If it were possible to give a minus zero review to DJ Laz, I would. That a radio host, DJ Laz, would ask for people to call in to answer a question and then act rudely to the caller is unthinkable, especially if the caller is an 8-year old child. The incident took place this morning, March 15, 2017; I don't have the name of the radio host, but the show aired on 97.3 in Miami between the hours of 8 and 9. DJ Laz asked the question - what did the listeners think was a good profession for women. My 8-year old grandson called in on his way to school and said he thought a yoga instructor was a good profession for a woman - Laz asked my grandson what grade he was in - my grandson told him he was in the second grade - and the host snapped at the child saying "Stick your head in a book" and hung up on him. My grandson was so upset he cried - he said "that was my favorite guy, too."
Amazing I meet everyone. The people there are so inspiring and have great backgrounds and many stories to tell.

I am very greatful to have won anything from them and I have won a few times. However last October I won a $25 gift card to Miami grill. I went to the station to pick up my prize 3 times for them to say they didn't have it yet. To come back another time. I just won tickets to iron fork which I am greatful for also. This time I asked about Miami grill from almost a year ago and they said the same thing. I was originally disappointed at Miami Grill for not sending in the gift cards. Now after a year and they already started giving away more gift cards on the radio just the other day. So disappointed at cox for not being on top of their game. If this were my company I would be on top of Miami grill. Someone is not doing their job over there.
Love the 99 jam station. But my daughter just recently had Won tickets from the station for the Michelle Obama events in December of last year 2018 for her upcoming events for May of this year. My daughter was told that she was a winner and someone will contact her for the tickets. She never received that called so she called the radio station to only be told she is not on the list and do she have a recording of the call. My daughter did not recorded the call . Then she was told that someone will have to review the call tape and someone will call her back. Again no call back .My daughter called again and was told that it happen in December and the person who does the research could not go back that far. I'm sure whomever gave that information out knew that in the beginning.So therfore my daughter provided them proof of the call Date and time because she screen shot the call. Since that was not enough. Whoever told her that she will get back with her. Again no call. A friend read a post about the disappointment on My daughter FB page. She told my daughter in a messenger that she knew Pappi Keith. I think that's DJ name . And only than did my daughter receive a call saying that all the Michelle Obama tickets were gone. They offer her Keisha Cole tickets . WHAT A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!!
