Ashley was such a wonderful and personable car salesman. I was buying my first car on my own and she explained the entire process of getting approved for a loan, insurance, and how to get the cheapest payments! She was very patient when I was attempting to decide between 3 cars and even helped me by explaining the features that each car has! Overall, I enjoyed my experience with her. I truly felt that she is passionate about her job and wants to sell you a car that you are going to love. If you don't happen to find a car you want, she doesn't pressure you into buying one anyway, she is very supportive and understanding through the entire process. I HIGHLY HIGHLY reccomend her to anyone. Truthfully, she deserves a promotion or a raise because she is OUTSTANDING. Thank you so much Ashley! Hands down, you are THE best! Oh, and I love the car you sold me!

My husband and I were not looking for another vehicle at that time but we were looking to see what was out there. My husband saw a car and asked me to take a look at it and low and behold we bought it. I love the car! The service was great! We couldn t have had a better experience that day. Some times when you buy something on the spare of the moment you regret it later but not this time! We love it and thank you so much Tim! I know where we will buy our next vehicle!

Mara was the best!!! She and the finance team got me squared away trading in two vehicles on my Camry and went out of their way to make sure I was in and out and on my way to work! Tracey in service transferred all my stuff from both vehicles to my new one while I was finalizing paperwork. Any one I know that is getting a Toyota is going to younger if I have to drive them there myself!!! (I live over an hour and a half away!)

I traded in my horrible showroom model ford focus ...

I traded in my horrible showroom model ford focus for a brand new toyota Corolla with loads of features. Then talked my husband into trading his Ford for a used Jeep Wrangler! The guys here helped me get rates I could afford and made going under on my first loan a lot less painful and a lot more worth it. I will forever only come here for future vehicle purchases and I recommend everyone else do the same. While my ford broke its plastic parts 7 months in, my toyota is still going strong. Best car buying experience ever.

I had inquired about a 2014 Tundra 1794 early morn...

I had inquired about a 2014 Tundra 1794 early morning and set up an appoimoment to see the vehicle at 1:00pm. After meeting with salesman he had to get truck and let me know they didn't get to clean it up yet. The Tundra had a dent behind the rear passenger door that was rusting. Tires were so bad they won't even pass inspection. Paint looked liked it was never waxed. I would be embarrassed to show a truck at a dealer in the condition it was. Very disappointing experience. Worked with Brian on a new van and one of the best experiences I have every had at a dealership. He was very knowledgeable and unlike other places didn't try and steer us into something that wasn't for us. One of the few I have ever met that shouldn't be burdened with the " car salesman" brand rather he was a true customer service representative who I genuinely believed was there to assist us in our decision and purchase, not simply sell us a product. Will will be back for our next purchase.

I bought my Rav 4 from them. I generally liked the sales person that worked with me. I felt comfortable enough to add extra warranties on with them. However, when we got the car we noticed not all of the power windows worked. We called and they said that they would look into it. I took my vehicle in and they did repair the windows. They then asked me if I would like to do my oil change there since my first one would be free. I stated that I did not, that I would like to wait until I actually needed an oil change. They said that would be fine and to just contact them when I was ready. I called and scheduled my appointment to get my oil changed a week in advance. When I scheduled it I asked them about the first oil change being free. Where they stated that it would be. My appointment was at 9:45 am for a simple oil change. at 11:15 am I went to the desk to inquire about my vehicle. When they said it was nearly done I asked them if it was common here to take so long for an oil change, so that I could plan better for next time. The gentleman behind the counter got snippy with me telling me that if it was a day that they have already serviced 40 cars, then yes I could expect a long wait. I started to explain to him that I had made an appointment where he interrupted me to inform me that they are allowed to take 3 hours with a scheduled oil change before they told me that I could leave and they would call me when it was finished. This sales gentleman's attitude towards me had angered me enough that I forgot that the oil change was supposed to be free. So I paid full price. When I got home my other half reminded me that it was supposed to be at no cost to me. Today I called the dealership to explain what happened. The operator said she didn't think getting a refund would be a problem but she was going to transfer me to a cashier. The cashier then explained that she doesn't usually deal with things like this and she would need to call me back. When she called me back she explained that she talked to a manager and that they would not be giving me a refund. When I tried to explain to her that I only knew about it because of it being offered when my car was serviced and confirmed when I called to schedule she informed me that she isn't responsible for what others had said. Though this dealership appears to be professional at a first glance, since I paid for my vehicle I have regretted the decision to buy from them. It seems like every person you speak to has a different answer to your questions and they aren't responsible for the information that they give you. The disrespect they show to your time and person is out of control. Even though I bought other warranties I will take my vehicle elsewhere and will not be purchasing from them again.

I was searching for a pre-owned vehicle when a friend recommended that I go to Younger. I am so happy that she sent me! I was approached by a very nice salesman by the name of Stefan Caicea. He was so personable, professional, and knowledgable and made the entire experience "anxiety free". Thanks Younger and Stefan I will be letting all my friends know about my experience.

I purchased an Avalon from Younger Toyota and the entire process was seamless. I have purchasing my cars from another dealership about an hour or so away and have purchased 4 cars since 2003. My sales representative was Louis Lee, at first I was hesitant to even go to Younger but my wife said give them a try. They were able to beat my main dealership's price which was shocking to me. I commend Lee for an outstanding job and best of all I wasn't pressured or haggled.

These guys went miles above and beyond to take care of me.

