I came into Youngblood Jeep for my normal simple oil change for my 2017 Jeep Wrangler. First of all, they did a great & quick job taking care of this for me. Rowdy Nelson was my service advisor. He noticed that my tires were older and might need replacing soon. He mentioned that he would do some research and when I return to pick it up that he would have some options for replacement tires. They also gave me a courtesy shuttle to my work, which is always appreciated. They called me to inform me that my Jeep was ready to pick up. When I picked the Jeep up, Rowdy had 3 options of tires all printed out with pricing & he explained the different ones to me. Everyone was very friendly & accommodating. Great experience! I will continue to return to buy Jeeps from Youngblood, as well as have my service work done here as well. Top Notch!

So here is my experience :- first off my salesman was great it didn't have anything to do with him , even though I didn't leave with a car , but my 1 start rating comes from , we sat and waited for hours to see if we could get approved , first car was a no wanted 8 grand down , next car was a no go wanted 660 a month due to my credit , ok I'll take it , but while setting in the waiting area of the used cars , there were guys in another booth cussing up a storm and actually made FAT JOKES about another couple that was looking at a red MAZDA , remarks were car was too small for them , he says did u see him , and another guys says did u see her , they were very un professional to my opinion, Im sure they talked about us too when we left , the couple that was looking at that car went to another location in ozark mo , if they only knew what was being siad , they wouldnt be buying a car from you guys at all , I'll never be back , hope u can figure out how to be customer friendly , my credit will be better in a few years, will not return to you guys ,

I was treated like I was appreciated for bringing my vehicle in for air conditioning repair. Had to have system checked. Cleared out and additional Freon added. 2 follow-ups in the 1st 24 hours! That is awesome!

1st time was a bad experience, but because I was in a trouble with my jeep dying on me while I was trying to get home before it got dark, I had to pull in to see if they could check it out. They opened the garage door and I pulled in (I was the only customer), 3 men were at their stations and nobody looked my way to acknowledge that I was there so I just sat there. Finally, I motioned to someone and he asked me the problem. I told him and he said he would have to keep my jeep over night and I could rent a car to get home. I asked him if he could just check my battery, maybe that's all it is so I could be on my way. He wouldn't do it. I didn't have any choice but to leave. When I pulled out I decided to go to O'Reilly Auto and they for free checked my battery and sure enough that's all it was. They changed my battery and I was on my way. When I think about how rude those guys were and refused to check out my jeep it just makes me wonder what they would have charged me and what they would have found besides a battery. Just insulting and sad!!!

We had a myriad of issues in their service department for a basic oil change.
1. We had an appointment that was supposed to start at 10am, and be done by 11am. We didn't get our vehicle back until 11:50am. It messed up our entire day, and we got an EXTREMELY insincere apology.
2. When I scheduled the appointment over the phone, I was never asked my name. Just my vehicle year, make, and model. They assumed my name was what showed up on Caller ID, my wife's name under her maiden name as well. I corrected this when I dropped our vehicle off, and our paperwork STILL used her name under her maiden name.
3. They also charge an ASTRONOMICAL amount of money for a basic oil change. I've literally never paid over $60, and that was for synthetic oil in the change. At THIS dealership, we paid $85 for this service.
4. There were people who checked in after us that left before us. This *could* be that they had a simpler service being done, but I know for a fact that one of them was having the oil changed based on conversation with their service advisor. It didn't help that she was a cute young lady, and I personally feel extremely disrespected by the seemingly preferential treatment.

We will not be returning to this dealership for our future vehicle services, nor will we be buying our next car from them. We had planned to buy a car from them in the next 2 weeks, but this was a completely unacceptable experience.

I love trusting my Nissan to the service crew at Youngblood. They're courteous, respectful, and I feel they're honest. My service advisor lets me know what my Pathfinder is due for but never pressures me to get it all due at one time.
Love the cleanliness of the waiting area as well as the drinks/snacks they keep out for customers.

My vehicle was totaled in an accident, auto shopping occurring during the Stay at home order. I am still working, so shopping by appt. I thought would be difficult! I expressed interest online. Aaron immediately made contact and scheduled an appt. with Clayton. Clayton and Aaron worked cooperatively you meet my requirements, were flexible in test driving and other appts., and both were knowledgeable, answered questions, and were friendly and professional. I appreciate a sense of humor and both exhibited this characteristic. It helps because car shopping is stressful! Telephone calls were returned in a timely manner and I feel the customer service was excellent. Steve, in finance, I had a previous experience with in purchasing 4 years ago. Both were awesome! He shopped a package getting me interest rates lower by about 5 points in percentage, than my salesman could secure. It included my desire for Gap Insurance and an Extended Warranty. He s easy to communicate with and answers questions before you have to ask. These three worked as a dedicated team for their employer and selling me a vehicle. Definitely customer oriented and positively driven. Thanks to all of you! Dawn Freemyer

Ryan was very professal, informative, and straightforward. I have always hated being a car due to dealing with the "car salesman". Ryan wasn't this type of salesman and I enjoyed getting to know the in's and outs of my vehicle before I drove it off the lot. Life is full of pressure this time car buying wasn't. Thank you Youngblood Nissan for keeping employees like Ryan.

I personally was not impressed with my experience ...

