This airport its great. Its really quiet and calm. There's live music at the moment. It's really modern the WiFi is amazing and there's a lot of places to charge the phone with diferent kinds of plugs. Defenetly the best airport I've been so far. Great ambience and the people who've I talked to are really nice great for a layover. There's also an outdors area but it's raining at the moment. And people going trough to clean every 10 minutezs

On a clear day you get a stunning view of the Swiss Alps from the midfield dock (Dock E).
In a way it is scary how calm it is even during peak times. The cleanliness is unbeaten. Great architecture and high end building material - one could eat off the floor. The Circle will add even more. Great shopping and food mall open to everyone
Modern airport, everything is perfectly organized. Zurich Central Station is 10 minutes by train.
Beautiful to look at, but always crowded. Some gates are quite a walk.

The modern airport has spacious waiting rooms. Cleanliness and order, in the toilets there is new and hassle-free plumbing. There is free internet access for an air ticket for 2 hours. Many different cafes with purchases and coffee, you can buy souvenirs.
In a large Swiss airport like Zurich, in 2019, WiFi is still not free ... Only 2h free otherwise it's paying. Incomprehensible ... Aside from that, the premises are very clean and modern.

Contra: Unfriendly customs @security check, no understandable orders .
Almost nowhere seats to feet a baby and to sit down to wait for
the connection flight. We stopped by a restaurant what is supposedly the tactic behind it.
I found a jacket in a toilet, tried to give this to someone in charge. The information, an Airport employee and the customs. Nobody want to take it. The Information told me to go to another place... LOL?!
Complicated to get internetaccess. Not every country allows you to use their simcard in a foreign place.
To scan the boardingpass on specific places. Sorry this is to complicated.
Hopefully the next time we will have a better time here. I am surprised about a 4,4 rate.

Super airport, public transport accessible, spectator terrace is suitable for toddlers and the selection of shops is very good.

Outrageous high prices for short-term parking. Also on arrival 1 you pay only for the passage CHF 5.00. Sorry but this is a unique rip-off, if you look at the fares in certain destinations and takes the long-term parking as a reference to it. (48 hours / approx. CHF 50.00)
It's an amazingly efficient airport. If you're flying within the Schengen area you can realistically get from the train stop to your gate in 15 minutes. Add 10 minutes for other flights, but still impressive.
Fantastic, beautiful airport with endless restaurants and shops. The Aspire Lounge was great; with hot food and great drinks. The departures seemed to be consistently on time. Waits for security were minimal; overall a world-class airport!
Worst organised airport I have ever been. U literally have to queue an hour for everything. At least Wi-Fi is great.
One of the best airports. Almost never wait for security, very fast to reach the gates. Quite a lot of shops and food inside. There are a couple of observation decks where you can see the planes moving around and taking off. Train station inside and tram connection to go to Zurich. Also relatively easy to reach by car.
Drinking water fountains are not available, need to buy even water
Efficient airport and a lot more user friendly for transit within EU and also for onward journeys to non-EU cities. My favourite airport for transit. Sure beats many other hub airports in Europe.

Large but clear. Pedestrian conveyor belts support traffic. Unfortunately, someone decided that the water dispensers are dangerous.
One of the worst airports. No urgency. They are not here to help customers but just to do their job, which certainly is not 'customer delight'. Have heard about the customer experiences in past but today we have experienced it as well.
Zurich has one of the most beautiful airports around. Very good accessibility, both by car and by train, very clear signs where to find what. Also very good shopping possibilities (not only for the physical well-being) - especially in the event that you have forgotten something on Sunday. At the current Corona times, it is relatively quiet here with very little rush; the police pay attention to the general mask requirement, without appearing intrusive.
The airport is doing good business with the astronomical parking fees - so it's a shame that the pay machine only returns coins even when entering higher banknotes - that makes your wallet look full.
Zurich airport is easy to navigate and it is probably the one of the best airports in the world. You can basically come empty handed and leave with full luggages. There are two supermarkets I.e. Migros and Coop at the airport train station.

At the airport of Manchuria, we run at the airport and it takes 6 minutes to walk from the train station. The airport staff are very friendly.

I would absolutely rate Zurich Airport 5 stars if it wasn't for the horrible gates they added for picking up our dropping off passengers. Entering the gate in the arrivals area is an automatic 5 CHF, with steep prices based on how long you wait. You can get 5 free minutes if you pick up your family and friends in the departures area.
Aside from this, the airport is outstanding. Always very well staffed to avoid long waits either in security or passport control. Very friendly staff throughout, and extremely safe (as is all of Switzerland).
Zurich Airport: please get rid of the gates, or allow a free amount of time for picking up loved ones!
I do like this airport a lot. I don't feel crowded here. I could walked with my own pace without being rushed by other travelers. The high ceilings make me feel very comfortable. I also like the view through all those big windows.
Because of Corona, of course, not everything is open, but it's still nice.
The airport is modern and the gates are easy to find. Handicapped passengers are well served. I think airport service Zurich is one of the best in the world.K.H.Vetter
This is Switzerland. So I'm sure the facilities and Veblen shopping is probably to the satisfaction of many. But I spent an hour and a half in a queue to drop off my luggage due to chronic understaffing. Each group seemed to take at least twice as long as I would expect to see at most international airports these days. Having arrived in very good time for my flight, this cost me an opportunity to spent time in the shops, perhaps eat some breakfast - and made it an anxious rush to my gate. Thoroughly disappointing experience
A very modern, clean airport! A really great visitor terrace, lots of dining options! However, the basement, from which many regional flights depart, is partly completely overcrowded and offers too little seating ... Still a really great airport!

The airport is designed very coherently. The terminals are easy to reach and the security controls at the level that you really feel safe. Only the parking situation leaves something to be desired, so here only a total of four stars.

Very structured, general and above all the toilets very clean, you do not have long queues, everything goes quickly and the staff always engaged .. one of the most beautiful, if not the most beautiful airport ever :)

Good location, easy access with train and car. Time that I am there it's easy and fast to get try the customs and passport control. Arrived as usual 3 hours early and have wait by the gate. I am not a big shoppers myself, but there is lots of shops and restaurants. Have to walk quite a distance from one place to another, but I had a lot of time to kill. Save trip

I was only 5 hours in the airport transfer.
However, it is so big and confusing (hardly any maps and plans to be found) that you can get lost very quickly.
The alleged "bargains" - through duty-free shopping - quickly turn out to be overpriced.
So you should refrain from shopping there.
The prices in the Burger King are extremely high. So either leave the airport, bring food, or try a diet.
Everything that has to do with flight operations can be described as "enormously friendly" and courteous.
But also the "Swiss cosiness" is not to be overlooked when one observes the handling of machines.
My departure was therefore, for example, 80 minutes late because the previous machine of the same gate was not quickly unloaded.
If I could I would give 10 stars. Everything runs smoothly here, TOP clean, friendly staff, high Swiss standard, just Switzerland. Best airport in the world - without exception !!!!!
It is a really nice airport and seems everything well organized, but it misses shops after the passport control.
It has a lot of chairs close to exits.
I do not know how it is before because I'm sitting here waiting for a connection.
Zurich airport, what can I say? All employees from the cleaning woman in the toilet to check-in, security or whoever I denied my parking ticket again, everyone is always friendly and helpful, would like to thank everyone who works at the airport. Professional = Zurich Airport
