I ordered upper and lower veneers in October of 20...
I ordered upper and lower veneers in October of 2017. After receiving the veneers, I discovered that the bottom veneer fit fine but the top veneer was a very poor fit. It did not clip in at any area of the veneer and would fall out if i didn't physically hold it in. I called and spoke to a nice lady who informed me that an impression kit was on the way so that the top veneers could be redone. She asked for pictures of the top veneer, in my mouth, which i sent. When the impression kit arrived, i called in to get help with making the impressions. A nice young lady walked me through the process and instructed me to return the veneer and the impressions in the prepaid envelope, which I did that same day. By the way, these items were sent to them in December. Since then, I have been inquiring from time to time, trying to ascertain when i would finally get to have the product I've been waiting for since October. Suddenly, three days ago, I found out that while my new upper veneer has been completed, they don't show receiving the first veneer and won't send the new veneer until they get the first one. I can't send what I don't have. I've chatted with numerous people, exchanged emails and it boils down to the fact that they believe I am a liar. I am 100% certain that the original veneer was placed in the bag because I remember not wanting to send them in the nice container they provide upon purchase and I wrapped the veneer in tissue and placed it in the bag.
I am so upset with the level of service and lack of concern or compassion that I am perfectly willing to take the hit to my credit rating by making sure their financing company doesnt get another dime of my money(over $3000 for both veneers). I debated whether to go with Brighter Image over some of their competitors, when I made my decision. I chose them because I believed that the service and the product would be superior. Sadly, I was wrong.
So frustrated.
