We were on the spectator terrace and already flown from there. Staff is very nice. If you have questions you will be well advised. Well labeled. Conclusion: I find the airport super.

Beautiful and efficient airport. Always a joy travelling from here.
Little excursion. At the moment fewer planes. You can also have a coffee or go for a walk. I would like to come to this place
Zurich airport is really nice place for traveler. Lot of brand stores, nice restaurants many high standard lounges and also smoking lounges you can't find in other airports. Swiss Chocolate brands are everywhere and is kind of shopping center outside terminals. Parking space is not a problem and even one hotel is directly at airport. Close by are few more cheaper hotels and all of them have shuttle services
Up until now, as a frequent flyer, we have always been very satisfied with Zurich Airport and its efficiency (although you cannot say that from all shops in the airport ...) but what was offered today is not worthy of an international airport - 30min. !!! waiting time in the priority lane - sometimes only one row was available - the lady who was supposed to coordinate was either overwhelmed or simply unusable. on request, she only said: 'sorry - that's the way it is' - you can learn a lot from other airports in europe - and worldwide.
that you as an intl. the airport seems to have no idea about the number of passengers is unacceptable. in this sense - 'nice holidays' & nice queue and be there early!
This airport very very expensive compared to UK Germany Ireland Sweden Holand the prices are not normal lavatory are not clean smells very bad and after 23:00 they closing the security checks
Besides Singapore one of my favorites. Clean, clear and a clear structure.
in the top runners for my favorite airport for the quality of service !
and the coffee is awesome...
I am having a wonderful exp. here at zurich airport.
The food is good and do not forgets to have chocolates....
Nice airport, helpful staff organizer, few shops, gates to travel through other lounges arriving by train, some airlines do not receive passengers until three hours before departure.
They are introducing new automated passport control and it's a standard project failure. The IT guy stands there praying that it works, complaining if people do not understand how to place the passport exactly or telling people that have the latest EU passport in credit card size that it's not a passport. Disgraceful, why not use a system that has already been developed? Or work on something that truly adds value to the traveller like the US Preclearance system?
Navigation from checkin on the ground floor to departures is not clear. Signs are small and you have to go 2 floors up through sparsed escalators.
One of the best airports in Europe. There's nothing to add. Clean and comfortable.
Picked up the daughter by car on arrival, she waited outside, did not walk for 2 minutes and had to pay 5 Sfr, pure rip off ...
This place has the best first class lounge that I ve ever seen throughout my travels. I had so much fun.
Zurich International Airport is clean and has plenty of restaurants. The prices are often not very different from the outside. There is a place to watch the planes and get 5 Francs for adults.
It's a beautiful and clean airport. Well maintained in all aspects. In general duty free shops cost more in comparison with outside/ local market. Sufficient parking lot and accessibility is good. Staff are so cooperative and welcomed with sufficient warmnth. Enjoy Europe via Zurich airport.
This is exactly what every major airport should be like....
For globetrotters or for the aviation fan.
Zurich Airport offers many destinations and attractions within the airport building, a very large tolerance for aviation fans who would like to be on the apron to shoot all the great photos.
The airport offers 3 big parking's, I recommend there always the P6 it is 4 minutes walk away but with long term parkern the cheapest and the far the least peparkteste parking.
The Visitor Deck is a free ticket for the visitor's terrace with a valid ticket for that day.
There you can witness on nice days countless takeoffs and landings.
Enclosed a small section of my gallery.
a big airport. There are plenty of shops both inside and outside, duty free. But after going to the doors, it is very difficult to return to the shops. After the security checks, a train is passed to a different region.
Nice clean airport, you also like to go to the toilet.
In other countries, the toilets are always a disaster, not here.
Beautiful, clean and organized. What more could you ask for? OH! WI-FI. Zurich Airpirt, seriously? You have to give your number before you get WiFi? Keep in mind most travelers aren't from Switzerland and can't receive texts. Most International airports world wide offer free, easy access Wi-Fi. I really expected the same from such an other wise perfect airport.
