i will not stop.... i was told i have 6-8 mo to live.. and u tried to charge 300,,, the 48 .. still 900% markup .. fair price is 15.00.. ther is fb twitter, instagram, yelp and bbb... plus there is 13 other nationwide review sites... i will put last review on all of them.... do not rip off terminal teacher.... i will not stop..15.00 is fair......i just want to say my initial experience was not good but want to put out a A+ on what connie ,john yougblood and dwayne did ,,, they fixed issue and even came to my house to verify and make sure everything was good...so thank you,, i know at times it got bad,,,but you proved you are a complete , and will not stop til customer is 115% happy,,, sorry it was rough and took 3x, but u never gave up,,, i will definitely recommend and if i do not pass by august i will come to your dealerships to buy my next new car...wtg and connie sorry things got difficult,,but u went well beyond any greedy car dealership would do ,,,,thank you

I had an appointment to look at a car at Youngblood this week and there was a scheduling issue so the person I was suppose to see wasn't scheduled at the time. Luckily, everyone was very nice about it and JON REYES stepped up and offered to work with me. He was able to go grab a car from a separate lot and make sure I new exactly what was going on the whole time! It was a great experience, I have a great car, and JON REYES is an amazing employee.

Springfield folks should feel lucky to have a repair facility in the area such as Youngblood Nissan. As a transportation manager at a small college in Oklahoma, one of our 2018 Altimas cut a belt and the car over heated on SB I-44.
You would think it goes downhill from here... No way. Wes in the Nissan Service Dept took care of it from the get go and I was pleased every step of the way! They even took care of another small issue that I wasn't even aware of while it was in the shop.
It's nice to know, when your fleet is out on the road, there are people like Wes that care. Thank you!

Great buying experience. Worked the deal by phone with Jon Solomon. When we arrived at Youngblood Jon had our beautiful Rogue there to view. Jon went over the great features of our new car in detail. He assured us that he was only a phone call away should we need a refresher on any of the features. When we got down to the paperwork there were no surprises, everything was as previously agreed upon. Jon introduced us to the service department manager and finance person. All in all it was a great buying experience. We were extremely impressed with Youngblood and especially with our most knowledgeable salesman, Jon Solomon

These gentlemen exemplified what it looks like when you can trust your car dealer. This is the 3rd car I have bought from Youngblood (and the second from Conrad). The staff is great to deal with some days, others days not so much, I have had a vehicle in a couple times to have work done to under warranty, set the time for them to work/diagnostic on what is wrong in the morning time (9:00am and 7:30am) and don t get a call till 4-5pm after I have called twice during those days to schedule the rest of my day with no call backs from Youngblood service. I get told all the time from there they are booked up back there, and going as fast as they can. I get it but if you can t handle the work load then let people know. I or the rest of Springfield area shouldn t have to bring a vehicle in and wait a whole day to finally get calls back. Slowest service dept ever. After this warranty issue is fixed won t be going back here again.

My car buying experience at Youngblood Kia could not have been better! Tim Schlobohm in internet sales was extremely courteous, knowledgable, and efficient. More importantly to me as a woman buying a car on her own, he treated me with the utmost respect and really listened to what I wanted. The Youngblood website was very easy to navigate and helped me to do some research and price comparisons before going to the lot. Thanks to that and Tim's excellent service, I got a fair price on my trade in, a great deal on my new car, and was driving away a very satisfied customer 3 hours later! I highly recommend Tim and the team at Youngblood!

We took our van in for oil change and tire a rotation. We had too take it back the next day. After the tire rotation, they failed to either do an alignment check or give the printed results to my wife and or verbally inform her of the failed alignment check. However, the staff did give us a rental at no cost and gave some effort to correct their mistake. It still should have never resulted in both my wife and myself having to make second trip and spend 3 more hours out of our schedule. Hence, a three star review.

This was my third time in life shopping for a vehicle. This go around I visited five dealerships and returned to Youngblood after a shopping experience with Ted Acup that clearly couldn't be beat. I never once got the sleezy, stereotypical car salesman feel from Ted or Jesse Moorefield, another salesman who assisted quite a bit in the sale. Over three days there were a lot of test drives and one visit specifically to test how well my dogs fit in the vehicles I was considering. Ted & Jesse worked as a team answering questions and encouraging me to sleep on my decision so that when I was ready, I was comfortable and confident in my decision.

I came in two different times to look at vehicles and was treated poorly. I was not shown the vehicles I wanted to purchase and kept getting excuses on what was available. I was left to wait in a dirty waiting area and was not impressed with their sales manager at all. I left and got a much better deal all the way around - better interest, newer vehicle, and excellent treatment - WHAT A LOUSY PLACE!

