Been using RevenueWell for a few years now. Great pt communication and appointment reminders. Easy to do pt email campaigns to let them know what you are doing in your practice. Very good support. They send surveys to pts and it makes it easier to try and get google reviews. Been very happy with their services and my patients enjoy and appreciate it too.

Revenue Well does so many things well, that I find that I'm spoiled. The way they have everything automated, and user friendly, makes other technologies frustrating. Why can't everything run as smoothly as Revenue Well????? :)

I highly recommend Revenue Well - it is like no other patient communication software system out there! I love all the features and the ease of the program but I would have to say that my favorite feature is their customer service! They are very responsive and will always find answers. Too many features to mention but each and every one is spot on perfect for the dental office. I love Revenue Well!

1) This was designed by a dental office manager for dental offices so they are focused on helping us get more done during the day and have more time to be with our patients.
2) It reads dental codes so it can automatically send treatment plan follow up emails for treatment that did not get scheduled and post op emails. Since switching to them, our case acceptance has gone up and our emergency calls have gone down
3) There are no contracts... I was with another company for years and only stayed with them this long because of their awful contract. Revenuewell believes they need to earn your business each month and don't have you sign a long term contract.
4) Their customer service is amazing. They are here to help us utilize this system on a day to day basis therefore they are easy to reach and work with when you are having an issue
5) They are always looking to add new enhancements and services. They pay attention to the dental industry and if something comes up that will help us in the front office or connect with our patients, Revenuewell is already on figuring out how they can incorporate it in their software.

I have worked with many 'patient communication' services over my 15 year career. Most are focused on communicating appointments and recall reminders with patients. While this is important, it is no longer enough.
Today automated communications should be much more. It should be post op instructions, follow up to proposed treatment plans, social media management, online review management, and a patient communication portal.
