Super airport. Well signposted and smooth stay. Very nice staff.

The airport is just brilliant, cleanliness, security, staff and the facilities are just great.
Now in the Corona time, the mask requirements make a good impression like in other countries and you feel more comfortable, because people from all over the world meet there.
There are many options for shopping and dining at this airport. There should be something for everyone.
I just flew with swiss and took a nice photo, so I added this as a photo.

One of the best airports I ever visited. People are helpful and the structure is super useful, you can find 2 supermarkets, drugstore, cafes and much more; open every day until 21:00.

A tidy airport with a luxurious feel and a modern design. Its unique night experience lures me into a leisurely pace every time. There's an awesome food court.

Extensive, bright, modern airport. Very beautifully decorated, warm and cozy. Easy to navigate both on departure and on arrival. Guests can sit in one of the many cafes, eat or just pour coffee, shop in many stores, or bake in specially designed hedge trimmers. A wide range of high-rise car parking places. Very good transport infrastructure at the airport, including train lines, bus and tram stops, taxi and rental cars.

It is a nice and clean airport.
It s one big thing. I m sitting and watch how confused are people who arrive first time here.
There is no clear EXIT/Way Out.
Please, could you make a big colourful sign EXIT to make our life easier and not to spend our time running around to find the exit.

One of the best airport. Its very easy and fast to go through security and passport check. Very friendly well signed very security personnel around bering one of the safest airport in the world extremely clean . Cleaning personnel are everywhere and do excellent job .

Large but well maintained and well arranged. The prices are high even in international comparison. The Wi-Fi ticket system is good.

Its an old airport all right, but its also not very modern. The duty free shops are limited. Restrooms are not well lit. The Swiss airlines staff will not mind being rude which is okay because may be she is not having a good day, however keeping people above the system is very important. After all the systems are to help people. I added one more star just because they have a nice observatory deck.