Very clear airport. The cleanliness was very good, the range of gastronomy was great, and no edges were found to throw the rolling suitcase off the track. I felt very comfortable there. Staff ... no matter who, very helpful throughout.
A fine airport. Enough shopping and dining facilities. Enjoy the Milka sponsored subway to the international terminal !
Correction: I loved being greated by the "Milka" Cow half way !
Great airport, at times hard to know by where should I go.
Inefficient and very expensive place, as always long lines at passport control to leave the country, e control gates not working as usual
5 stars except for that they have a forced walk through a shop to get to the gates after security. I mean come on guys, it's an international airport, not an amusement park.
Clear signage, short queues, silence, visual harmony. Great airport for weary travelers.
Good shopping, great food and has a grocery going to one international shipment which has things to price very cheap.
Well connected to the city. The big one has to leave the time to get to the gates. The Internet is free, but it's best to find a place to scan the code - the machine's printing code. Digital registration did not work - no code was received. Masses are in more places ...
Very large and well-served airport, I stopped for 3 hours for free WiFi only for an hour
With a disabled child (disability is not immediately visible) I was suggested to use a concierge service instead of airport assistance.
Worst is, it was during covid times and I am pretty certain the assistance service was not overworked during the time we flew because it was very empty.
Trying to cost cut at every occasion at the expense of the traveler. In my eyes, this leaves a very poor impression - cost cutting disability services. If I could I would give this airport 0 stars. In no other airport I have been directed to a paid service.
On the bright side, the actual driver that assisted us was very friendly. The counter staff is exceptionally rude and incompetent for dealing with sensitive matters such as disability assistance.
Always great from Zurich. No Steess and everything was clean.
Great staff and plethora of shopping, dining and passtime options. The only complaint I have is regarding the gate announcement. They could be a bit earlier
Friendly Swiss people are the most memorable airport.
Passengers are totally ignored. Nobody cares about passengers having short time to reach the connecting flight. For me this is the third time I have stuck in this airport.
A great Airport. Great Selection. Very clean. Amazing Connections for Public Transportation. There sadly isn't enough Staff at the Airport, making Customs & Check-In rather long.
Update: A surprising fact for a lot of tourists will be that Zurich Airport is a Transportation Hub for commuters. During Rush Hour, it's heavily frowned upon if you don't stand on right at an escelator. Failing to do so can result in people just pushing you or your luggage away. Just a friendly reminder :)
The airport is pleasant, well organized and well signposted, Terminal E is easy to reach via skytrain, the distances are not that long,
Cannot understand why such places are senseless expensive.
Amazing airport... very beautiful, many stores. It's is a huge place but very easy to find the gates.
The airport in Kloten is very easy to reach. Parking garages cleverly furnished and from the parking spaces to check in is quite far and still good to master, even for older passengers.
The airport itself is very clean, with a quiet atmosphere, which gives a great security. The security staff is discreet, reserved and yet very helpful.
The scoreboards are very clear and clear. The announcements are hard to understand, but everything is very well written. Shops are OK!
Otherwise, a great experience. The mother-in-law is given up and other passengers take care of the older woman who is not alone on board. But at the airport we make sure everyone gets to the right destination.
The airport Kloten in the international comparison one of the better sort.
clean airport and the security lines are always short (waiting time between 2-10 minutes)
The new First Lounge is very nice and has its own security check.
There is also a great smoking oasis
In general a very good airport, with lots of stores and restaurants offering high quality services (while as always in Switzerland on the expensive side). However, I'm always disappointed about the immigration area which is completely unorganized, which is not typical to Switzerland - no staff to organize waiting lines whatsoever and the signage has room for improvement too.
Fast efficient. Friendly immigration officers. Hello from Thailand.
Immigration officer So cute
Very nicely structured. Check in etc is easy to find. The downside is the parking fee. Quite violent for short-term parking (just under 2h)
otherwise the airport is world class
Great airport we would get lost if it is not so well reported. Now that the holidays are beautifully adorned I like it a lot. People are here helpful.
Clean airport with clear signs where to go and friendly staff.
