One of the biggest international airport in Central Europe.
The airport is nice and very comfortable and the bathrooms are always clean
An airport to switch to international destinations. Very clear and well maintained. Good atmosphere during the transfer.
Nice airport, big and with many food offers. Security does not sleep - armed and unarmed police officers are often found. This is a big plus in such times. Announcements are clear and understandable & there are enough scoreboards. Gates are understandable and control is fast. There are many shopping stalls and smoking boxes as well. Always my pleasure!
Very clean, clear and you have a lot of space for yourself. The location is another plus!
Clearly arranged, lots of light, positive atmosphere, good material quality of the buildings, inviting, friendly staff, large parking spaces available, acceptable walking distances, nice shopping opportunities, wonderful experience at Zurich Airport.
good shopping also on Sundays. When you shop you can now park for only CHF 1.00. Travel is also great at the moment as there's not many travellers. Was on 3 flights in the last 3 weeks and you can walk straight into the plane without any waits anywhere. Corona theater is limited to the distance keeping. Some people wear masks.
Today we were on an airport tour, it was a fascinating and exciting experience. Dock E had two Swiss Dreamliner Boeing 777s and we were able to see the landing gear and the engines up close and watch the refueling of the machine. A big compliment to our tour guide, he explained and told us a lot of interesting facts.
It would be perfect if the WLAN offer were available at the American airports, 2 hours are Swiss and look good at the gate to the big wide world, as if time had stood still. # LetsGuide
Airport that acts like one of the big ones but isn t. The infrastructure is overly complicated for something this small. But overall very nice and clean and you always get on your plane without complications.
Best airport in the world, no matter if cleanliness, friendliness, and above all safety. Toilet so clean, you could eat there. Very modern airport, like no other in the world. Swiss luxury standard as you know it.TOP
Nice airport. Very clear and varied as far as the shops are concerned. Good connections from public transport (train, bus, tram) Parking spaces always available (subject to a charge)
Zurich Airport collects a fee of at least 5.- for every driver who picks someone up! I'm actually forced to pick everyone up at departure or at the operation center! If you have the same system on "arrival" (up to 5min free) you would not annoy your customers unnecessarily. 5.- for a passage is not only very high, it is simply a cheek in such a way to exclude your customers!
PS. No, I don't go to car park 6, because I don't have time to park a car and then pick it up when the person is already ready to pick up.
Always nice to take off and arrive even in difficult times ZRH
Best airport I ever seen. Officers and staffs were so polite. Cleanliness in 5 star standard. Will travel more and more to Zurich. Love you Zurich.
Love this airport!! Great shopping and great lounges to hangout. Clean and friendly. No dogs from what i can tell.
very good attention and all accessible, despite not speaking the language this was not difficult to reach our boarding gate !!
Do not fly to or connect through this airport. It is the worst airport in Switzerland and the worst airport in the whole of Europe as well. In February 2018, my family and I flew to this airport. We had just finished our skiing holiday in Austria. Usually, in airports, you go to the lounge first and then onto your gate. But instead, my family and I ended up walking in circles. Also, this airport is short-staffed. The shopping desks were empty and even the concierge desk was empty! When we asked for help, they refused to help us. Also, when we got to the lounge, there was no food left! Please train your staff properly and improve the quality of your lounges! Also, Zurich airport has not won an award since 2008. Improve your airport! PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF PROBABLY!!!
The best well maintained Airport. Hat's off to you Zurich.
We arrived in Zurich very early, but still the sun did not get up, you see the sun is so amazing.
For four suitcases in the car at the airport we paid 5 CHF. Stay of us in the Ankubftsbereich 3 minutes.
The passage on arrival costs at least 5 CHF from 0 to 15 minutes. Such a thing is quite according to my sense of humor ..... This is very very hospitable dear airport management ...
Great spectator terrace with possibilities for round trip and free shuttle bus to the terrace on the Midfielddock E.
Huge airport with even a metro to change terminals.
Great airport ... Everything is very clean, organized ... Good relaxation areas ...
I switched here during the coronavirus age. Seeing an airport so empty is a very strange feeling.
This is a wonderful place #localguides #localguidesconnect
I hear Geneva airport is as dead as a dodo but whilst much much quieter than in normal times, there was life at Zurich airport! Sad to see the departure board with only 10 flights on it at 2 o'clock in the afternoon but shops and caffees are open as usual. The only annoying thing: parking is soooo expensive!
One of the best in the world.
Organized as a beehive.
Plenty of shops and restaurants where you can spend your waiting time.
Convenient airport, many signs, but there is one big minus - the Internet! Rather, his absence ... twice was at this airport and twice the Internet was absent, and not only for me ...
The Zurich Airport is very easy to fly in or out. Customs was quick and rental cars were easy to access.
One of the best, cleanest and most accessible airport in Europe. Eiffziente ways, clear gates and no orientation difficulties and 1A connection not only to Zurich, but also in other cities.
1A, without ifs and buts.
Super communicates with public transport quickly and easily. No long waiting times at check-in, very friendly and helpful ground staff.
Easy to check in nice and helpful staff
The airport is not good in case of long time of transfer
Clean and easy to navigate. Large and spacious. However, I was frustrated about the fact that they slowed the escalators to the trains in terminal E so we would be jammed. It was early in the morning so I'd imagine they did this because they were understaffed at immigrations. The WiFi is also rather slow and took me a few tries to get in.
