small but nice - our stopovers between flights are always pleasant, it is not overcrowded, the restaurants are very nice and the duty free is well sorted

Enjoy the playground on the viewing terrace, very little visited at the moment ...... There are few fliers, but the big ones are very close

This is how the airport of a big city has to be! Generously built, yet not too long a walk. Sufficient seating in all areas and relaxed and friendly staff who work quickly and efficiently. Keep it up!

Just had to pick someone up.
Thanks to the many parking garages, getting there by car is no problem. The plans at the airport are also good, we found us quickly.

As far as airports go this one is pretty good. It's well laid out and open with some great architecture to enjoy.

If you don't have lounge access there are enough shops and places to sit, eat and explore to keep you busy for a few hours.

Access to Zurich is easy via train or bus. If you have to have a layover this is a pretty good place to have one.

One of the best and most beautiful airports in the world

Well organised and efficient. Good shopping environment especially on Sundays when the main shopping areas are closed. Very handy to have access to Coop or Migros when you land late or on a Sunday and have been away for awhile

If there is a zero star I would give it to this airport. Power circuits are only EU compatible. Everything is way over priced.

Great airport. Big but easy to find your way in. Lots of places to shop, eat or just to get drink or coffee. Clean and well organized. Funny "subway" ride with all the sounds of nature.

Zurich is very attractive for walking especially in sunny weather! In general, the beauty, cleanliness, comfort of Switzerland rolls over!

Have flown out of this airport many times, nicely organized, lots of shops, very clean, one of the nicest but very far from downtown. Word of advice, it's not conveniently located and VERY far from downtown, I learned that the hard way when I jumped in a cab and asked to be driven there, $100 Euros later I was not pleased with myself.

I think Zurich Airport is simply cool, because you have many signposts, many restaurants and cafes. I think it is good if you have passport control and then in the gate. Airport Zurich is also clean and the staff are very friendly. You may also Bordingcard itself on this computer.

Since fewer people are flying now, it is very pleasant to be in the large halls.

The airport is really clean with very good directions in English and German. Easy to get around.

The airport is cool. A long queue to transfer the board. Free wifi for 2 hours after prior registration. Few charging sockets

If you buy good from Italy to claim tax retund my car- please stamp the tax refund at the italy custom before reach Switzerland airport to claim tax.

One of the best airports I ve ever been.
New, modern airport with a lot of shopping and food opportunities, very nice and helpful personal, the gate transfer is fast and the gates are uncomplicated to find, free wifi and you can be sure you will land/arrive on point like a swiss watch :)

Traveling by subway to and from Terminal E is a nightmare. This tram has too little capacity and boarding and alighting on the same side of the car is from the 1950s. But the worst part of the trip is that the cow has been the same for 20 years, the yodel yelling and the alphorn blown. When will it finally be changed?

Very nice, well developed airport with many restaurants and shops.

Positively surprised, 50 minutes to change and then from A to E with passport control and train ride, since terminal change. What can I say, after 16 min over there with toilet visit included. Passport control went by self-scanner in 2 min, train arrived when we arrived and ran like clockwork.

Many charging options for mobile phone and laptop. Lots of seating. Staff friendly.

The only drawback, the toilets. Not clean, small and toilet seat made of cheapest plastic ...

I have always been very happy with the airport so far. Fly from there into the. For Swiss standards, he is also very well organized and clean. If I live in Zurich I could imagine working there as well

ZURICH airport really clean and quite but a bit unconventionally

1. Departures: after security check duty free between go down for Custom. Some time passengers come late to boarding gate... Because take train go to terminal
2: Toilet: need walk up or down from gate
3: Transfer need security check and customs then arrival

I was carrying 3 power banks in my luggage checked in. Zurich airport staff took my stuff. I know i will not get my stuff back because i have to either collect it from the zurich airport itself or i have to pay for the cargo shipment which will be costing me a lot. But still you guys could call me on the airport and tell me that it is only allowed in hand carry baggage and give my stuff back. My family was also with me so they could keep each power bank in their hand carry baggage. You should also make a scanner for searching all the bags for inappropriate stuff before proceeding to make luggage checked in. A side from the experience from Zurich airport, i like the Zurich city and Switzerland itself

What I particularly like about Zurich Airport are the short waiting times at the security checkpoint and this is still a sovereign state task taken seriously by the state and taken over by myself. As a passenger, I feel control of the cantonal police Zurich is better and safer than that of private security services, as is customary in Germany. In addition, the airport is very clear despite its size and you can find your way quickly and easily.

