I worked with salesman, JC. He was fantastic and went above and beyond. I was an out of state buyer so there was a lot of communication through phone and email. He answer all my questions and made sure I was satisfied. When I picked up the vehicle it surpassed my expectations. I'd highly recommend Younger Toyota and JC!

First time buying a car at Younger. Everything was first rate, from salesmen(Louis Lee)to appearance, to huge discount on 2012 year end toyota and having a free
lunch of hot dogs and subs with coffee and donuts while we waited.

Horrendous.... nothing short of an absolute nightm...

Horrendous.... nothing short of an absolute nightmare. With this company it is 100% buyer beware. Their customer service is great until there is an issue... I will NEVER deal with the irresponsible people at Younger Toyota again! I would say their actions in my case truly border on criminal neglect. If your reading this saying, this company has always taken care of me... ask yourself how many times they have truly been asked to step up and take care of you and the vehicle they are responsible for.

This dealership is top notch! We have purchased/leased our last three vehicles from here and Stafford has helped us with each one of them. Stafford and the team at Younger go above and beyond to make sure that we purchase the vehicle that we are most comfortable with for our needs/wants and financially. He gives suggestions and his advice, but is in no way pushy what-so-ever. After we decide on a vehicle we like, the process is absolutely painless. So quick and professional. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle. *We will be buying a new car soon and I can't wait!

We contacted Justin Luttrell, gave him information on what we were looking for and within hours he had contacted us with the perfect car for our Daughter! I have been a loyal toyota owner for over 15 years...

I have been a loyal toyota owner for over 15 years and have even worked for the Baltimore/Indiana plants for a combined 10+ years. I still have a 1999 Camry with 280,000 MILES on it. Bought a 2010 toyota 4 runner from younger, around 2013/14 and paid my $20,000 loan off in 18 months. Have excellent credit history with toyota, in general.
I have been trying to schedule brake repairs, oil change, body work, and complete auto detailing with them for the last couple weeks but they refuse to "lend" me a vehicle for the time necessary to do the repairs, without having to pay for a "rental". I am very disappointed in this!!! I live 2 hrs away and have been returning for maintenance since I bought the vehicle. Was offered to"split the cost" of the rental but feel that this is just not acceptable, especially when I am going to spend ~$2,000-3,000 out of pocket. Seems a little petty to me to lose business over $35!!
I felt as tho everyone i spoke to had a smart attitude and did not want to even try to work it out. I am going to look into other dealers to have the work done since they don't seem to want to work with me on this issue. Very disappointed!! :(

I had been looking for a specific manual transmission Tacoma for a few months and was starting to lose hope. When my girlfriend and her dad (who both bought cars here) told me to see if Younger Toyota could help It ended up being the best decision i made. John V. and Dave C. made me feel at home right away and honestly it was the easiest experience I ve ever had at a dealership. Thanks guys and I love the new truck! They have multiple waiting areas and food available.
Whenever I've brought in my car for repairs or for standard service, it takes them no time to finish.
These guys are patient and take care of my needs whenever I'm there for any maintenance!

Called about car when i got there said it was sold. Came back a little later said it was available. After talking a little while someone cane and got keys. Clearly a hussel. While talking asked about a certain color .manager said not offered. Looked it up . he clearly does not know his business . when i told manager price was to high compared to other dealers . he said what are you doing here if you are working with another dealer. Duh looking for a better deal

DO NOT GO HERE! Bought a 2007 f150, hyphen the trick started having problems took out here to get worked on since I bought the extended warranty. October '15 told me my engine was misfiring and that I needed new plugs, no big deal because they were o.e. so I had them replaced. December '15 have the same problem and take it back to them. They tell me that my cam shaft is bad ( after weeks of not hearing from them and multiple calls to see what was going on) and I need a new motor. It's under warranty so I have them replace it. After 3 more weeks of not having my vehicle (and multiple calls again), they tell me it's ready. First time on the road it gives me the same problem. They tell me to take it to Ford since they replaced the engine. Ford tells me to replace fuel control module. I replace it, still misfiring on the same cylinder 2 different engines. Both Ford and younger tell me to keep driving my truck and it will reprogram itself and the problem will go away. Two days of having the same problem and the truck running rougher than ever, my engine light comes on for good. I now have three new problems, one of which is the catalytic converter. I talk to multiple mechanics about the problems I've been having, and they tell me that a consistent misfire will cause the catalytic converter to go bad. Since two different engines have been giving me the same trouble for what is now 5 months I would say that it's consistent. I take it back to younger and tell them I want it fixed because the original problem was never taken care of. My truck has been in the shop for 3 weeks today and they refuse to fix the catalytic converter unless I pay 1400 of my own money. The manager called me March 7 2016 and told me that everything I told him was new information to him and that he would contact me as soon as possible. It's been 2 weeks and I haven't heard from him. I was even in the shop getting a routine service for my wife's car, and he didn't come to see me (I was there for a hour). Avoid this place at all costs!!!

