Called this place twice from my place of employment. First call was sent to someone named Carter. Went to his voicemail. This was on Wed February 27th. I called again on Monday March 4th. Spoke to Kathleen. Tried to send me to Carter again. My question to her was why would I let you do that. He has never returned my first call. She said I'll get with him and we will call you back. Guess what STILL no return call. I honestly hope you don't treat all your customers this damn bad. I will NEVER call you again for anything.
