I've been a loyal customer with Brighter Image for two years now. Whenever I've had an issue with me grinding my teeth or accidentally stepping on them, BI was prompt and understanding to my situation.
I'll be the first to admit that each of the four pair I've had replaced were of better quality than the last. I will continue to be a friend of BI until I finally get around to getting my implants.