My car died in the middle of my busiest week of the year. Rob and the team stayed two hours after closing to get me into an awesome new car. They were even able to receive a lot of my paperwork via email and text while I was en route to them, in order to get me out faster. The best part is the car is absolutely fantastic, and I got a great deal on it!

bought a 2014 this is the 2nd one I purchased and owned it for only 6 months and had a caliber stick which was under warranty. the service department did not want to acknowledge that there was clearly a problem. the problem caused other issues to my vehicle which they claimed were normal wear and tear and would not be cover. I attempted to speak to the service manager who avoided my call. I had to go in to find out that even though there was an obvious issue it was going to be my problem. in addition their service department is very slow. it takes over an hour to get oil changed. their sales department is wonderful and give fair deals but the service department leaves much to be desired. when managers do not want to fix or admit errors it negates the point of buying a car with a factory warranty if you can't use it. they claim that you are number one when you buy a car but when service hits you are much further down the list. so i will do the next time I buy a car they will be last on my list too.

My husband and I bought a used Kia Sedona from this dealership. After the van broke down three times on a family vacation several months after we bought it, we found out from a carfax report that the vehicle had been in a prior accident. The mechanic was unable to repair the van. We were forced to buy a new van just to get our family safely home. We do not recommend this dealership to families wishing to keep their children safe on the road.

My wife and I have purchased multiple cars from younger Toyota and we had Justin Lutrell as our salesman every time. He is the best salesman I ever dealt with and will always go back I him. He makes the buying process very easy and simple very time. Love the sales staff. Also we take our vehicles back to younger Toyota for service. James Mitchell in the service department is one of the best people I ever dealt with at a dealership service department. James is always helpful and friendly. I love going there and dealing with James he makes every thing smooth and simple. I will always go back there and work with James Mitchell and Justin Lutrell. If you need a new car or service I highly recommend younger Toyota. Go see Justin or James you will be happy. Thanks younger Toyota for having the best two people ever working for you.

I was pregnant and moody, but she didn't let that alter anything as far as what she knew needed to be done. We have had our car for a few yrs and love it terribly! Mara is the ideal person to work with in the car buying process.

I went to this dealership to test drive a vehicle. Justin Lutrell was the 'salesman'. The very first thing I noticed upon entry was that none of the salespeople had masks over their faces. I was told that he would have to go with me on the test drive or I had to provide insurance information to take the vehicle by myself (which I promptly did). I went back the next day and was greeted by the same salesman who walked up to me and said in a very uninterested way, 'What are you here to drive today?" The following several days I was looking to test drive another vehicle and was told to come by and once I got there, was told the vehicle had not been inspected. I called the next day and was told by two different people the vehicle was ready and then told by Justin, again that is was not. You guys are car salesmen for crying out loud!!!! Your job CANNOT be that difficult!!! Is the vehicle ready or not??? And maybe the better question is, does anyone at your dealership really even care. Absolute terrible experience and will never go back. I would give zero stars if it was possible.

I am sad to have to add this review. After MANY y...

I am sad to have to add this review. After MANY years being a loyal customer of Younger including the purchase of at least 10 vehicles new and used it seems my time as a customer has drawn to a close. These purchases don t include my daughters, mother, friends etc I have sent their way.

My youngest daughter purchased a second vehicle from them recently and there were some hiccups along the way but as usual the staff helped to work out a resolution we felt was fair. (although for the first time in our experiences we were made to feel the issues were our fault somehow).

This saga ended in a blatant lie to me and my daughter by Rick King who is listed as a sales manager.

Lies by a business I have spent so much money at is unacceptable.

I have now purchased three cars over the last five...

I have now purchased three cars over the last five years from the wonderful Gary Cohen at Younger Toyota. As someone who works in sales on a daily basis, I cannot say enough good things about Gary Cohen. He is honest as the day is long, researches everything about the pre-owned car (in my case) from the car fax to known service records to talking with Younger mechanics, and will try to get you the best price he can. Normally, I would consider buying used cars up there with root canals in terms of a life experience. With Gary Cohen I can truthfully say it was an actual pleasure. I've also been pleased with Younger Toyota as whole as their service department is top notch and goes out of their way to make you comfortable while your car is being serviced. Five stars for Gary and Younger!

I have to drive over an hour to get my Toyota Prius serviced. I feel it is worth the drive to Younger Toyota in Hagerstown,because every time I go there I am greeted with such friendly people. They bend over backwards to make you comfortable while you wait. My vehicle is still under the 2 year free service so the price was right. I took a book with me to read,but by the time I had something to eat which they provide for their customers,looked around and got ready to read,my car was finished. Rhonda even had my car washed. I love that place!

If you're in the market for a new car, I highly recommend you DO NOT use Younger Toyota in Hagerstown. I had a terrible experience from the start and it's only gotten worse. A few weeks ago I had an appointment to go look at a specific Highlander that I liked. Upon arrival, they informed me that they had sold that Highlander a few days prior. They never notified me and I drove 2 hours after a full day of work to get there. I settled for another Highlander that didn't have everything I wanted. When leaving with my new car, I noticed a dent in my brand new car door. They said no problem, we'll write you a "We Owe" and you can come back and get it fixed. So I scheduled an appointment for this morning at 10am (even though I really wanted to go Tuesday so I wasn't wasting my Saturday). I drive an hour and forty minutes to get there. Upon arrival, they inform me that their dent guy doesn't work on Saturdays and there was nothing they could do to fix my dent today. So now I've wasted nearly 4 hours of my Saturday for nothing.

We had an oil change performed here. The dealer put the wrong filter on. The filter didn't fit correctly, which led to 5 quarts+ spraying all over the underbody and exterior, resulting in nearly blowing up the engine and my family and I getting stranded overnight.

Head of service was courteous and helpful, even cleaning the oil from the exterior. They promised to cover the cost of oil, stay related expenses, and "something extra to cover the trouble" but did not follow through despite repeated attempts to contact and provide documentation.
