Very pleased!! back in 2011 i was diagnosed with acid reflux and it got really bad to the point my enamel started to go away, and at that point i lost all my confidence and had to hide my mouth every time i spoke to someone in public. Despite the bad reviews i gave this company a try and do not regret it ! The bad reviews are simply misunderstandings because people get mad when there teeth may not fit the first time , not realizing that it is there job to make sure the impressions come out as accurate as possible. Brighter Image Lab will work with you if you have any complications, all you need is patience and you will be very pleased, my first set did not fit properly and without hesitation they sent me new impression kits and i re-did them and sent them back now my top arch is perfect! I can now go out in public and smile without hiding my mouth and my confidence has went right back up!! I can not thank this company enough! I recommend this company and i want to remind future customers that its a team effort, its your job to get the best impressions of your mouth/teeth as possible and its there job to make the best veneers for you based on how the impressions are molded :)
