Nice airport. However the restaurants are to pricy for what you get.

Although the airport is extremely clean, nice, and the signage is good, I do not like the feeling of being exploited with prices. No matter where we looked for restaurants or in the shops, I did not find varying price point. We had a four hour layover and one woman at the cash register said yes, it is very expensive here. I asked if this was Switzerland as a whole and she said, no, just the airport. I realize that airport prices are slightly higher. But seeing as we are basically captive in the terminal while we wait for our next flight, it diminishes the entire experience when you feel victimized.

One of the best airports I've ever been - modern, clean, good parking and great transportation link. Downside it's a bit pricey, if you're not from Switzerland.

The broading gate staff is so unprofessional. Leave very wet ink chop on the broading pass and CLOSE my passport leaving ink on my passport.

A very well organized airport with excellent procedures. Only the security staff could be a bit friendlier, in my opinion.

For the viewing terrace 5 francs is a joke, but that's Switzerland !!

Wanted to buy a book. If you pay in Euro, they give the change in franc suisse. Seriously ?? Keep you book, I don't want to be ripped off this way !

You close the airport for 2 hours for a flight show tranning. But one does not care about the connection of the delay

Very nice and clean airport. Good signage. Parking is very expensive!

Overall nice airport. Need better food options at E gates. Cold sandwiches and pretzels being all that there is while other gates have full restaurants is ridiculous.

A very nice big airport full of shops services and anything else a traveler might need!

The airport is organized and comfortable and the treatment is excellent and smooth and everyone is helpful to travelers

Modern equipment. Various catering options (e.g. in the food corner or after passport control). Picking up friends at the airport by car is best at "Departure" - 5 minutes free.

Tourist-friendly airport, clear and simple information, excellent communication organization.

It s not a big airport but i like how calm and clean this airport is. Easy to move and lots of sitting area. Overall it s a good experience and beautiful airport.

Friendly and helpful staff! My suitcase did not land on the luggage conveyor, caused by Lufthansa employees at Munich Airport.
Immediately after the suitcase was searched and after 15 minutes I was brought the suitcase.

Sucking giant snake and has to get on the train. But from 5 4 occupied switch Close 2 despite 20 people waiting.
Of course the m train comes in the control cost 100.- and this is paid with my taxpayers money?
Is my money allowed to tell those who can look for a New Joo? Because I would just quit despite customers, I could look for a new one.

How not smoking now, where are our human rights? We are not allowed to smoke in it anymore, then non smokers are supposed to be in the waiting house and need outside as required.

Except smoking pay as much to the SBB as a nonsmoker. If non-smokers are smoke-free train station and smoke-free trains why not count the non-smoker then ten francs more for the Bilet?
Then it would not matter very much to not smoking whether smoking at the station or not!
The SBB sucks we save so and so many millions because we have smoking compartments!
The pills were not cheaper but more expensive!
Where are these millions now? We need to be restricted not smoking wanted smoke free smoking indoors and always requires more!
Does not cost anything so a non-smoker restaurant should also pay ten francs more to compensate the operator for his sales losses can pay more.
For a smoker continue to sit still order a bottle of wine now he goes home after dinner and also the non-smoker does not sit.
If the smoker wants to stop it is not taken over by the health insurance!
A lady bigger breasts will pay these. Why not the smoking cessation? Because every year there is a bigger bonus!

Zurich Airport is located in the town of KLOTEN, only 10 kilometers away from the city center. The connection with the city are two tram lines and high-speed trains that stop at the subway station and each runs directly to the main train station in Cirhuza (9-10 minutes drive), In the building across from Terminal 2 there are shops, restaurants, supermarket MIGROS, post office , mobile operator shops and train station.

Airport staff at custom was nice, we asked for a stamp as we had a UK passport, the gentleman kindly gave us one. Toilet was clean, easy to navigate through. Observation terrace not worth going unless you're a fan of planes. What you see behind glass you see on the terrace. 5chf to get in for adults.

Clean and nice place to be, even if you're not travelling. Watch out for the parking fee! Expensive af even if you're rich!

My home airport - among the best in the world. Fast and efficient even during summer holiday season.

Though I only once used the airport facilities for a connection from London, I can definitely say that the waiting lounge and duty-free shops have really caused me a good overall impression of the airport.

Nice airport, clearly structured. Shops were also open on Sunday (mostly), which made things a lot easier and accessible with public transport. Very clean.

Small and overcrowded terminal especially at the A, B gate area. No social distancing been practiced today and very few passenger seating even during the covid 19 travel demand drop. Signage could be improved throughout the airport especially when transfers ie 'connections'. Zero covid 19 announcements being made reminding able bodied people to wear facemasks. The lighting was somewhat dim in some areas of the building. Lots of improvement could be made.

The worst airport i have used ever. Staff is so unprofesional and rude. I think I will not use It anymore.

I have not seen a better airport yet. Friendly professional staff and order in the airport. You do not need more.

The seats are great. The airport is very clean. Security is good. Nothing more to say.

Small airport where Swiss Air has its hub. Clean, tidy, unfriendly. In short, what you can expect from Switzerland. All dear, shops, services, eating. Beware that the shopping arcade closes at 10 p.m. so during the night (for those who call) take into consideration that the shopping arcade is not available

I felt very cold, I came to Zurich from Japan. Note to travellers from Japan. It's a beautiful airport. Immigration was very good. It was filled with beautiful designs in Switzerland airport airplane. It is a beautiful flag of Switzerland. It is a favorite place.
