Clean, tubelisafe, efficient and friendly. Lovely again.

For me, one of the best airports - clean, clear, friendly staff, quick person control and handling. Only longer or earlier opening times of the shops would be desirable.

Super clear airport, really good for Planespotter! There are holes in the fences so you can take better pictures and the spectators terraces are awesome! Although it costs money to enter, a transfer to Terminal e is included in the price! On the deck there are restaurants and really much to discover! Fun for big and small!

One of the worlds best airport. All routes are perfectly signed and the airport is very clean, modern and short ways to walk.

Airport itself is nice and small. There are limited shops but they are stocked with local souvenirs which are unique and fairly well priced

A good airport, lounge are comfortable and the airport is globally very clean. The architecture is nice, but it's maybe a bit too big and feel empty, it also adds a lot of walk/commuting.

I like this airport. The smokers rooms are a great thing.

I had always had good experiences, also in 2018, where everything was always late.

This year in 2019, the "delay" situation has improved within Germany, but not apparently in Zurich. If I hear the announcement in an over-punctual start in Nuremberg that there is no free slot in Zurich and the start is delayed by 20 minutes and then we have to circle another 10 minutes in the air before we can land, then I have to consider continuing to fly over Zurich and also the onward flight is delayed by 1 hour

Exceptionally well run and beautiful. Easy access to rail system. Cues for entering and exiting efficient. One little difficulty was locating my airlines ticket counter.

Well organized airport. Everything runs smoothly, fast luggage service, nice and helpful staff.

We had a connection to go to Bordeaux. All directions are clear, the shops attract, there is a Starbucks. The reception and control agents are friendly. But what I appreciated the most is the space for the children: the games, the place to change diapers and the very clean toilets.
By cons, when we boarding I would prefer to spend first with small children (which was not the case).

I think he layout of the airport is rather confusing. Especially when it comes to which train plattform you have to go to.

A very good and efficient airport, I hope to have the opportunity to visit again.

I work as a doctor for work and I travel often. As an airport, it is one of the cleanest and safest.

Traveling with small children is not pleasant experience. No separate queues for mothers with children for checkin. information desk is not helpful. Cannot take infant buggy to the gate (was not a problems in other airports) Better avoid when traveling with small children.

Decent airport. Beautiful exposed cement architecture. But limited shopping and overall not as much buzz has other European hubs. Great views of the Swiss hills.

High level airport. Clean, good stores, well organized.

The Zurich airport is good in some ways, but its faults are annoying enough that I must give the lowest score.

Almost every airport I go through has free WiFi available. Zurich makes you go find a machine to scan your boarding pass to get 2 hours of free WiFi.

I had a 40 minute layover in Zurich in which I really hoped to talk to my family and do some planning. I had to run to my gate and didn't get a chance to scan my boarding pass on one of the very few machines. In the end I waited 20 minutes in the gate or so, and didn't have a chance to connect at all.

On the way back I had a 5 hour layover. The free WiFi expired after 2 hours, and an extra hour was $7. I can't believe in 2019 we are charging $7/hour in an airport for WiFi.

The second concern was water fountains. I always carry my own bottle to reduce waste, keep water cooler, etc. I searched everywhere for a place to re-fill it in the Zurich airport and failed. If they have them they must be pretty well hidden.

For the people saying "#1 airport", visit Singapore or Incheon.

Very pleasant and clean airport, a star deduction as pick-up by car from the first minute costs 5 francs.

Posh, efficient, amazing public transport system. We were delighted to find delicious fresh veggie sandwiches and good coffee ($$) for breakfast at the airport before flying out.

A peaceful, clean airport with a very unique outdoor viewing mall and also a small playground. Passengers with boarding pass can access the outdoor viewing mall for free but must go through a full security check. Family can also utilise the family room while waiting for long transit. Arriving passengers can travel to other part of Swiss by taking the train located at the basement of airport

One has the feeling that they have it under control here. The airport is well signposted, the paths and facilities are all very modern, spacious and very clean. Toilets are available everywhere in sufficient numbers. However, you sometimes have to travel very long distances at this airport, whether on arrival or departure. In addition, it has often happened to me that takeoffs and landings are delayed because the slots are constantly being missed - I do not know that from other airports in this form. The connection to the local and long-distance traffic is also well organized at this airport. Trains can be reached directly and conveniently in the basement in all directions, trams and buses are also available. The multi-storey car parks are modern and lead the drivers very finely granular to the free parking lots.

Really a very good airport, trying to do it's best during this COVID-19 pandemic.

Very clean it was esay to get in and out of the airport. Customs was very fast.

