I like this service department quite a lot. My adviser is Teresa and she is pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful. I've used Younger for many years having owned an '88 and '98 Camry, and an '08 and now '13 Avalon. The service lounge is fully equipped with amenities and all the staff are ready to serve you. In addition to maintenance and repair services I've also had my vehicles cleaned and waxed, always with satisfaction. The following experience demonstrates the integrity of this dealership: About 2 years ago I had the 2008 Avalon detailed. One to two weeks later I noticed paint damage on the crease of the front fender that looked like a buffing wheel might have ground through the paint down to the primer. On the next service I pointed the problem out, took responsibility for not inspecting the car after the previous service and indicated I did not require Younger to repair the damage but did suspect it had occurred during the detailing. Without any hassle they kept the car over night and, voila, the fender was like new. Good Bizness!!