One of the best airports in the world I have been. Well laid out, clean, and traveler friendly. Free WiFi was available for an hour, which was great, but I hoped for a bit more time as the wait for my next flight was much longer. The currency exchange ATM in the terminal was convenient. Food was more expensive than expected, though.

The most beautiful airport I know is in Switzerland wondered when I arrived here. But the airport is awesome. That's how traveling is fun.

The airport is very clean and clear. The staff was friendly and the shops offer everyone enough opportunities to kill time.

Easy signage. Bug and spacious. Not many shops at the gates.

Clean, modern, well designed airport. It's easy to navigate and while I didn't spend much time there during my transfers to/from Budapest, the time I did spend there was pleasant. And of course, there's lots of chocolate because, Switzerland.

Wi-Fi only 2 hours for free, prices for food and drink astronomically, only standard seats at the gates as Aufenthaltsgelenheit. Service and customer orientation goes better (see Munich). As a normal traveler, these are important criteria that do not interest the frequent flyer with lounge access. Therefore, the good voices for this bad airport result.

I love Zurich Airport! Clear, short distances and never crowded, even when there is a lot going on.

It can be huge, it can have hundreds of stores ... but for me it is the least functional airport, the most difficult to make a departure that I have visited. Honestly, whenever I need to board at Zurich airport, I know that I will have a stressful and exhausting journey, for the miles I run to be able to check in and board. This without counting the time I waste trying to guide me.
I'm sorry but compared to the infrastructures of all the airports I ve been to and there were a few this is the most confusing one I ve visited

Good airport. Everything always happens very quickly. Never had problems. But seems to be difficult for tourists to get away. The SBB should probably rethink the concept, have already helped X tourists to find the "Zurich main station", nobody understands "Hauptbahnhof" on the trains.

A shame! There is NO FREE & ILLIMITED WIFI!! We are almost in 2019 yet! You have to pay to use it more than 120min. Enjoy your connection... This airport is clean, but really sad and boring, as the voice of the woman on the micro!...

Much larger than expected but very well signposted. There are signs everywhere with the minutes.

Zurich Airport is the most beautiful and most modern airport I know. I travel a lot for work and I already know a few airports.
Zurich Airport is a design piece!

Clean and clear. Short distances from public transport to check-in and the gates, as well as from arrival to public transport. Hardly any waiting time for the security check. The rating only refers to the airport; the range of shops and restaurants is not included in the analysis.

Great airport. Size and optics fit. As a passenger, you can move around easily here. There are other Aiports in Europe that are not so chic. I like the excursion terrace.

Somehow managed to have the best and worst airport experiences there. Twice went through and had no issues at all, enjoyed a very modern wait in the airport, went efficiently through. Second set of flights through had multiple delays, a missed flight because of border control delays and inefficiencies. The wifi is now only temporary, lasting a couple hours instead of the whole day. Once it seemed it was all incredibly smooth, second time through was terrible all the way through.

Very nice infrastructures but lazy staff. They give you the impression that they work slowly to cause delays and demand more employees.

Is with few information panels and should have an info panel on all stairs with ramps, also at Nerwiger points a personal service with airport uniform next to water or emergency information. In addition, when I come from the arrival side, Rent Car is not to be seen, no information about bank or change from the same positioning, and the police office access. Is not normal! But it is very clean, organized, and you can see that the employees love to work there. Top!

The flight times are constantly changing and you just hang around. Wi-Fi is only 1 hour free. Fade if the flight has 6 hours late.

I used it when I changed trains in Berlin. As it was in Switzerland, it was functional and had a certain distance, but the location of the information boards was good, and I was guided well and arrived at the transfer plane without hesitation. I took about 2 hours to transfer, but the flight was delayed, so I had to move fast. Unfortunately, I could hardly see the airport. There was Swatch and a local chocolate shop for sale. The chocolate shop had champagne truffle chocolate and so on. I bought white and black. Nowadays, it is a Swiss chocolate that is often found in Japan. Imagine a product from another company, but from Lindt's Linz. I stopped by lining up beautifully, but I think it would be better to put it in transparent vinyl at the factory because it oxidizes and opens and closes the door. Individual packaging with the product and company name can be viewed more slowly later. If the main fat is chocolate, I thought that if possible, if it was frozen, it would not melt when transported and waste would be reduced. I forgot which country it was, but I remembered that I was rolling and laughing. It was a snowy season, but I was wondering if it would shake in the mountainous region of Switzerland, but I was able to land cleanly without shaking or turning over. I regret not having time at the airport with its glittering display and calm atmosphere. Next time, I'd like to take a transit time of about 5 hours and take a leisurely look around.