I highly recommend to anyone wanting their car serviced, to go here. The staff are very nice and knowledgeable. They listen to you and bend over backwards to help you come up with a plan that works for everyone. I cannot say enough good things about them. Conrad Ortiz was my service guy and he was great. He was kind, helpful, and kept me updated as to what was going on with my car. Yes, he came to me. Give them a try and see what Im talking about.

The service dept. is always friendly and ready to please. They explain what they have done and offer special services when available. The customer shuttle van is also much appreciated! The waiting area is comfortable and offers refreshments while I wait. I purchased my Kia Soul in June 2013 and have had an oil change 4 times since. Every experience has been top notch! Thank you and keep up the good work.

Be careful been going for couple years trusting them..they said I needed new brakes was at a 3. I took it to Firestone for second opinion they showed me my brakes were still at a 7! Don't know if they trying to rip me off or incompetent mechanics, either way I won't go back!

Never have experienced a more asinine bait and switch in my life. My fiance and I received a letter offering us 125% of KBB fair trade in. This means that our car should have been worth well over 16,000 on trade even after they deduct the 1000 for a wreck on the Carfax. I was offered 12 thousand and was told that this was 125% of KBB value minus 1000. This was insulting. I waited 2 hours just to be insulted. Predatory business tactics are not pleasant and this company should be ashamed.

I bought a 2014 Kia Soul from Youngblood Auto on 7 Feb 2014. The sales person I worked with, Joe Blottenberger, was exceptionally friendly, courteous, and attentive to my needs. Outstanding customer service, no pressure, no hassle, and made my buying experience very easy and stress free. A+ all around for Joe. I also received the same courteous treatment from the finance person, Coleman Kappelman. He explained everything to me in detail and in a way that I was easily able to understand, and again, no pressure and was extremely friendly and courteous. I would recommend this Dealership to anyone.....an overall very positive experience!!! Thanks again guys!!! :)

Being a marketing and public relations coordinator...

Being a marketing and public relations coordinator, it saddens me to have received such bad quality of customer service from the used Kia dealership. I will not get into the private side of what happen, but I can attest for the disrespect, dishonesty, and mistreatment. We walked on to the lot knowing the vehicle we wanted. We were paying cash for the vehicle, and the organization was sloppy. I called on my way from Arkansas to Springfield telling the sales side of Youngblood that I was on my way. I also told them the car from their inventory that I was looking at. I told them around what time I would be by to look at it. The person over the phone told me she would email me more info on the car and get back with me because they only had a stock photo on their website. We get there; I still had not heard from anyone, and they seem to nothing about the vehicle on their lot. The sales rep that was taking care of us tells me if may be across the stress. So we pile in my personal vehicle and go on a wild chase looking for this car. (I do not blame the sales rep) About 30-45 minutes of looking we finally track down the car and it was in the "detail" lot. We look at it, and I test drive it. I liked it. We offered an extraordinarily fair deal, cash, and was taking it as is. (It needed work) The sales rep after one counter decides to shake my hand and tell me thanks for stopping by, so we left. Around 6:30 I call and tell them I will take them up on their offer. Calling them took three times to get a hold of someone that could sell me the car. I was shocked. We get there the car is being cleaned, and that took about 45 minutes. By the time I finally saw what the car looked like it was pitch black out. We sign the papers. The next day Youngblood was supposed to fax the title over first thing in the morning. Our personal banker calls us around noon to tell us they have not heard or seen anything. I decided to call the dealership and ask nicely to have them fax it over to the Battlefield Bancorp South location. I got a nasty phone call from someone pretty much calling me a liar and had a nasty tone. He made me feel as if I had done something wrong when I only needed them to fax a simple piece of paper. (This is all happening while I am in Arkansas, I still don't have the vehicle in possession, but they were paid up) My business partner goes to see what is the issue because he lives close by and they start yelling and being belligerent with him in the lobby. Calling us out on lying and harassing him. All he needed was the title. They proceed to tell us the title is nowhere to be found, meaning they attacked us for their mistake. I could go on for days on how bad the customer service is. They harassed us, were unprofessional, rude, using racist nicknames for each other. I am just appalled. We ended up leaving on a semi-positive note with the Fiance Manager, Sean Cabins. He left us in an okay mood. The person who harassed us the most was Scott (Lastname?) If you are planning to buy a vehicle, I would suggest going somewhere else. I drove over 100 miles to see them and got treated like a nobody. In the customer service industry, you never know what your customer is going through. I just lost my other half unexpectedly, and that's why I needed a car. The night we signed the papers, I started crying a little and asked for 5 minutes alone. Sean, though he left us in a good mood today, rolled his eyes at me because I was running them late. They couldn't give me 5 minutes to grieve. I am sorry to all the people who have experienced this poorly run establishment.

