so disappointed. Purchased a certified pre-owned Nissan Rogue from them and my wife was talked into the additional warranty to ensure EVERYTHING was covered that could possibly go wrong. The salesman even explained that it covered the navagation system in case something went wrong....well here we are 6 months later and just found out that the warranty we paid for doesn't cover the TRIM piece on our seats..it fell off and now we cant adjust the seats. Bad craftsmanship and this is why we bought the ''covers everything warranty'. Instead of them fixing it they want $700 to repair...sad

might be a good company but don't trust them

I flew in from myrtle beach sc to buy a used truck, they were on time picking me up from airport, paperwork was a little slow but other than that everything was great. They were very honest when asked over the phone condition of vehicle, which was my biggest fear but when I saw the truck for the first time I was very happy, it was as they said and that means the most to me. Drove it 18 straight hours to get back home and it drove beautifully. I am a happy customer.

They washed my car and left me w/ a thank you card and a bottle of water in my cup holder. I m looking forward to finally having a service experience I enjoy!

Shout out to Andy Burkemper.

We were driving from Iowa to Branson when our AC condenser went out just north of town. We went to Youngbloods with our Pathfinder and explained the situation to Andy. He went out of his way and pulled a tech off another car to look at ours.

After going thru the repair options he comped us one of there rentals so we could continue our vacation while the repairs were being completed.

Thanks Andy for the excellent customer service!!

Just had a very frustrating experience yesterday and today. I saw a vehicle I was interested in posted on autotrader yesterday. I called, was told to come in to see vehicle. I went in, waited ~45 minutes to see the vehicle. I was told it was being detailed, and might not be ready by end of day, so could they call me in the morning when it was done to come see it. I asked if I should just show up when they open, and was told no it would be better to wait until they called. They called. I drove to dealership (which is local for me). When I got there, they told me it had already been sold.

I have had my jeep grand cherokee overland going on 5 years now. Never a problem until this past week when i traveled down from Montana to visit my family. I am so thankful i was in a place that had so many amenties unlike where i live in MT. Youngblood dealership got me in right away and assured me they were going to get to the bottom of things. The two ladies that handle the checkout and rentals were fabulous and so attentive! They gave my son a toy car while we waited around and he instantly started to wink and flirt with them. I was pretty distraught when i showed up there because i take care of my car like my little guy. Richard Loggins was phenomenal and so professional.... as a service advisor, their job is never easy, dealing with people who are unhappy about coming in with problems. I would reccomend them over Corwin CJDR any day. They knew i was travelling with an almost 2 yr old and so overwhelmed that they even made me a travel care package after fixing my car. I cant say enough good about this place and it was my first visit, all i can say is i KNOW for a fact i would not have been treated any better any other place (omaha performance, MT somewhere) and they didnt try and hassle me, just because i was a female!

Flawless and easy! TJ took care of me beginning to end. Fair value for my clunker. Got the exact car I wanted, added the tint and ground lighting I asked for. Very accommodating while you wait. Wifi, tv and snacks. Kept waiting for the other shoe to fall but it never did. Brought my car in for the tint, they gave me a loner. Service team is great too, while it was in they noticed an airbag light was on so they fixed that while it was in. It was the second car I bought from them and you can bet in a few years I'll be back.

We had no pressure to buy and no hassles during the entire deal. I would recommend having these gentlemen assist you anytime you are buying from Youngblood! I had a great experience with the salesman at Youngblood when I bought our new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. He was concise, polite, not pushy or salesy, and very knowledgeable.

It's been all downhill from there. I have had three issues that were covered by warranty which were by no means the dealerships fault. What is their fault though is the terrible performance of their service department. The mechanical work is sound, no doubt, but the customer service is atrocious. I've never had to manage someone else's business more that Youngblood's Service Department.

We had a great experience. We pulled up, and we initiated the conversation. Other dealerships swarmed on us like vultures. They showed us what we wanted. Adrian was the first Rep that worked with us and he hustled and did just as we asked. Later we worked with Bobby. He was more experienced and really got to the core of what we wanted, balanced with what we could afford. We fell in love with the Rogue. Amanda was our financial Rep, and not only was she professional and detailed, but she was so patient with me on all my questions about percentage rates and all that stuff. I have a friend in the market for a new car, and I'm sending them here first. Thank you Adrian, Bobby, and Amanda!

