The person you build a relationship with by phone and on line is not the person you deal with when you get there. This was very disappointing. I, also felt the salesmen that met with us had a very sharp and harsh personality.

DO NOT SHOP YOUNGBLOOD unless you like getting ripped off, wasting your time, and dealing with apathetic individuals. The service is the worst I have ever dealt with. We will NEVER shop here again and advise those smart enough to read this, to learn from the mistakes of others. It doesn't matter your age, or how much you have to spend, they will 'act' like they are doing great by you and that you are getting a 'good deal' but after that deal is done---you will find out that they are car scammers!!!

I bought a little while back, but in the time I have had my car I know that it was absolutely the best car for me. Jon Solomon is great, I have known him for a while now and send all of my friends his way if they are needing a good, honest deal. He actually helped me find the perfect car for me when I went in "lost" and unsure what I wanted and needed in a car that I now trust my life in.
Buying a car from here was the Worst experience of my life. Fast talkers and flat out liars. They like to say one thing then call you a liar when you come back with concerns.

They had a sign out front that said 30 minutes to have everything done. One and half hours later we were just getting the offer.
I did the their website trade-in value but when they brought the offer they were allowing less than half the online value (I am using low end of the range the website gave me) and got defensive once I show them their own website. They were doing a promotion and did not do the promotion as advertised if someone did a test drive.
I admit I was getting frustrated after waiting forever for different answers(we had a sale person immediately) so that did not help, but we had multiple other sales people come ask us if we were being helped even an hour into the process.
Although I didnt find what I was looking for Jon Rus was willing and able to do anything to make it happen. With no sales pressure.
Just want to give a shout out to Lauren, Chase, Tony and Connie for being my heroes last night. I was halfway home last night when my wheel started wobbling, with another 30 miles to go. I called these kids and they stayed after close to wait until I could get there and rent a car and drop off my car for service. It was 19 degrees last night. Being broken down on the highway would have been awful. Thank you guys, you were great again!

Dennis kitsmiller is awesome....got all my concerns taking care of, did a nice job informing me what was done to my vehicle, as for your young loaner car clerk that was at the desk, she needs some customer service training, I have been in the dealerships for 22 years, worked at Chrysler for 11 years and have never been treated so rude!.. I am tempted to call Chrysler corporate!
Drove a friend to Springfield to look for a suv to replace her totaled one. It was a suv meets big dear thing. When we got there. We was greeted with a warm welcome. Mike and Shawn was awesome. We told them first off what my friend had to work with as fare as monthly payments. And what she wanted. Lol. Believe me it seemed to be a very big challenge to the other 4 dealerships we checked with also. But not for Mike and Shawn. We said here is what we can do. And this is what we want. And Shawn said this is what we can do. Mike was the best ride and drive guy ever. Bottom line is. Not ONCE! Did Shawn or Mike even ask her if she could go higher payments or higher down. They put her in a very nice suv. And she is one happy little Lady. You Guys Rock. Thank you for carrying longer than your drive way.
My pregnant wife and I recently made the very first purchase of a brand new vehicle for our budding family. I have to admit, it was the most pleasant experience possible. They were not just friendly, as is expected from any sales representative, but the levels of expertise and helpfulness, courtesy and respect was far above what was needed to make it a comfortable decision making process.

I have bought 2 Titans from here and talked my mother in-law into going here. She got a new 2016 Altima and less then 20,000 miles she comes out for a oil and tire service with a $436.85 bill. She says she was not told of any extras until it was done and time to pay. She is a sharp lady for 70 plus so I believe her , however the service advisor says she is mistaking. I fill he took advantage of her and our family will no longer do business here.
I'm new to Missouri and needed to buy a car quickly. I feel that I got lucky with the salesman I worked with. Aaron Putty was very professional, courteous, patient, not at all pushy, super knowledgeable and over all an honest guy. Aaron knows his cars well. I had a great buying experience and appreciate doing business with Youngblood Auto. I would definitely go back for my next car. Ask for Putty!
I am an average Joe, and Conrad and Will Made me feel like a rich man. Scott did my finance work, and he really beat the bank up for me and my needs. This is not your average dealership. These were not your average car salesman. They weren't even car salesman, they were friends looking out for my interest as a buyer. I love my Brand New Kia Optima. I am not only a Kia driver for life, but a Youngblood Buyer for life.

I started looking for a newer Nissan Altima with less miles in December. I went in and they showed me cars that were too much money and ones I didn't really like. They got me back in there in January for another car. Salesman had a list of things I wanted and didn't want. He had a car to show me that had all the options I didn't want and was expensive. Sean ( I think. He is the short guy) ran my credit and wouldn't give me anything for my car, wouldn't come down on the price of that car. He was condescending and patronizing. He fully insulted my intelligence. I was offended. He also said I could get a loan for 21%. No way. I left angry and insulted. I pulled my credit report from Equifax and it was 100 points higher than the one he showed me. He was deceptive. Funny. Corwin offered me a brand new Chrysler product with my car as a trade, a good interest rate.
I will not buy a car from Youngblood. I have told everyone I know that is looking for a car to steer clear of them. Youngblood has been dishonest with two other people I know.
BTW Do you know they charge an extra 2200.00 for a certified car?
It didn't start out great. I was about to head for California and instead I had a catastrophic engine failure on my first ever new car. Not as bad as having a beloved pet die, but close. Then warranty nor insurance would cover it... don't you wish you were an old woman, we get special treatment that way. But that's not youngblood's fault. Devastated I still moved to California. Got there, worked so much over time it seemed like I was working round the clock. Jim Perkins is the service manager at present and he's a real Gem of a Jim, found a good salvage engine, had it put in and ten weeks after that really bad day... I flew back to Springfield where Jim had my car waiting at my hotel, it was full of gas and had been detailed. Oh yeah and the job came in about $500 LESS than the original estimate. And the original estimate was reasonable. I did ask them to have it delivered to the hotel, and they were happy to. I didn't ask for him to fill it up or to have it detailed.

Had friendly sales people to talk me through the purchase and work with me on the price. Financial gave me lots of great information and the whole process was great. I was helped to figure out what matters to me to find the right car and not pushed into something I didn't want. I definitely recommend Youngblood for your new car.

Purchased a new Jeep Cherokee from Youngblood. We have had in the shop seven times in three years for the same issue, twice it had to be towed in. We follow the maintenance schedule that is recommended by Jeep, all service done at Youngblood. Even still they can't/won't fix the issue. They blame us each time or tell us that a warning light is not important. Horrible service, would rate lower if possible.
It's a great place to shop for nice vehicles. Me and my wife purchase two vehicles from Youngblood.
The people there are very nice. The service department is very competent and I appreciate their help. It's always nice to work with the same person.
