Beautiful building, with all the latest innovative products presented by Microsoft, including the Surface Studio, which cannot be found in other places. From the loft there is a spectacular view, there are also many spaces for events and the area is one of the best in Milan.

I have been there recently to escape a Comparex workshops and I have to say that the venue is really nice and pleasant to visit. Developed in length and entirely in glass, a cathedral in a gray area of Milan. Too bad for the parking lots that are not easy in the area.

The Microsoft house is a great place to study, work, read, and in general to hang around for a while. The entrance is free and is open daily (access restricted when special events are held). There is free Wi-Fi, Xbox games, chairs and tables and electricity outlets. The staff is friendly and restroom is clean. The space is quite modern and inviting. I was about to give it four stars because there is no bar/coffee inside, but given that it is free, with a great location and the fact that the lack of bar keeps it from being overcrowded, it absolutely deserved the 5 stars.

I wasn't there but I had to deal with technical support for Xbox One. With all the money we spend on games and subscriptions when we propose a sharing problem, they blame the manufacturers, while they give responsibility to Microsoft. They told me that they will try to solve the problem but in the meantime the customer is screwed. What the hell they say we give you the code to play ....

I'm trying to get information on Office 365 for the non-profit, but the search for contacts (toll-free assistance, etc.) doesn't lead anywhere (sites intended to provide contacts: empty; toll-free numbers that don't answer or don't exist ; switchboard with horrible jingle that never answers). It seems that Microsoft Italia does everything to discourage contact.

I was invited to a conference on Microsoft products, an excellent place both as technological equipment and as a welcome, and as a convenience. As this was a very technical conference and held in English, I would have preferred that the speakers, who were more than prepared, spoke more slowly, in order to make the presentation more effective. Not all of them are native English speakers and the topics are complex.