I take my 2012 Camry to Younger for all my service. I have always been pleased with their work. The waiting area is especially nice. This time I took my car for a recall notice and was told it would take at least 2 hours. I left the car and did some shopping and they called that the car was finished in just 1 hour and 15 minutes. They washed my car which I wasn't expecting because of the cold weather. The staff is always helpful and very friendly.
I would highly recommend Younger to anyone needing service.

What a great experience I had purchasing a used car from Younger Motorcars Toyota Scion! I drove up from Northern Virginia, more than 1 1/2 hours away to look at a specific Prius I had seen online. Morgan was very helpful in email communications before my visit and connected me with JC, who sold me the car. My purchase was a painless and seamless process, downright pleasant. This was such a relief for me after three weeks of frustration car shopping in the D.C. area where several cars were not as presented. I felt that I could trust JC and the staff at Younger Motorcars that my car was exactly as presented with no surprises. JC was very accommodating in working with my preferences and making sure that the car was ready for me, even though I requested a short delivery time. Matt Hull in finance was a real gem as well, very efficient and personable. All in all, it was a top notch experience, well worth the drive. Ask for JC when you get there!

I was in the market for a new vehicle. An addition to my current daily. The experience was absolutely great. From beginning to end it was just SO SMOOTH. Reached out to the sales team on Sunday and first thing Monday morning Timothy Campbell reach out. In less than an hour and over the phone we had a deal worked out on the truck I was looking at. A great deal at that. When I was shopping, I told Tim that I was going to reach out to my insurance. He suggested I speak to James, who is the insurance agent on staff. A bit hesitant since some dealerships can be mischievous and slimy, James and I spoke. To my surprise not only did he find me the best rate with phenomenal coverage on my truck, he was able to cover my other vehicle and home! Saving me money in the end! Now here comes Finance, Matt was the guy I worked with and my friends always warned me. When you go into finance make sure you look everything over because it can get tricky. Well, my experience was awesome. Matt suggested warranty and gap insurance and I did not feel pressured one bit!! It was just a phenomenal experience. I had shopped around for other makes and never was I treated like Tim, James and Matt treated me. Absolutely pleased with how everything went!

Oh can not forget to mention! They even held up to their statement and delivered the truck to my house with a full tank of gas!

I'm very disappointed with the incompetency on display at Younger Toyota since the purchase of my new vehicle. I was sold accessories that don't fit my vehicle. The vehicle tech does not work as promised, even after a 150 mile round trip for them to fix it. I would not recommend at this point in time.

I like this service department quite a lot. My adviser is Teresa and she is pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful. I've used Younger for many years having owned an '88 and '98 Camry, and an '08 and now '13 Avalon. The service lounge is fully equipped with amenities and all the staff are ready to serve you. In addition to maintenance and repair services I've also had my vehicles cleaned and waxed, always with satisfaction. The following experience demonstrates the integrity of this dealership: About 2 years ago I had the 2008 Avalon detailed. One to two weeks later I noticed paint damage on the crease of the front fender that looked like a buffing wheel might have ground through the paint down to the primer. On the next service I pointed the problem out, took responsibility for not inspecting the car after the previous service and indicated I did not require Younger to repair the damage but did suspect it had occurred during the detailing. Without any hassle they kept the car over night and, voila, the fender was like new. Good Bizness!!

We visited the dealership and Jamie O'Connel was our sales Consultant. He was very nice and informative. We test drove a Prius plug-in, a Corolla and a Camry Hybrid XLE. We started interested in the Prius, but Toyota doesn't offer a power seat on Prius (except for lumbar support), which was a deal breaker for us, as I'm very tall and my wife is very short, and she doesn't like to crank the seat for adjustment. The new Camry Hybrid was awesome and the price was as well. We only dealt with Jamie, and based on our experience with him, I'd highly recommend anyone interested in a Toyota, or a Hybrid, go there and ask for him.