This was my first experience every getting a vehicle of my owe. My sales man was Dustin Howard and he did a wonderful job of exploring the options for me and showing me vehicles that were adorable for me and fit my needs. He made me feel very comfortable and at ease during the whole process, which can be a very stressful process. Unless of course your sales man is Dustin Howard. I will definitely be recommending Youngblood to my friends and family or anyone that mentions they are in the market for a vehicle.

We will never return here, we came to look at an suv by trading our vehicle that we bought from this place. The guy was pushing us into an ultima and that s not what we wanted I felt like I couldn t ask for anything nor my wife. My wife feels the customer service has change since we bought our first new car from here and it felt like to her a pushy sale person to buy this ultima we didn t want. She also thought the guy was rude. I was asking him about all his suv and he said no we can t do that we can t sell you for that type of payment. Which I am so thankful he didn t run our credit. I felt like he wasn t listening to us as a customer and he didn t even cared about serving us. All he did was pushing a vehicle to get us to buy which we were not looking for and get out. I don t do business like that you should only do what the customer needs not what you think the customers need. I missed the person that sold us our first new car but this time we probably will not return after my wife said the worst customer experience she seen. I don t like pushy sales people they didn t do this when we came there 5 yrs ago to buy our first new car.

Needed to have a key made for my daughter's Kia because hers was lost in the lake. The staff was excellent! They made the key the same day we delivered the car to the dealership. They had a nice place to wait, offered me a bottle of water, sat down and talked to me about options, and all in all provided Superior customer service. We'll go here again.

Sales was very good, except how can they sell a car with only one key, especially a smart key that costs an extra $250 to get. There was significant communications issue with service but everything worked out OK in the end.

I will start with the costumer service was great. Got me in, no problem. Very courteous. The problem is unless you have a factory recall I do not suggest their service. The prices were 5x as high with the part and labor. Remember if you go to them and decide to look elsewhere you will pay $125 for their time to run some diagnostics test to tell you what your vehicular problems are. If it s a recall go to them. If not, fine a local repairman...

If i could give 0 stars I would. talk about pressure sales. They made a fake invoice and didn't honor Trucar prices and they are a Trucar dealer. I probably spent 20 hours there over 5 days and nothing got accomplished. They lied and said they couldn't get the car I wanted in a dealer trade until I went on my phone and showed them 9 within 100 miles. Lies, Lies, lies. Worst car buying experience ever. Left and got a car with a 695$ option extra and about 200$ less at Don Vance in Marshfield. It was worth the drive.

PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS DEALER!
The worst experience for my mom, who is a senior citizen and on a fix income. She bought a brand new car, and was specifically told (have two witnesses to verify) that purchasing the car came with a perk of free oil changes for one year. Only to find out, that the car indeed DID NOT come as a perk, but a $1,250.00 charge. Who does $1,250.00 worth of oil changes in a year? She was point-blank lied to by her salesperson, Jack Dugger. Again, two witnesses to verify. All my mom wants is her $1250.00 back for something; she cannot afford, or does not need. Keep getting total runaround by them, and their biggest come back is, "Sounds like you have buyers remorse." They say that because they know Missouri does not have a buyers remorse law. But it has nothing to do with buyers remorse, it has to do with being lied to and their unwillingness to make it right. Once again, Youngblood Auto Group is giving other cars businesses a bad rap for lying to customers. All she asks is they make it right. Maybe $1250.00 may not seem like much to Youngblood, but for my mom who is on a fixed income, and because she lives 50 minutes from Springfield, why on earth would she want to pay $300 per oil change (based on 4 times a year), and also drive 50 minutes each way to get it. No way would that be worth it, and she isn't stupid enough to purchase such a maintenance plan. What is your problem Youngblood? Make this right!

Great prices, great service, and great selection, along with salesmen like Greg, are what makes a good experience. This is the 2nd vehicle I've gotten from Greg, and I won't go anywhere else for my next car.

The main reason I have given this rating is because of the customer service I received from Greg Boswell. He was not only attentive and honest, but he also helped me feel much more at ease with my decisions. He has helped out several times since the purchase with answers to questions and directing me to the right area for service. My overall experience with Youngblood was extremely good.

We bought 2 *NEW* 2018 Jeep Cherokees from Youngbl...

We bought 2 *NEW* 2018 Jeep Cherokees from Youngblood Auto Group and my wife's just burns through the oil. I've added 2.5 quarts during this oil cycle and now doing the oil change only 3.5 quarts comes out. Keep in mind this 2.4L needs 5.5 quarts. They state the Jeep is "within range of normal oil burn" even though it just hit 40k miles. I have to call dozens of times just to get my service technician and when I leave voicemails I never get a call back.

