It takes an hour to pass the passport control, crazy line !!!

Fantastic modern airport! Beautiful shops and very good staff! Very easy to walk through since it is full of indications. Definitely the best I've been to so far!

Very clean airport. Complimentary WiFi is only good for two hours, if I recall correctly.

Very unfriendly airport for long connection international passengers.

1) Only 2 hrs free Wi-Fi is provided, that too very hard to get access, no proper information is given for how to connect WiFi. If you don't have a sim card which works for Switzerland, you will feel lost.

2) Departure gates was closed at 11 pm and opened at 5 am. So me and other passengers who didn't knew about this were forced to wait outside, that too there was no power supply for charging mobile phones. Very few charging points were working.

All other things like cleanliness and service are good. But after travelling through Munich and Copenhagen airports, i was not comfortable in Zurich Airport.

Very pleasant airport, I made a connection here on the outward and return journey. The airport is very well laid out, with many seats, shops and waiting areas. However, catering remains very expensive in view of the quality proposed, more traders accept euros but return the currency only in Swiss Francs, a little special system but at least they accept them, a good point.

Like everything in Switzerland, perfect !!! Beautiful country, beautiful airport! Hope to be back one day. Bis bald!

Neat & tidy airport....
Immigration (arrival, coming from Gate E) would probably need to improvise on the queing time...it could take up to 20 to 35 minutes (maybe even more) waiting time during peak time when you have the Emirates, qatar, and some flight arrive from south america all arrive about the same time.

Perfect airport, accessibility by car, bus, train, lots of food stores, restaurants everywhere, some seats with tables with sockets for recharging computer phones ...

Was at gate E. Very less number of restaurants if Ur layover is more & u have to eat. Free Wi-Fi is available for 120 minutes. After that Free Wi-Fi limit is reset after 7 hours.

Ah Zurich!! You remind me of the amazing chocolates and delicious cheese. Getting into Zurich was easy, you walk, walk and walk and then you get out of the airport and end up into a Mall sorta building (which has a Spruengli store which has the world's best chocolates). The train station is also in the same building so that makes it easy if you are travelling.

If you are flying out of Zurich, the system gets a bit weird. You need to check in yourself and get the check in baggage tags yourself at the kiosks. The system isnt very user friendly but hey you got to do what you got to do. You put the baggage tags on the bag yourself and then get into a line where you hand over the check in bags and then walk quite a bit to get to the terminals.

You will need to walk a LOT but hey with Swiss chocolates and alps all around, who is going to complain!

Pretty straightforward to get where you need. The only inconvenience is that the train station an restaurant area are on a separate building.

Pleasant, clean and very well organized airport. Others can quietly cut off a slice of it.

On the whole, a great airport. Very fast, well organized, clean and in general with many possibilities to make good use of the time before departure. I would give 5 stars if not there was the security check! The policemen who work there should shoot the moon !! Something of unfriendly, arrogant and lax !!!

Third-world in the first world: poor signage; long queue for security (half hour in "priority" channel); disorder at Immigration; internal train packed like human sardines.

I *love* this airport. It's a class act in almost every way. Other airports: observe and learn!

This airport is organized and clean. The airport staff are also friendly and always smiling. Their facilities are advanced.

Passport control backed up all the way through airport - what a way to spend an hour. Train to E terminal was beyond full like Tokyo in rush hour.

Top notch airport with helpful staff and full of signs to guide you.

Spent 9 hours there on a transfer. Did not see anyone in that time come to clean terminal D. This is very concerning as it was during the middle of the Corona pandemic. The lost and found does great work as does the transfer hotel.

The cleanliness of the toilets has decreased significantly in recent weeks. Whereby hygiene and cleanliness should currently have a high priority.

I really like this place. Visually, the airport is very nice, since I was already a lot uglier. Whenever I have to go shopping on Sunday this is the best option for me. It has a lot of interesting, great and exciting shops. You will find everything you need. It also has great restaurants and good options to eat something. Sumasumarum a top location

Very great our flight from malaga landed 20 minutes before takeoff on the new plane but they managed to get our luggage in the new plane anyways

This is the best airport I have ever been to. It is well planned, able to cope with its capacity without generating chaos or long waiting times. Both when departing and when arriving. The luggage system is also working in a timely manner. It is incredibly well connected with public transport including long distance trains, city and intercity buses, tramway. On the road side, it has also sufficient parking, drop-off areas. It simply works, flawlessly.

Fast handling on arrival and departure. No long waiting times for luggage.

Always fast security control, direct access from the train. If you do not check luggage you can arrive 1 hour in advance and plenty of time.

Very clean airport . The support staff are helpful. Lots of duty free shopping. Unlike most airports in Europe the luggage trolleys are free. Easy access and well signposted from the motorways. Small problem when going through security check - generally poor attitude, the lady told my wife you have forty small bottles of liquid . There was two drinking water bottle and one cough syrup.

Been there many times - this time was different. March 18th, the virus changed everything. No people, no shops, no lounges, no cues and - almost no flights. Quite scarry and almost like in a bad Zombie apocalypse. Hope it will come back to live at some point. I hate paying a fortune for a coffee, but better than not getting anything....

I had a pleasant flight change here. Clean and modern airport, easy to navigate, free WiFi for two hours.

The best airport in Switzerland thanks to the direct connection to the overpriced railway company SBB.
Thanks to the central location in ZH, it is possible to travel to any place in Switzerland with a time expenditure of around one hour.
We also recommend the number of shops, so there is something for everyone from simple Swiss Migros to La Cost mode Botique.
The only drawback at this airport are the overpriced drinks vending machines 5 crappy Franks for a small bottle of water !!!!!!!!!

Used every week for ten months. Only once had to wait for bags. Excellent clean service and facilities, minimum wait. Able to buy tickets for all trans. Easy access trains to all parts.

In Corona times this airport is hardly recognizable in Central Europe. Empty counters, empty parking garages, empty planes. I very much hope that the condition will return to normal soon.

Zurich Airport, also known as Kloten Airport, is the largest international airport of Switzerland. Besttttttt

Super beautiful formidable. Very easy accessibility. Really good

Like most things in Switzerland, this airport works usually very well. It's a great airport for transfers as the distances are often not so long between gates, compared for example with FRA, and usually flights here are on time. If flights are not on time, then it usually takes longer to find a new connection than some major airports.

Also many good shopping possibilities, Ok Swiss lounge (for those with a membership) and few Ok restaurants.

RIP OFF:

1. The parking fees are criminal and not normal (even for Switzerland)

2. Who buys something in duty free must be careful that he is not ripped off. I have bought for 100 and paid in and the conversion rate is a joke, this one has embezzled me 18 !

TIP: If you want to buy duty-free, you can change your money at the house bank or in the exchange exchanges at the airport (but there are big differences in the exchange rate!)

Small airport, not much stores, but chocolates from here are great, I mean great selections.

Very nice clean and modern airport. And an abundance of shops and duty free.

Also connected to the airport is a large building housing the train station and numerous shop selling a variety of products (H&M, Swisscom, Migros, Starbucks to name a few)
