After 1 year I gave Zalando another chance and I'm still totally disappointed:

1. Do not respond to e-mails: I have been waiting for 3 weeks for an answer to my e-mail and have sent in the meantime again which. No response received until today ...

2. Send used / broken goods: For me are already often dressed clothes arrived and often they also have signs of wear. Obviously, the returns at Zalando are not checked but simply sold back to other customers.

3. Returns: I've sent something back a few times because something did not fit or as previously mentioned used goods arrive. Despite successfully booked returns you get reminders.

I'll definitely never buy anything here again. I hope the bad customer service ect. affects sales. Let's see when Zalando reports bankruptcy.
