Purchased 3 cars within a year time frame from Youngblood and I have had great service until I went to cancel a warranty I purchased through them. I went in on Jan 23rd 2017 and Spoke with Laz to cancel the warranty I purchased. A month has went by and I was waiting for my refund but instead of waking up to a refund I wake up to another auto deduction from my bank account. I am very unpleased with the lack of service I have received so I called in and got transferred to multiple voicemail's and can only speak with the receptionist or I could leave a message. If you value your customers you should go above and beyond to make them satisfied. If service continues like this I will never purchase a car from here again.
