Not passenger friendly. I took the train to the airport to catch a flight to Canada. It takes several escalators and connecting walks to finally reach the appropriate check-in counter to deposit the checked baggage. It took far too long for the security check despite using the business class line because the set-up is inefficient and cramped. There is no business class line for the exit passport control - another frustrating time waster. There was a huge lineup to get onto the downward escalator to the Skymetro which takes you to Terminal E. The escalator was running at a very slow pace. The Skymetro is very slow at starting up and then takes very long to slow down, align the doors and open them at the terminal. The print size on the directional signs is too small making it difficult to find the business lounge. The push back from the finger dock was delayed about 20 minutes because there was a problem with the pushback tractor resulting in further delays because other planes had moved ahead of our slot. This experience is not what I would expect in Switzerland where the trains run like clockwork.
