I bought Kappa winter boots for children. The quality is catastrophic. Shoes can be used for a maximum of 2 months. Zalando does not accept a complaint. Quality comparable to typical Chinese products. I do not recommend buying.

Attention Zalando cheats consumers!
Ugg shoes Mini Bailey Bow: According to the UGG, the inner material and the insole are actually not made of wool, as described here, but of lambskin, i.e. the fur (skin + hair originally connected) of baby animals. The upper material consists of waxed lambskin + suede.
I pointed this out to customer service, it hasn't changed. I was also informed that Zalando did not sell real fur, which might make this deception necessary

Has no customer service. Does not respond to emails. E-mail has been sent several times and until today no answer from Zalando. Too bad. Fortunately there are other online shops with customer service.

The worst online shopping experience I have ever h...

The worst online shopping experience I have ever had. DHL cannot find receiver on the building and returned my package without the second try. I have all the address information in my account but with wrong order address, company name which should be company name, C/O receiver . In fact, I have used the so called wrong order address for 3 years without problem, but only this first time using Zalando. It must be something wrong with the printed label on the package. Contacted zalando online customer service before DHL sending back and got the reply they would contact DHL to send it again. In the evening, DHL sent the package back. Minimum effort.
I will not use Zalando anymore due to this ridiculous experience.

Customer service is a disaster! My package was delivered to the old address, although everywhere the current address was deposited, because Zalando does not get the communication with DHL and the address seems to be deposited there.
On the phone only people who have no idea and can not help you!
Unfortunately my last Zalando / Zalon order!

FRAUDULENT - WARRANTY IGNORED
We bought a pair of designer jeans which did not survive just one washing. However, Zalando automatically declined the warranty claim without even seeing or checking the item! We have even been denied the chance to send the faulty item back to Zalando. No reply to e-mail since then.
This is clearly a FRAUDULENT behaviour but a law suit would cost us too much :-( A big WARNING to all potential buyers.

Ik bestel onwijs vaak bij Zalando en heb bijna mijn volledige gardarobe via hen gekocht. Levertijd is soms wat langer dan verwacht en er gaat wel eens wat mis met de artikelen en betalingen maar ik heb nu wel echt een pluspunt die ik even wil delen en waarom ik een positieve review wil schrijven.

Normaal gesproken ontving ik mijn pakketjes via PostNL. Tot dat PostNL besloot geen pakketten meer af te leveren bij mij thuis. Toen was ik bang dat ik ook geen pakketten meer zou ontvangen van Zalando. Maar Zalando heeft schijt aan PostNL en stuurt het gewoon op via DHL, die nog wel pakketjes wil bezorgen bij mij. Nou helemaal top dus!

Shopping with mixed feelings. We were waiting for shoes that were intended for the wedding. The website and the range would be a clear 5-star affair. However, if you have to wait 19 days for your package and have to suggest possible solutions to the company, the fun is simply over. We hung out at Zalando every day, at the delivery service, or both. This is annoying! Tomorrow it matters, we kept hearing. It was very difficult to explain again and again every single day what is going on.

Delivery also includes selling! No matter who delivers it, it has to work. Then please change the provider if the current delivery service cannot read or the package is walking. There are more reliable ones! Please respond!

Unfortunately, the delivery service (according to the employee) is chosen at random. We no longer want to be supplied with this delivery service. As long as it stays that way we refrain from further purchases.

Fake reviews. After many years as a customer, for the first time I was so annoyed with a product as a customer that I wanted to give a negative review. The shoes were rated with 5 stars. I have submitted a 1 star rating. It just was not published. And then again and again no reaction. I would never have bought the shoes if I had read a bad review. And they are bad. Uncomfortable and do not look exactly like the pictures. Never again zalando.

As a longtime customer and shoe buyer (100 shoes already gekaft) answers. All of a sudden, you can not buy at Zalando's expense. on my telephone request I was told that the computer now determines, and the buying behavior analyzes whether you can buy on Rechnug or not. What's the nonsense ????? My buying behavior is now analyzing a computer, oh how great. On my telephone request I got a succinct answer. Also on my email I got a snotty answer. I wonder why Zalando wants to get rid of customers. ?
Since then I have been buying minimal at Zalando (I used to buy a lot). I think that too much of a star is too much !!!!

After years of loyal customers; Just finished with Zalando for now. Reminders received in connection with the own administration of Zalando which is not in order, then treated by the customer service rude. Delivery times in the past period longer than promised. Warranty cases are attempted to be bought off with disproportionate amounts.

The experience with ZALANDO is excellent till the moment that have to be brought to the customer. Actually I m waiting more than 9 days for my delivery, but the worst thing is since the 6th day the company CELERITAS, the one in charge of the transport, is sending SMSs that they are in that day in course to bring it, but never appears, simply lying . The easy way should be to call the person who is in charge to reception the goods and arrange the aprox right time (with margin for everybody) to deliver, because the arrangement by phone or by email from us to CELERITAS is quite impossible no one answer!
For my the responsible of that is ZALANDO, because I only was trading with it, and so I sent several emails, several exchange with ZALANDO customer service, with the conclusion that I know the phone number of CELERITAS (the whom supposed to deliver), try to arrange by yourself and ZALANDO can not help me in anything else. For me is just unacceptable that ZALANDO can not push CELERITAS to make the job!
If ZALANDO is not aware how bad is CELERITAS, I suggest to go to Google finder, type CELERITAS and you will see the kind of company you make business in Spain.

After 1 year I gave Zalando another chance and I'm still totally disappointed:

1. Do not respond to e-mails: I have been waiting for 3 weeks for an answer to my e-mail and have sent in the meantime again which. No response received until today ...

2. Send used / broken goods: For me are already often dressed clothes arrived and often they also have signs of wear. Obviously, the returns at Zalando are not checked but simply sold back to other customers.

3. Returns: I've sent something back a few times because something did not fit or as previously mentioned used goods arrive. Despite successfully booked returns you get reminders.

I'll definitely never buy anything here again. I hope the bad customer service ect. affects sales. Let's see when Zalando reports bankruptcy.

I buy a lot from Zalando. mainly for my collection, but also clothes and household items. What I like is Zalando Lounge, is very cheap, that is nice to take with you. But otherwise I am very dissatisfied with Zalando. They make a lot of mistakes, wrong shipments, items that have already been ordered, unfortunately not present. I have experienced quite annoying mistakes, wrong shipments many times, as a customer you have to send everything back, a lot of work, but hardly any satisfaction, for that you have to mail many times. Really all very customer unfriendly.