Just bought a car (2012 Toyota prius V) from this dealership. JT was a great guy and really made this an easy process. Never had such an easy buying process and got a great deal. Matt helped us square away the financing and finalized paperwork and was also a really great guy and very efficient. No gimmicks, no games, and didn't try to sell us any added packages or additional stuff. I've had some really bad car buying experiences and some so-so... but this was by far the best car buying experience we have had. I hope that they have what were looking for next time, because we would definitely like to bring our business back to these guys next time we need a car.

I have purchased at least 7 cars from Younger Toyota over the years and Ken Murphy has been my salesperson for most of them. Ken is a very courteous and professional man who is very knowledgeable about about the car sales industry, definitely the type person you want to consult when you have limited knowledge about purchasing a car. He asks all the right questions of his customers to guide them towards the vehicle that will fit their needs. There's no pressure, he is most concerned with putting you in a vehicle you will be happy with.

Had a flat tire. Took vehicle in and they found that the valve stem was loose. They tightened it up, filled with air, put spare tire back and didn t charge me! Completely unexpected.

There are great incentives for purchasing tires there and the service department is awesome.

I just had my 80K mile service on my 2006 Toyota Camry. Younger has done all the services on my car since I bought it. This is my second Toyota from Younger. Over the years the service and amenities have improved. I do comparative shopping for major repairs and utilize the e-coupons that I receive. I appreciate the cleanliness of the service repair and within the waiting area.
The staff is always courteous and professional. They have taken the time to answer my questions and make appropriate suggestions.
There have been a few glitches, but by confronting them we have always been able to solve the issues. Younger will continue to service my vehicle and I would recommend them to others.

I went to Younger with my father looking to purcha...

I went to Younger with my father looking to purchase my next vehicle. We went just to test drive some cars and then come back later. We had the salesman named Easton and as soon as he found out I might not be interested in buying a new car that night he acted like we were an inconvenience to him. Then I test drove a used 2014 blue Rav4 that the brakes grinded so badly driving it made me feel unsafe and the steering wheel was shaking. It also took him over 15 minutes to get us into the car and he told me nothing about how to drive it when we were in it. I also test drove a 2018 Camry, that also took him forever to find the car and get us into. I did really like the car though, and would have possibly purchased if I was happy about the situation. Easton also failed to tell me anything about the car and he didn't even know that the XLE and XSE came in a v6 engine. You can google that and instantly find out.. I ended up purchasing a car from someone else. I will not recommend anyone to Easton ever. And to top it all off he has been calling me constantly for 3 weeks and is calling me Carla instead of Kara! My father was very disappointed because he is friends with the manager and owner.

Dealer is great to deal with. Service center is horrible. Used them twice for oil changes and tire rotations. First time I waited there. The waiting area is nice, but the novelty wore off after my 5 hour wait. Today was the second service experience. 0845 was my appointment time and I opted to use the shuttle service and not stay. Thankfully I chose this option as it's currently 430pm and they can't give me a status on my vehicle
When I texted my service advisor at 115pm asking the status of my vehicle he never texted back. Needless to say I will never use them for service again and urge others that value their time to steer clear.

We took out car in for service which was fine no issues there. We thought when we picked up they could show us a CH-R but when I arrived at the time I said I would Richard had another customer. I have two kids and my wife we were not happy that he wasn t ready for us. I had to ask for the keys at least he could offer us to see the car but he was too engaged with his other up for him to help us. When we came back the showroom was a ghost town. I walked aimlessly looking for someone to help me. I saw an employee who I m sure saw me looking for help. I went up to her and handed her the key she said something to the effect she was happy they were about to close. I didn t like that. STILL no salesmen. So we walked out. Salesman was in the parking lot I explained we didn t want to spend all night there. He lowballed my trade and tried to DOUBLE my current payment. Needless to say we left. Probably never go there again. Oh I bought another car from here too.

As always, EXCELLENT service! I have been dealing with Younger Toyota since 1989. They have grown so much and only gotten better. I highly recommend Mike Hampton if you are looking to buy a new or used Toyota. He is extremely laid back and not pushy. Their service department is excellent, also. They have food, water and coffee free to their service customers, as well as a free shuttle while your car is being worked on. Their prices for service are much lower than other dealers and they are truly trustworthy. You don't have to worry about things being stolen from your car. I have had body work done here, as well. They did an excellent job and even cleaned and vacuumed the inside of my car. You will not find a car dealer, service or body shop as clean, nice and professional as Younger Toyota.

