The worst online shopping experience I have ever had. DHL cannot find receiver on the building and returned my package without the second try. I have all the address information in my account but with wrong order address, company name which should be company name, C/O receiver . In fact, I have used the so called wrong order address for 3 years without problem, but only this first time using Zalando. It must be something wrong with the printed label on the package. Contacted zalando online customer service before DHL sending back and got the reply they would contact DHL to send it again. In the evening, DHL sent the package back. Minimum effort.
I will not use Zalando anymore due to this ridiculous experience.
