It's a disaster to get from the tracks to the final gate with prams. Tip: Simply do not look for elevators and take the stroller on the escalators ... that saves an incredible amount of time.

Beautiful scenery once you enter the terminal but extremely rude customer service ladies and inefficient lost and found process.

Challenge: I forgot my infants bag in the airplane and returned to the gate for help in less then 10- 15 minutes. A young gentlemen helped identify that my bag was given to lost and found and I will need to get it from them.

My next flight is in 1.5 hours. I reached closest customer service desk by Gate E 52 and requested for help in getting my infants bag. The lady at the counter responded You are not going to get it today as it takes them 24 hours by the time the item gets to the lost and found section. This was not the same information given to me by the first gentleman at the gate.

I explained the situation about having kids stuff in it and will appreciate any help in getting this today as I am traveling to another country in 1.5 hours and then I got the speech from the lady that I should be more responsible and pay attention and it was my fault and if I did nt make the mistake this will not happen and now I have to wait till the lost and found folks reach out to me based on the case I submitted online.

As the lady left, I approached the second lady thinking she might be able to help and informed her of my experience with lady and the second lady s response was worst then the first oh yes, I know and she was right, we cannot do anything. Her attitude was worst then the First Lady.

Very confusing airport with high prices! The shops dont accept euro coins and the owners are not very friendly. Much smoking areas and nice toilets.

The airport itself is an example of cleanliness, friendliness and organization. No long waits, security check one of the most pleasant I know. Clean toilets. There are great shops, e.g. also a large Migros to buy some snacks and souvenirs. Direct train connection at the airport.

A star deduction for the overpriced pricing policy, especially when parking. 5min are super fast if you have to strap on a child. Not to mention the prices in the parking garages.
I once left my jacket on the plane and picked it up at the Lost and Found office for a fee of 30 (or 50? I'm not sure) a fee.
Unfortunately there is also no cheap transfer from the German border area to the airport, since the train ticket costs around 25 euros.

Check-in 3 is closed. A affront against all travellers arriving by train.

A great, clean, safe airport! He does not stink, he is comfortable and the staff is very friendly.

Everything is very nice, but the parking fees are extremely expensive.

Zurich airport should be awarded at number 1 airport in the world. We had a 7+ hour layover in Zurich. Whoever designed this airport has to be a thoughtful person. Everything is so perfect at this airport. Also the airport staff is amazingly friendly. The waiting areas are clean and out of the world. We used their family service room and it was out of the world. My 2.5yr old loved this place and gave both of us some time to rest. Even rating of 5 star is less for this airport. Thank you switzerland!

Great airport. Constantly being modernized and expanded. I feel comfortable there. Fly twice a year from there to the world.

Impressive airport and with a beautiful Christmas decoration.

Always late because no start or landing permission is given to the machines. Otherwise modern airport. The security staff left a lot to be desired. Have made a huge drama because 50 ml of perfume was in a 150 ml bottle. When I asked if I could freeze the liquid perfume and if it would count as a solid, I was almost arrested!

Nice, modern airport with nice shops and a large audience terrace.

One of the best airports worldwide. I like to fly from Zurich. Everything is well organized and structured. There are many shopping possibilities and restaurants. Also for aviation fans the airport is great. I can really recommend the visitor's terrace and the tour by bus!

Modest size airport, very functional, clean, easy orientation, duty free fairly well stocked.

Airport quite large, go with time since getting to the boarding gate as you have it away, takes time.

Because of this stupid swissport thing we lost 2 thousand dollars, we had problems with the UM and the lady left to bla bla bla with her manager for 30 or so minutes after that she comes and says: it's too late for your flight now and although we can 1 hour and 20 minutes before the flight they said its your fault you came to late, we didn't even revive a refund for the tickets

Very clean airport, Friendly staff and a lot of good restaurants

You can buy chocolates, different varieties of cheese, Swiss knife, Swiss watches, cow bells etc.
You can eat or have coffee at Starbucks. There's another good place for burgers etc. Overall good to spend a lay over of 4-5 hours.

Most facilities are available even though some are shared(Washing, Iron etc)

Cons -
Hotel Infrastructure is of average standard

Love this airport! It is always squeaky clean and exceptionally well decorated. The shops are really top notch. Arrivals was a little tricky as tye terminals are unconventionally named Arrival 1; and Arrival 2. The airline (United Airlines) listed the wrong arrival. Both are just a short walk from each other.