I had been looking for a certain car for a while. They got one in and let me come see and test drive it before it was even ready to sell. Salesman was very accommodating and went out of his way for me. Finance got me through quick without making me feel rushed. I do not like going to dealerships but this experience was very pleasant. No smoke and mirrors, just straight upfront talk.

I love my new vehicle and the sales guys were friendly. Recently found out they did not offer to cancel my mpp protection with my trade in car, giving me back a substantial refund. Toyota dealer was the one to inform me they could do this and even helped me file the paperwork, unlike Youngblood who never said a word, or offered to help when I picked up trade in odometer disclosure paperwork. They also need to be more attentive to guests coming in.

Went in for a test drive and didn't have a complete understanding of what I was looking for. Salesman Jon Solomon has sold to a few friends of mine so I asked for his help and boy, did he deliver. He was extremely knowledgable, honest, upfront, and positive! I just bought my very first dealership car and I was very happy with Jon Solomon's help and guidance through this process and also loved Laz's help with the financing! Very positive and helpful atmosphere and couldn't be any happier with my car or the dealership! Love my '15 Sentra!

And buttons on the dash but they would be repaired. When they released vehicle the repairs were not made. I bought the car on their promise and I was stupid trusting their reputation for honesty.

I ve bought few cars from here but kinda disappointed on this last one I got. Horn is almost out, sounds pitiful. There s a crack in the windshield that I didn t know about until after I bought it because of the car fax sticker that was covering it when I test drove it and I have driven it for 2k miles and already needs an oil change... even though it says it s good for another 3K on my sticker they placed in the car. The rotors are going bad too. Like I get it s a used car but dang. The little inspection paper said everything was good.. and it s obviously not! Idk who cut corners on this car but it s annoying to get into a car and have to spend money to have it in top shape and I ve had it less than 3 months.

The first time I came in, back in January, I chose...

The first time I came in, back in January, I chose to come here because a friend with the same credit got a very nice car. When I walked in, it took a minute to be greeted even though there was no other customers. The guy who I met with was rude, and before telling him much, he had already told me he might not be able to help. After this, he "shoo-ed" me away and when I came back in about an hour or so, he was with other customers! He just looked and me and said "I can't help. Try a buy here, pay here" then walked away.

This time, I dealt with a lady. She was nicer, but she told me she'd call me back in 30 minutes. She did not call me back until the next day. Also saying they won't help me (I was going to pay for the car outright). I had tried to contact her or someone yesterday when she never called me back and could not get ahold of anyone, when I chatted online, they told me they were busy with other customers. Like I was not a customer wanting to be helped.

I have heard good stuff, but only from men. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Was met by very friendly staff--took my information and as I was waiting went to waiting room. Shawn came by and spoke, talked a few minutes and back to work. Everyone was very friendly. Was done in no time and I was on my way. Car was washed and shiny--looked great. Very good experience

Worst service department known to man. This place cannot and will not own up to their mistakes. They try to bruah things under the rug and lie. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy even go there unless they want work half completed and the ball dropped hard. Wasted time, and a service job that left me to having to go else where for 2 ruined tires that could have easily not have ever happened had they done/recommended an alignment with the major service i had done. This goes entirely deeper than this review, but they are awful. Spare yourself and go elsewhere.

Visited tons of car dealers for about 6 months loo...

Visited tons of car dealers for about 6 months looking for just the right vehicle. They had just taken a car in on trade and posted it online without a picture. I called and they arranged for me to come and look at it even though it had not been cleaned or fixed up. The vehicle was dirty as expected and had some obvious issues such as broken tail light, missing antenna, etc. They stayed in touch but weren't pushy and notified me as soon as the vehicle was done going through their intake process. It was clean and all noticeable issues were fixed. I asked for a detailed list of what was fixed and they provided that as well. They fixed things many other dealers would not have. I drove allot of cars at other places and found things like the Tire Pressure Monitor System light on the dash was on or a bad wobble as I drove. I would tell the other dealerships and they either refused to fix it or said they would and did not. Younglood on the other had tackled these issues on the front end. I feel like instead of trying to get one over on the customer and hope they don't notice the issue, Youngblood just fixed it up front which is the right thing to do.

The price was cheaper than others so there was no arguing about how much we were going to pay and to top it off they gave us a$500 discount because my wife worked at a local hospital.

I absolutely love my vehicle. It drives smooth due to the issues they fixed and it is 10 years old with 90,000 miles on it.