So disappointed. Wanted to trade two vehicles in on a Toyota 4Runner. They appraised my vehicle at 10k under what carmax said they would outright buy them for. When management finds out your a cash buyer they will blow you out! If they cant steal your trade and hold the interest rate on you THEIR NOT INTERESTED! I went to carmax directly from there and sold them. Guess where i won't be doing buisness.

When we took our vehicle in for service, Louis Lee would always come over to greet us, and always saw that our vehicle was run through the car wash. When we decide to purchase another vehicle, we will check with Younger Toyota and always Louis Lee.

I've only been to Younger Toyota twice for service...

I've only been to Younger Toyota twice for service and both were successful. I was NOT aware that they provided breakfast, lunch, and snacks throughout the day. I also appreciated the shuttle to get me back to work and picked up to take care of my oil change needs. Jason in service was very nice and cooperative to work with. He was honest and fair in sharing the important information about my vehicle. The only suggestion I may have is to maybe eliminate all the food that is provided or cut back and offer a car pick up and drop off service so that customers can have their vehicle serviced without the hassle of driving with a shuttle service. Maybe offer during certain times of the day so it wouldn't cost extreme amounts.

I came to Younger with an 03 Rav4 that I had been having warranty issues with. It had not been running right of over 6 months. I had thought it had transmission issues since it shifted hard and sometimes stuck in Neutral. after just a few minutes Youngers Techs had a diagnosis. I had more issues than I thought and it was going to cost me more than the truck was worth to fix. needless to say I was a bit bummed out. All that turned around when the sales woman came over. We talked for a few minutes and she showed my wife ,and I the new 2013 Rav4. No way did I think we were ever going to be able to get the load to cover the new truck and pay off the old one, but Toyota came through for us. So what started out as a crappy day ended with me driving home in a new Truck. I was also very impressed with all the little extras. A very comfortable lounge, food provided for the customers, not to mention the free services for the car. from oil changes to car washes. This had not been my plan for the day ,but Younger made my bad day end well. Thanks to everyone for the great experience.

This is the 3rd Camry I have purchased from Younge...

This is the 3rd Camry I have purchased from Younger. Last week I purchased a 2018 Camry and Richard was an EXCELLENT in helping me find just the right Camry, with the options that I like. He was actually recommended to me by an acquaintance of mine. I am so glad he was recommended. When I make a large purchase I am very particular with some of the smaller things that normally do not matter to others. Richard was very patient and helped in every way he could. He was very sensitive during the closing deal. My husband suffers with Parkinson's and due to me trading in my 2010 Camry which had my husbands name on the title, he offered to drive to our home to have my husband sign the proper documents needed to make the trade. I was very appreciative of his thoughtfulness but told him that my husband was able to come down to the dealership. Richard made sure the papers were ready for him so he could sign and not have to spend a lot of time waiting. Thank you Richard for a great experience.

Unnamed salesperson didn't verify my insurance correctly, activate my sattelite radio, or have a front tag-frame (as required by MD law) attached to my new car. They sold me a new Camry which I later discovered had dents (maybe my fault for trusting them) and I paid to have them removed. Also, forget receiving responses to emails. Lastly, there was a $900 "mistake" on the paperwork which I'm sure they're glad I caught. Just go to Fitzgerald to save time and money.

I had the pleasure of buying a 2016 Tacoma Sport 4WD. Mrs. Mara Myers was awesome. Mara and the total Younger Toyota experience was excellent and professional. Mara answered all of our concerns, questions, and needs about our new vechicle. We had a wonderful buying experience with Mara and Younger toyota.

We are planning to replace my wifes vechicle and we plan on returning to Mara and Younger toyota.

Everyone was friendly enough... but this place is either super unorganized or purposely managed to provide as little help as possible once you've purchased the car.

I honestly think leaving a bad review is one of the only ways to get help. Will gladly change this review if a manager can help me and not ignore me.

For now though, I wouldn't recommend buying a car here.

Being extremely busy with little time on my hands, I called my agent Tim Moats and told him some basics of what I was looking for in a new vehicle. As he has picked out my last two vehicles which I absolutely loved, he didnt let me down for this one either, he had a rav 4 waiting for me!