One of the cleanest, most organized airports in the world
Very modern airport with a lot of gates, services and shops. Quick check-in and security check. Like Switzerland - very efficient. Prices are unfortunately very high too. You have a lot of connections to the airport.
Not just for passengers ... Good shopping from morning to night. Migros has a very large assortment and is therefore also suitable for large purchases. Very good public transport connection and ample parking available.
It is very cold, the air conditioning system is very low
Excellent airport good natural lighting, restaurants and shops
Very good and clean airport. Always nice to fly from Zurich.
One of the best airports in the world. Efficiency and design are outstanding.
Most likely you will visit here as a connecting hub between flights. What would you reasonably expect from a place like this? That it has free WiFi and reasonably priced food/snacks.
I paid $20 for a cup of coffee and a cold bagel sandwich. And the wifi didn't work. They had some weird sign in process which didn't go through.
I'd suggest not planning any long layovers here.
Edit: Their internet liaison has left a response, which I appreciate. I am unable to reply to it, so I will leave a response here instead.
Swiss legislation may mandate a registration for the airport WiFi, but as a reasonably tech-savvy person I was unable to get the registration to go through. I believe it requires a working phone number. Mine wasn't working, because I was abroad.
As far as the overpriced food is concerned: a friend of mine who has visited Switzerland tells me food is expensive in that country in general. So... I guess welcome to Switzerland, hope you brought some snacks?
Very modern And clean airport. Everything in relative short working distances; very good to reach by train.
If you can enter: very good food and drinks service in lounges
One of the best airports worldwide with the best processes for luggage etc. My first choice ...
Landed in the afternoon end August and it was 28 degrees. Escalator to arrival hall was not working unfortunately and most passengers after a long flight with hand luggage do not wish to climb up many steps. Passport control was overcrowded and air-conditioning didn't seem to be working.
There was overcrowding and a long wait at the luggage collection.
Maybe, it's time to build a new spacious hall like the Singapore Changi Airport where everything is really efficiently run. You get a better feeling of welcome there.
Great hotel. The staff is fantastic and the rooms are nice.
Breakfast is very good as well.
After doing many layovers in other countries, and this being my first time stopping in Zurich, i must say it was quite a disappointing experience. I Think the main reason, is because this airport looks like a prison! The architecture is minimalist indeed (which is not a bad point) but JUST black & white colors, concrete walls and ceiling, the access to the bathrooms (heavy doors, stairs and echoes) and a cold environment gives the sensation you are at a (very modern) detention complex.....needless to say about the guards holding rifles walking around the terminals. (i do agree, security is important, but is it necessary to have people holding rifles around the terminals? o.o).
Very bad feeling for cx383 02jun immigrantiom/check people in airport without patience. The immigration guy (Zurich police) yield loudly at people and say why do not arrange on one line for the same purpose ? Just waste their time
Very bad impression for Zurich airport and Zurich police . I post this information to reminder the bad Guy (Zurich police)
I update my comments as 2-Jun after Zurich airport feedback.
And add more information.
Thank you for your reply. It is not the fault of Cathay pacific airways.
I give them 5 stars as best airways I ever met.
It is the guy (Zurich police) who are responsible of immigration and check in 2-jun morning. Did Zurich airport and Zurich police setup a warning sign to declare that visitor who with same purpose like business, travel and others shall be in one single line,or will be yielding loudly at airport ?
Or just because these guy (Zurich police) who get up early with bad mood ,then he can yield at all the visitors , you can check the video who (Zurich police) is yielding at 300 customers by the immigration for cx383. The men (Zurich police) in the left desk, he stand up and yield at 300 visitor. It is very uncomfortable experience. You can check the video and feedback the respond of the men without patience.
Let's see how Zurich airport and Zurich police how to handle the international customer complain .
Till 15-jun, I come back from Zurich, Zurich airport and Zurich police still not feedback. I am afraid racial discrimination will happen again for Chinese .
One of the best airports that I have been so far. Very clean, good markings of where to go, shooping center, big parking etc...