A few days later, someone with the last name Youngblood called me to ensure I was happy not only with the car but the whole buying process.

I cannot recommend this dealer more. The sales people were not pushy and they fixed the used car up the way it should be so the customer doesn't have to worry about it. Awesome place to buy a car and I will be going back in the future.

Purchased 3 cars within a year time frame from You...

Purchased 3 cars within a year time frame from Youngblood and I have had great service until I went to cancel a warranty I purchased through them. I went in on Jan 23rd 2017 and Spoke with Laz to cancel the warranty I purchased. A month has went by and I was waiting for my refund but instead of waking up to a refund I wake up to another auto deduction from my bank account. I am very unpleased with the lack of service I have received so I called in and got transferred to multiple voicemail's and can only speak with the receptionist or I could leave a message. If you value your customers you should go above and beyond to make them satisfied. If service continues like this I will never purchase a car from here again.

On 20Jun2020 I called the dealership at 12:00 and ...

On 20Jun2020 I called the dealership at 12:00 and spoke to Emily and made an offer on one of their vehicles. She said she had to talk to the manager and put me on hold. She shortly got back to me and said they agreed to the price and asked when I can come and get it. I explained I m not local and just need the vehicle information for the bank so I can get the check ready for them and get a flight out there. She said ok and a finance guy would contact me shortly. A hour passes and nothing so I call again and she says to give her a few minutes and someone will call me. Another hour passes and the finance guy calls and says they re working on it and someone else is test driving the vehicle. Which is weird because we just agreed on price for me to pick it up. So I wait another three hours and nothing. I call Emily back and she passes me on to her managers voice mail so I call back and she hangs up on me.

This place is just shady and stringing people along for them to get the best deal for themselves. My issue is agreeing to a price and backing out of the deal without so much as a heads up or courtesy call. It would have been better for everyone involved if they would have had a small amount of customer service and integrity by just being up front and honest instead of letting their customer hang out to dry just for them to make a few more dollars. Very unprofessional and still not even a courtesy call to let me know if the vehicle was sold or not. I wouldn t deal with this dealership if your trying to purchase a vehicle and not local, you will be their lowest priority.

I inquired about a vehicle that I test drove earlier in the week. I filled out the credit application was corresponding back and forth with a sales rep. I wouldn't be so mad if I didn't fill out the application that hit my credit report to find out they sold the car that I was inquiring about earlier in the day.
Why have me fill out everything if he car was already sold. I understand things do sell but to go through the whole process and to be asked how about this car instead Or what did u like about this car. Worst experience ever.

Even though we did not buy a car from Youngblood, I wanted to recognize the professionalism of one of the salesman. His name is Quinn Cox and he is a salesman on the pre-owned lot on S. Campbell Ave. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, punctual and not pushy at all. Overall, the car shopping experience at Youngblood was pleasant.

Amazing service!!
Found out my car was on its way out and I called Youngblood and they found me a car that same day.
Charles was great to work with, he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my new car. It was an amazing experience. I greatly appreciate Charles, and everyone being so helpful. Thank you Youngblood and Charles.

I went today with my Kia to get a recall looked at I've never had such nice group of people there, they answered all my questions especially Rowdy Nelson made my day with a slice of apple with peanut butter on it and a cookie he made my day I hope Santa is so good to him thank you Youngblood for having such good employees

Ryan Grabill did a great job making a difficult situation much better. I took my truck in for new tires and alignment. I was supposed to pick up my vehicle at closing time, but when I arrived, the mechanics had encountered some problems that delayed the completion of the service. After waiting awhile, Ryan suggested that in order to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction, they might keep the vehicle overnight and provide me a loaner until everything was finished. This they did and I picked up my vehicle the next day without any trouble and returned the loaner.

I appreciated that rather than rush the job and return the vehicle incomplete, Ryan took adequate time to ensure the job was done right. I had never used Youngblood's service department before, but I will be sure to return in the future and would recommend them highly.

I just wanted to let everyone know how much I appreciate Daniel and Ryan and the team at Youngblood Automotive.

My daughter was on her way to Texas when her car broke down outside of Springfield. The team at Youngblood made it a priority to promptly diagnose the issue in an attempt to get her back on the road to meet her deadline later this evening.

Although the diagnosis was not what we wanted to hear, I want to let the team know how much I appreciate what you did for her...and me. Thank you Daniel and Ryan for doing what you could for my daughter. You saw she was in distress and you did what you do. Even offering to pay for transmission fluid out of your own pocket if that is what was needed to get her on the road.

Dishonest and incompetent. Prior bad experience with a Kia now the same with a Jeep. At least there are other Jeep dealers nearby.