Safe to say I'm never buying a car from Youngblood again due to their horrible service and inability to back the products they sell.

My husband and I had been browsing vehicles for awhile. We came across a vehicle that we both loved and asked about it. They said it was just bought from auction so they would need to do some work on it before we could test drive and what not. So that following week we test drove it and agreed on a price. There were still things that needed fixed on the vehicle like a broken fog light, corrosion on the battery, torn leather, needed new tires, a few dents and needed detailed. They agreed, and said that it would be finished when we picked up the car. The salesman told me that I would have to come in quick because there was someone else interested in the vehicle and that they would not hold it for us. So we rearranged our schedule to go do the paperwork. We told them multiple times that they could keep the vehicle to get everything done correctly because we knew it would take time.

When we arrived to fill out paperwork and looked over the car the fog light had not been replaced, dents were still there, battery corrosion still on there, no gas in the vehicle and the batteries in the key fobs were low. Once again we told them they could keep it until finished, even though they said it would be taken care of by the time we were done with the paperwork. There was also a recall that needed to be taken care of, so we just said give us a call when that part comes in and we can just get everything done at once. Also you could tell that they rushed through the detailing. There was streaks of I m guessing cleaner running down the inside of the doors and the windshield had some sort of cleaner on it ok bc when it rained I could not even see out of it.

While we waited for a call my husband and his father checked out the car to make sure there were no issues, as he has been a mechanic for years. The only thing he found was that the back brake pads would not pass inspection and needed to be changed. So when we finally got a call (a month later) that the part came in we brought to their attention that the back brakes needed to be changed. They said there was plenty of pad left on them but they could replace them for $300! We passed, when my husband went to get the vehicle when it was supposed to have been finished they had not even finished the battery corrosion so he had to wait again. They didn t clean the car so there were hand prints all over from them fixing the dents. My husband and FIL changed the rear brake pads themselves for $45 and it took them 10 minutes. We brought the pads up to the dealership to show them that they were not passable, they didn t care and just said that they were when they inspected the vehicle. So apparently The pads wore down 30-40% in less then 1500 miles or so.

I felt the work on our vehicle was just done half way and they were not there to please the customer but to make money. I felt rushed when purchasing the vehicle because money was to be made. If we would not have pushed as hard as we did to get the appropriate things taken care of then they would have just overlooked everything. There is no way they would have put that vehicle on the lot the way they tried giving it to us.

We moved here with a Nissan under warranty and one day the hood wouldn't open on my wife's Versa. It had 34,000 miles on it and was less than 3 years old. She took it in to get it repaired under warranty. They told her that they charged $85, regardless if it was under warranty or not. I told her to come back home. We traded the car. I've bought about 25 new cars & trucks and will not step foot on their lot.

I originally thought they seemed very helpful when I went looking for a Jeep. I found what I wanted in another state but would rather keep my money local. They showed me a couple options they could bring in and told me they would get me a final price. Not sure what happened with that as they never called me back with a final price. Then they call me and ask me if I would be willing to take one they have on the lot of they took the lift kit off. I said I am sure I would, get me a price. After several days of hearing nothing I called and left three messages with Dylan the sales boy and the service manager. They never call back. I tried Dylan one more time. He answers and says just buy from another state, we can't bring one in for a good price. So, I never get a price on the two they said they could bring and then I never got a price on the one that was in the lot?? I told him it would have been nice to know instead of left hanging. His excuse was well we have been busy with the end of the month sale
So, my recommendation is buy from somewhere that gives better customer service and wants your business.

I enjoyed buying all 13 vehicles from them. Jason Duncan loves Younblood Niisan. Jack Dugger gets it done when others cant.

Told me my catalytic converters are bad pay my $2,800 bill took it to my local shop because it still would not run or even pull itself off the trailer and they said your coil packs are bad. That's why Its loading up and the Cadillac converters dumping raw gas down the exhaust not firing like it should on all 6 cylinders. so now I have to spend another $500 for coil packs because they couldn't figure out that was what was wrong blaming it on my Cadillac converters if your coil packs or not firing it's going to dump raw gas into your Cadillac converters I will never take my truck back to another Nissan dealer my local guy here in town found the problem less than 5 minutes
