been driven over if we open the box and cant see any marks if you back it you will have to pay