I arrived seven days ago and I must say, I m very surprised at how organized they are compared to the airport I left from. I also like how easy I found the stores I wanted to shop from but it is a big airport so it was a little tiring. 10/10

Very pleasant, clean, clear and quiet airport with friendly staff at every turn. Especially we liked as a family, the family / children's playroom in the terminal. In addition to countless books, games and a foosball table was to be found there.

On another note, do not rent a car from Enterprise on Mykonos. The couple that runs the station tries to scam people with fake accident claims. Check out the reviews!

Zurich is normally a cool airport. But I just experienced the most unfriendly employee there. The lady is working at a packing station on the first floor, packing presents. I had a small cylinder box i asked to be packed. She replied- paper is too thick, it won t look nice, she would instead just put a ribbon around it. I insisted I would like it to be wrapped. She gave the most annoyed look, didn t say a word and started wrapping. At one point I asked if I can see how it looks like, she didn t look at me, didn t reply. When she finished she just pushed the package towards me without saying anything.... i had to laugh....

I mean it s Christmas, you re wrapping presents at the airport with a Santa hat on, i get it, it s not the best job in the world. But you re standing there working with customers, so do your f..... job properly!!! And If you don t like it, go do something else, but as long as you re standing there don t piss people off with your silly attitude!!!

Departure without end at the airport Zurich, as if it would not suffice that one pays per minute 1.00 Sfr. No just recently clientele professionally picked up 15min parked 5 francs paid ok no topic I found appropriate. But then the audacity high 10, for 4 min too late at the exit I had to pay again and read. Do not drive me out.

Very well connected airport. Very good access to the city by train. Everything works perfectly. I have no objections.

Very basic airport. Clean but very uncomfortable. Very limited food options, and no way to find a place to spend a few hours of transit in some comfortable seating as all the seats are the same basic seats. You can't even get a decent internet connection. The worst is that the electrical outlets are all swiss shaped, so if you need a converter to charge your electronics. This was as all on the in the international terminals where we spent 6 hours lamenting we didn't get a transit visa to get out of this confinement. We even wanted to pay for the lounge or the hotel, but found them as basic as the rest of the airport. Will avoid Swiss flights even though the plane was good

Very modern and clean airport. Huge selection of shops with customer-friendly opening times. Well organized with Swiss attention to detail.

Appears to be a fantastic airport in almost every faculty. However, the one complaint I have is a fairly notable one in my opinion. It appeared to be that the only way to sign in to the wifi was by entering a code that would be emailed to you upon entering your cell phone number. While for many forms of registration this seems practical, as an international traveler, I have the sim card removed from my phone to prevent any international texting or calling charges. I rely on an internet connection to communicate with Friends and Family upon my arrival and this cannot be done without the ability to receive a text.

Very good big airport!
This is a big airport. There are lots of shops, from very cheap to expensive ( like Gucci). As always, most stuff is overpriced. When I was there the airport was really full. You sometimes barely had any space to walk. But this depends on what time you are there.

Airport with very clean but a little old facilities, everything is very indicated, luxury shops and it is very nice to take a walk waiting for the departure of your flight or the connection with another flight.

Good place to enjoy yourself while waiting during your transfer.

WIFI system was problematic. We couldn t connect to at even after 1 hour try.

A very lovely airport with a lot of shopping. Well connected to other parts of Switzerland by train. The station is in the airport premises.

Big and beautiful, after passport control, delivers through metro terminals

Nice airport - compared to other airports, Zurich airport is not very big. Here everything went off with Swiss calm. The airport wasn't overcrowded and you can quickly get to the other gates when changing trains.

Each time we have to sit on the ground, no seat in the waiting rooms (boarding 50)! Ineligible for such a clean place!

Unfortunately I can not share the best airport of ......!
Today I had the pleasure to pick someone up at the airport.
That the entrance into the parking garages is made difficult by the permanent construction sites, I can understand.
What I understand less is that you can not do the payment at the parking machine with euros!
And the real drama is the elevator in the parking decks!
We wanted to drive to the parking deck 6 but accidentally got out on deck 5, because in the elevator there are no possibilities to choose it beforehand.
Once there, it was also impossible to get to the parking deck 6 by elevator via this input terminal!
Finally we had to run over the emergency exit a stick with the heavy suitcases!
All in all, a single disaster!

A small, well-organized airport, although a long change here can be boring: it's quite expensive, the businesses are very expensive. On the floor above there are other shops. Move between the two main terminals using the automatic train. Attention to the times.

Clean and groomed. The staff is competent and courteous. The check in was only a few minutes. Was "fished out" in a random sample. Absolutely professional and friendly! Have in Zurich Kloten a very good feeling!

For me the best airport in the world. No more and no less.

Very good service advice. This is it. I did not feel lost anywhere despite the space and the nooks and crannies.
