At the moment it is still very quiet at the airport. Pretty much everyone with a face mask, looks a bit strange.

Everything works like clockwork. Very friendly and efficient controls. The electronic passport control is designed intuitively for some older people. The tax-free savings are lost again with the usurious prices.

Very Less number of food places available at the airport. The USB ports do not work. I have almost tried 8 USB ports.
Less number of duty free shops.
If you have a long layover, you are probably going to get bored.

The parking costs for pickup are ridiculous: 5 CHF for 15 min, starting at the first second. No free pickups oder drop offs.

Good signage, clear. Excellent accessibility by public transport. Modern, clean, helpful staff. If one considers that an airport has to be renewed (has to renew), that solves the Zurich airport sensational. From the construction works you really notice very little. The observation deck in Terminal 2 is unforgettable and very interesting. In addition, Free WiFi and a fun "subway"!

This airport is new and clean but it is a nightmare laberinth. The boarding gates are not indicated when you enter and first you need to go to the Chech-in desks so they send you down and up and then down and then up and up.
More than an airport it is a shopping mall and it is designed to make you go around and around instead of going straight to the gates.
Even with this effort, shops are empty. Nobody buys anything. Probably they are crazy expensive even for the swiss.
Avoid Zurich Airport if you can.

In itself, the airport is very nice. Very modern and good shopping ... The problem with the matter here is that the sellers are snotty when paying with Euros instead of Swiss francs. And in principle, only in Swiss francs change is given. It would be nice if you could adjust something different. That's why only 3 stars.

Amazing airport September 2017 the month I last visited it but it is certainly one of the best airports for me. I last went to Vienna from Zurich airport

Zurich airport is the biggest airport of Switzerland, we know it as Kloten Flughafen. It is a modern airport with all facilities. The only negative part, the prices on the restaurant and cafeteria. It is far too overprized

The shop is hardly running but an unbelievable number of people who have come in solidarity to shop and eat. Wow

The process was precise like a Swiss clockwork. All around clean, good guidance system. Anything else would have surprised me very much.

Super easy to pick up and return the rental car, fast service through security. My highlight was the large amount of variety of food options there was in the food court area before security.

Simple and easy to move along. Chocolates are highly tempting.

A really nice calming airport with crazy good chocolate stores, very knowledgeable and friendly information staff, good signage, efficient passport control and good WiFi.

Actually a well organized, modern and clean airport. Security check usually works quickly and easily. However, the gates are only recently announced shortly before departure. A very annoying scam of the airport and anything but customer friendly.

In my eyes one of the best airports I know. Can ours cut a slice in Cologne (D).

Very pleasant, clean and efficient airport. The connection to public transport is excellent. The prices are not cheap (parking, catering), but stop CH and ZH level.

I just love this airport! Super fast check-in and security, so many different shops and cafes around. Also it is very helpful that almost all shops open even on Sunday.

Positive: the security check. Very friendly staff, quick and easy.

Negative: Nowadays, I expect free and comprehensive wifi at an international airport. To have to count 16 CHF for the wifi is a bottomless cheek and a certificate of poverty for Switzerland. Other nations are light years ahead.

I was going through security to board AA flight 93 from ZRH to PHL on 12/18/2018 and I was absolutely treated unfairly. The lady who searched me was a older white lady with black hair and a older looking face. She was making me take everything out of my suitcase even though I separated my toiletries. She watched me like a hawk as I was trying to stuff my items into this small clear bag. She was rude and asking me why did I bring so many things. I asked for her name and she didn't provide it to me. As my bag is completely open and torn apart, they were rushing me to pack my suitcase and get out of there. While I was watching other passengers in the same situation, they were treating them differently and just looking at their bag *which wasn't clear* and kept going. I am a black woman and I absolutely felt picked on and discriminated against. As I was asking for a supervisor, some guy named Patrick Wei. (first three letters of his last name) came over to me saying, "He is doing his job and they do this in the US, go to your gate". I was absolutely was infuriated and I said, "Yes, they do but I separated my items as instructed and they don't destroy your bag and tell you to hurry up and go to your gate" I asked for his name and he tried to cover his name tag and I got a look at. Then he yelled at me saying, "There are too many Patrick's who work here, they wont find me". It took me long to report because I travel a lot for work. Because of this situation, I will NEVER come through Zurich again. I felt picked on, singled out and I feel it was because the color of my skin. I went though security between 1030-1100. I hope this is addressed and taken care of and make employees take the proper customer service training and not singling out people. Patrick Wei (first three letters of his last name) and the older white lady with dark black hair needs to be addressed.

