Shopping with mixed feelings. We were waiting for shoes that were intended for the wedding. The website and the range would be a clear 5-star affair. However, if you have to wait 19 days for your package and have to suggest possible solutions to the company, the fun is simply over. We hung out at Zalando every day, at the delivery service, or both. This is annoying! Tomorrow it matters, we kept hearing. It was very difficult to explain again and again every single day what is going on.

Delivery also includes selling! No matter who delivers it, it has to work. Then please change the provider if the current delivery service cannot read or the package is walking. There are more reliable ones! Please respond!

Unfortunately, the delivery service (according to the employee) is chosen at random. We no longer want to be supplied with this delivery service. As long as it stays that way we refrain from further purchases.
