The experience with ZALANDO is excellent till the moment that have to be brought to the customer. Actually I m waiting more than 9 days for my delivery, but the worst thing is since the 6th day the company CELERITAS, the one in charge of the transport, is sending SMSs that they are in that day in course to bring it, but never appears, simply lying . The easy way should be to call the person who is in charge to reception the goods and arrange the aprox right time (with margin for everybody) to deliver, because the arrangement by phone or by email from us to CELERITAS is quite impossible no one answer!
For my the responsible of that is ZALANDO, because I only was trading with it, and so I sent several emails, several exchange with ZALANDO customer service, with the conclusion that I know the phone number of CELERITAS (the whom supposed to deliver), try to arrange by yourself and ZALANDO can not help me in anything else. For me is just unacceptable that ZALANDO can not push CELERITAS to make the job!
If ZALANDO is not aware how bad is CELERITAS, I suggest to go to Google finder, type CELERITAS and you will see the kind of company you make business in Spain.