It is an airport that is very easy to understand and never gets lost. I bought a little food at a supermarket called Migro, but I was surprised that it was high quality and delicious. The airport staff spoke kindly.

ZRH Airport is very cool..Everyone was following COVID-19 Precautions.

Modern and clean airport. You can easily find your way around the different terminals for private flights as well as for other flights. The airline staff are generally very welcoming and helpful.

After waiting 9 hours for my next flight I was "interrogated" by a rude Swedish staff member who was checking my boarding pass and passport. Since I do not look Norwegian according her, she assumed I was not integrated enough, and decided to ask me basic question about my background and knowledge of the country such as: "Where are you REALLY from?", "What's the name of the Norwegian king?", "Where is Oslo located?". Is this really necessary? The only thing I wanted was to get onboard and rest, not taking an oral Norwegian citizenship test!

Walking along the airport fence is always an experience. Nature lovers and aircraft fans will get their money's worth here.

It is Good for you to know that there is a room for family with toddler's, where mother's can change for baby's and also you can stay with your child there for relaxing if they needed to sleep , it is so helpful specially if you have a long waiting time , Outstanding

Large airport, with a free train between the terminals. To the city 15 minutes by train, daily ticket there - here (to Zurich) - about 13 euros. To eat is very expensive, in the city center the price of a burger is up to 29 euros. But you can move away from the center and take a sandwich for 6-10 euros. 1 franc - 1. 1 euro. All for francs or card.

Completely empty like a ghost town, as a woman alone from car park 1 to arrival 2 a bit feared

Modern, well signposted, looks bigger than it is. Both going and coming is always a pleasure. Well organized, short waiting times, clean. And if you have time to shop, you will find enough. For non-travelers 'Shoppers', Migros & Co. are best reached via P3 (Check-in 3). There is also a good place to unload people instead of the expensive departure area.

Clean, bright airport with plenty of seats and toilets right outside the security checkpoint. So you can comfortably drink your water bottle and the current waiting time of the security control is in sight. Free 1L plastic bags are available before inspection.

The airport itself is nice. It is generously built, bright and clean, the toilets are very clean. There are plenty of cafes, shops and Duty Free. To complain about but is the organizational process of takeoffs and landings. Every time my flights start late, even though the machines are ready in time. During the landing approach I have already had to do some rounds over the Black Forest.

I see improvements every year. Signing in paperless is very efficient.

Excellent, very clean and comfortable airport. There are a lot of vacant seats in the waiting rooms. Very fast and high-quality service in all points. Many cafes. A great and good duty free shop with unbanal stamps, for example, Diptique, Jo Malone. Although I do not smoke , but I liked that there are many zones for smoking with unusual and convenient design solutions, for example, in the form of a library. Plantings are very organized and fast. I liked very much.

I was 1, 5 hour before the flight and a long queue of people waited for check in. Two check in agent and a supervisor for more than 100 persons. A young blond woman working for economy class was so flegmatic that we were close to miss the flight. This is not corresponding to the nice reputation and the standarts of Zurich Airport.
We were on board in the last minute. I don't need such a stressful service.

Zurich is the main airport for Switzerland. From here you can connect all the destination of swiss. Better to buy one day pass around 8 franc.

Excellent should be the one and only one word to describe this property, building or public place. Nicely maintained. Clean.