Not passenger friendly. I took the train to the airport to catch a flight to Canada. It takes several escalators and connecting walks to finally reach the appropriate check-in counter to deposit the checked baggage. It took far too long for the security check despite using the business class line because the set-up is inefficient and cramped. There is no business class line for the exit passport control - another frustrating time waster. There was a huge lineup to get onto the downward escalator to the Skymetro which takes you to Terminal E. The escalator was running at a very slow pace. The Skymetro is very slow at starting up and then takes very long to slow down, align the doors and open them at the terminal. The print size on the directional signs is too small making it difficult to find the business lounge. The push back from the finger dock was delayed about 20 minutes because there was a problem with the pushback tractor resulting in further delays because other planes had moved ahead of our slot. This experience is not what I would expect in Switzerland where the trains run like clockwork.
I visited this airport in 2012. The friendliest people, what a pleasure.
Very large, very clean and well maintained airport. Friendly staff. Numerous and magnificent shops where you can spend your time waiting.
Best Airport in the world - fast, modern and efficient!
Very easy access by train and bus
Good shopping experience
Plenty of Swiss chocolate varieties
Spent three hours here at the lounge during a layover. We were traveling to Tel Aviv, Israel. The lounge is amazing. So many sofas to relax, it was not very crowded and there's a dedicated area just for sleeping where no phones or food is permitted! Serves good food and drinks too. No showers though. The balcony gives an amazing view of the aircrafts.
Ok. I should probably not hold it against airport but Swiss Airlines were so disorganized and not prepared for travel. The airport was clean but mostly non operational. Stores did not have anything exciting to offer. The coffee shop Pret had decent coffee and non assuming sandwiches were fresh . But the rest of the experience was irritating at best and infuriating for sure.
One of the best airports. Full of tech stores and chocolates.
The Swiss business lunch is overcrowded and the food is low class. Families with children welcome as a result at time's noisy
Good, nothing special. A small peripheral airport. Comfortable as it is small.
Nice clean relatively small airport so everything is quite fast and wait times are reduced to a minimum. Easy and fast to reach by public transportation especially from Zurich city. Also a good place to go shopping on Sundays when most stores are closed or to find an open post office or place to eat. The only negative thing is that everything closes very early. So if your flight gets delayed or cancelled you will be bored out of your mind.
It s a huge, for European standards airport. It is pretty clean. The staff is not only kind, but also willingly helpful. Swiss mindset exuded. Inscriptions and signboards offer clear and sufficient guidance, so the airport is easy for the foreigners.
Zurich airport is simply the best airport ever. There were like a million people there today. You know how much time it took me to get from the tram to the burger king inside? 15 minutes. That is Swiss effeciency. Beautiful.
Clean, efficient, friendly staff. Many Swiss Army knife and watch ads. Has shopping centre.
I love the airport more than anything else in Switzerland it is cool when I drive by to see the plane. When I was 7 I was 13 when I was 13 and I thought he was cool. Of course the controls are good too, but I would recommend using the right body scanners like the one in frankfurt. Picking herazs by accident and then just searching for explosives is a 50-50 schongse for the smugglers. But sonsnts everything goes tip top I have never been late in Zurich so a big commendation for the airport team.
Super cool, modern hub airport with fast handling times and various shopping and dining options.
Very nice airport.
Under the airport, a small train connects the various gates with a humorous, Swiss melody.
For a long time everything went smoothly at check in or check out.
The train station, with Nah
and long-distance connections, is located directly below the airport.
Easily accessible by elevator or escalator, people with disabilities are well advised there.
Runs like clockwork. Very efficient, clean, well sign posted etc.
Being just passing through, I didn't visit the whole airport but it is really big, on several floors and there are many accesses as well as many shops with super friendly staff.
Just missing a few drink dispensers (coffee, hot chocolate, ...) as well as signs because we got lost
The '' living rooms '' are comfortable enough but to sleep it is a bit small but otherwise it's good.
The security guards at the gantry are not very nice but we make do with it
Mostly I recommend
Nice, manageable airport. Sufficient but expensive parking. Staff always friendly and correct. Check-in easily via smartphone. Many shopping facilities; partly also surprisingly cheap (for an airport) and qualitatively good.
The airport in Zurich is well structured, very clean.
You immediately feel comfortable. The range of shops and bistro / snack bars is very diverse.
So far I have not arrived at a nicer airport.
Really only to be recommended.
The most beautiful airport I have ever seen. Thanks to all your employees.
The largest airport in Switzerland. Shops, restaurants, lounges, everything is there.
Terminal E, accessible by metro, is used for intercontinental flights. But the metro is a bit kitsch with its sounds of mountains and horn of the Alps.
Attention the sound for the ads is not top
Best airport, super clean, great shops, good signs "
Short-term parking zone on arrival is no longer free for the first 5 minutes but costs a new CHF 5.-. Whether there are the few extra income compared. really pays the angry customer?
Very well packed airport. Unfortunately, each way through the duty-free zone, unnecessary.
Very friendly staff at the airport, the airport itself has beautiful interior, many shops you'll find here including famous franchises, the only negative thing I observed was that the kids play area opens from 7am to 1pm.
Free WiFi is available but you need your boarding pass to scan it through the WiFi device and get the password.
Arrival to pick someone up costs CHF 1 per minute. It is luxury. Otherwise just great service and shopping opportunities.
Very slow handling of the transfer security means that you can not catch the next flight after 50 minutes.
Practical, clear, clean and comfortable. Prices for meals and drinks at a high level.
I like this airport for how well it is signposted and good service. Thank you very much and have a good day ...
Super airport the best in the world for me it's the best airport
One of the best airports in the world. Very well organized, support staff everywhere. I've never had to wait long for my luggage.