The MCT is a little tight when it's busy. Just made our connecting flight. Strangely enough, the passport was checked twice on entry. Otherwise everything was fine.

Incredibly clean and well organized airport. For me one of the best airports ever!

Excellent airport; one of my favorites. I came from Amsterdam and had a transfer to Los Angeles. It all went very fast. With a shuttle train you quickly get to the right terminal. Total transfer time was 1 hour 45 minutes, but I was back at the gate well over an hour before my flight. Passport control is also fast. Everything is clean, you can put tap water in your bottles, staff are friendly and good. All in all really fine to switch here!

One of the most beautiful airports I know. The description / signage of routes in the airport are the top you will find everything at first attempt. The airport offers by the variation of shops and restaurants a pastime ideals. For Plane spotting the airport is also one of the most beautiful. The terrace is large and you can see very many planes at once, but the entrance fee is 5 francs but worth it in any case. Important! ON THE TERRACE IS THE SMOKING !! The airport can be reached by train ideal tram or by car. In 10 minutes you are by train at Zurich's main station.

So sad when my bags beeing cut open and stufg has past customs in singapore beeing cut open again. And 0 care hate that place

Airport very clean and very fast. Customs officers are kind and speak several languages. Only downside is the little train to take but otherwise nothing to say

The airport is incredibly large, a train travels from check-in to boarding. To get on it and in time to sit down, you need to have 15-20 minutes from duty free.

Efficiency made Airport: five minutes for baggage delivery, linear structure and well signposted. How it improves could have conveyor belts but there are not very long distances to travel.

Loud music playing all through the night, so nice for those who want to sleep. I'm sure they don't play music on their expensive Transit hotel

Nice interiors but they need / need to turn on the AC - so hot including the lounges.

The wi-fi did not work to recharge the mobile phone there were no active points in the bars, but only in some small waiting chairs.

Comfortable, quiet. The building opposite the airport is full of shops, post office, left-luggage office.

Car rental is available, train is available, overall quite convenient

My favorite airport in Europe, organized, clean, not understaffed...after Frankfurt airport nightmare...I will stick with flying through Switzerland whenever I can

Just minutes (by train) from the city center

Avoid Zurich Airport during late hours. I Had a 8 hour lay over in Zurich Airport. I landed at 10:30 pm Thursday to find a ghost airport. All shops, coffee shops and restaurants were closed untill 5:30 or 6am the next day. My flight was at 6am so no chance to even have an over priced coffee. Staff of the airport from the security to the cleaners to the store works were rude and dismissive. If you have a late flight I would avoid this airport and try connect with another country. Switzerland does not get my support or recommendation.

.... I know this Airport well .. a very well connected Swiss Hub ... I had flown long ago with a JAMBOLINO & Concordino.

Everything was fine, clean, well organized, competent staff, well signposted, speedy Abfertgung, pleasant climate, good shopping

If you could give no stars I would. Dirty airport. They don t clean at all. Staff is even worse. They are rude and unhelpful. We were walking in circles because of the staffs direction and I just can t believe how disrespectful this people are here. They called me stupid. I would never come through this airport again please avoid if possible. Plus everyone in Europe stares at you like as if that s not rude. I wish I never took a Swiss flight because of this airport. AVOID THIS AIRPORT AT ALL COSTS. GO DIRECT. NEVER TRANSFER. THIS PLACE SUCKS.

Always amazed how effective and efficient this airport is. Never takes long to get out of the plane and through customs.

I was very dissappointed to see that -when there are so many Coronavirus cases in Switzerland - Zurich Airport is (in my view) not making enough effort to allow people to maintain social distancing. On Sunday morning they had 4 flights leaving from gates D at pretty much the same time, when there was an entire section of gates B above, which was completely empty. In addition, they crammed us on busses to get to the aircraft when they had lots of air bridges that were available.

Very well organized, good shopping (on the expensive side, of course - this is Switzerland after all).

Nice big airport and security guards give a bag of liquids for screening. And there is a chocolate shop too! :-)

Great airport, very convenient, lots of shops (including chocolate and watches). I liked the business room very much - comfortable armchairs, internet, snacks and coffee - I liked everything)

For me, the best airport in Europe. Very close and good public transport from Zurich. Quick check in and services.

The Airport is one of the most convenient in the World as an International Airport. However there are not enough toilets and if you find one it stinks and is always dirty. Swiss Quality must also be in a Toilet. Therefore only 1 Star.
