From the minute you call for information everyone is so amazing not matter who answers they provide accurate information on the process from start to finish. I had to submit an adjustment and it was done extremely fast so simple and I was notified via email every step of the way throughout the entire process. I still need just a minor fix but finally am happy with my smile after a very long time, In fact I am placing an order for an upper veneer for my husband. Also all the materials and packaging have great easy and precise instructions and not to mention how cute the packaging is even for the impression kit which I got within like 2 days after payment sooooo super fast!
