Airplex is a great firm to deal with!
they have fitted my Ranger with a Flair kit and looks great, had a small repair needed some months later and sorted it no questions asked!!

Very Bad they said my order will be here in 1-2 months and hasn't arrived and also they did LED day time running lights where they connected it so my headlight cut it so there's can work. Bad experience

Had a lid installed in Christchurch from Airplex. Twelve months later it was causing problems. Dealt with Mario from Airplex, travelled to Auckland, had the problem fixed no cost in a couple of hours. Fabulous service. Mario is a gem for your company.

Really really BAD customers service!! They make you feel like your in the wrong. They don't try to understand your side of the story. In there minds they are always right regardless of your complaint etc. What A complete JOKE! They fitted nudge bar for my vehicle so close to the bumper so if it was to hit even a little hit it will cause damage to the bumper which is what happened. So I highly recommend people to look elsewhere! This company is a complete JOKE and a time/money waster!!!!!

The team at Airplex went above and beyond for us.

They were great when organising our "very specific" request for a Rhino Roof rack for our 2014 Prius, which came in at a great price and super quick.

And they were amazing when I came back having totally failed to install it myself. Simon made time same day to give it a look and got it sus'd. All of this just before their Christmas break when their team was super busy.

Airplex Auto Accessories are a great new zealand company. Have found great to shop with. Stone gaurd made professionally is a quality product new zealand manufactured came with instructions easy to fit my Great Wall v240 Ute. I would definitely recommend Airplex Auto Accessories.

Getting a set of window shields fitted to my 2011 VE Commodore Wagon and the parts were on the shelf, didn't have to book in to get em fitted. $160 for a set of 4 tinted shields and 20 bucks for the fitting... too much Airplex

I am happy to recommend Airplex as a great organisation to deal with.
I ordered a deck liner, rubber mat, wellside edge protection, foldable tonneau cover, and "tail lift assist" for my new ute. It all arrived in good condition and everything went in place easily and I am very pleased with the result
The tail lift is an especially good accessory and I was very pleased with the good advice to fit this system

Airplex has fitted two of my vehicles ..First one was great ..But last one not so good ...not fitted well , bar not set in wright position and at wrong angle .. have talked to Airplex about it.. they are going to replace unit..have to wait -1-2..months for replacement ..will wate and see if all comes good ...Service is great and helpfull..