I personally was not impressed with my experience at Youngblood, I went to trade my vehicle in originally which they wanted to under cut me on with the trade in value, I also showed up to look at one vehicle and one vehicle only to be constantly pressured to buy three other vehicles I would never be interested in. After three days of waiting to hear back on getting the vehicle, they tried to tell me that with my trade in I would have a 600 and some dollar payment, so I turned it down instantly and told them I would put money down on the vehicle, they then called to tell me the payment would be the same even with a 8,000 dollar difference in the loan? No thank you, we pay 650 dollars on our 40,000 dollar loan; I am not paying 640 for a 22,000 dollar Nissan, I then cancelled everything and all the sale person could do is say okay and hang up. They are pushy and honestly don't care about your wants or needs they just want a sale. I will never go back here nor will I ever recommend a person to this place. I also have spoken to customer service they told me I would hear back from someone and once again, many days later.. nothing. They don't care about their customers one bit, you're just another sale to them. I will stick with Don Vance, they have done my family and I great for many years. I wont ever step out of my comfort zone again, I regret giving these guys a chance. I definitely learned my lesson.

Long story short my car went in working perfectly ...

Long story short my car went in working perfectly fine to have recalls fixed. When it came out it had an ABS light and another light on. It was NOT on when it was dropped off. Darwin Graham had multiple stories and lied to me multiple times and then called my girlfriend a liar. Would never do business of any kind with them again.

Update after your response,

Look I don't know much about cars and I don't claim to. I thought the alternator had something to do with the electrical system, which is what was messed up when I got my car back, but I guess I'm mistaken? Regardless of what you did when it was in the shop repair wise the fact remains that it went in working and was returned broken. What makes me even more aggravated about the whole situation is that I have since repaired my car myself. It took me, with little to no car knowledge, a half hour and $20 in parts and shipping. Pretty sad that you'd try to screw a customer over such a cheap part and fix. I guess that is just the kind of people you are.

Went to look at a used Jeep. Tracked down a salesman, found the vehicle but he did not have keys to test drive. Spent the next couple hours waiting for them to find the keys while they looked at my trade in and ran my credit. Finally got tired of waiting, had to ask three times for my keys back, didn't get them back until the credit approval was finished. The salesman was going through a borderline insulting list of things that made my trade-in less valuable, which I've never experienced at any other dealership. Then on my way out the door they told me the keys to the vehicle I wanted to test drive were in some locked building and wouldn't be available until Monday. Ended up purchasing a similar vehicle at another dealership.

Every encounter I have with Ryan Grabill and his group is positive. They not only explain what they are going to do, they tell you when and keep you updated throughout the process. As if that weren't enough, then they even explain what they did, answer all your questions and send you on your way. What a great service department!

Every time I go there, they break something totall...

Every time I go there, they break something totally unrelated to the repair and say it wasn't them. They then proceed to quote me the repair cost for the new thing.

Example: Last time I went for an oil change and my air conditioner stopped working. Immediately. And I turned around immediately and took it in. I was accused of exaggerating and lieing before he wiggled a capacitor and it kicked back on.

I'll probably go back because I still have money on my card, but a similar scenario happens every time I go there. Not looking forward to it.

Service department just sent my husband out with his gas tank hanging and without the tank cover, over a review they were screaming and cussing at my husband over my review, now I cant get no one to take my calls!!! This is ridiculous!! Jeopardize my husbands life over a REVIEW!! WE ARE RAISING 3 GRANDKIDS I CANT DO IT WITHOUT HIM!! I PRAY FOR YOU SHAWN AND CHASE, THAT'S HUSBANDS LIFE YOU PUT ON THE LINE BECAUSE OF A REVIEW THAT WAS ALL TRUTH..TRUTH HURTS!... DEAR CONNIE, I was on the phone with my husband when you came out telling him he should take it up with cooperate. We owned the truck 3 years and regardless its of the miles age etc. Running out of gas with children is inexcusable
when there is a recall. Furthermore you services guys did send my husband out in an unsafe truck and I have reached out to cooperate and I do have pics and your cameras should show your service guys handing my husband his tank cover! While you was there!.You was just as rude to him I have it all recorded. So no dont care to hear from you at this point I've reached out to our attorney as well. We have a case # from cooperate, so we will be moving forward at this point. And FYI this is not our first bad encounter with Nissan service department. I NO LONGER OWN THE NISSAN I BOUGHT FROM YOU GUYS BECAUSE I WAS TIRED OF THE RECALLS AND LIES!

Had a salesman that was very nice and helpful and we asked for some more info on a Nissan. When he was gone to gather the info, some chubby little guy came at us and asked if we had been helped. Regardless of our answer he starts talking and aggressively trying to sell us on a car. He wouldn't leave us alone, so we finally just walked away mid conversation.

From start to finish this was easily the best car-buying experience we've ever had! Greg Scott and Youngblood were true to their word without a doubt. I traveled from 2 hours a way to get the best deal I could find and they honored the price, had the car ready to go, and got us through the finance department without any major delays. Within 2 hours, the transaction was complete and we were on our way back home with a beautiful brand new Chrysler 300 in mint condition! Greg even took the time while we were finishing up with the paperwork to wash the vehicle himself since the car was bay was backed up and he knew we were anxious to get on the road. Even though they are 2 hours away they took the time to introduce us to the service manager and make sure we had his contact information. Great to see not all car dealers are the same!!

I have never received service to this standard on my vehicle before. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a hot wheels car and a little stuffed animal for my toddler. The service waiting area was clean, the bathroom was clean and everyone was friendly. The total time I spent here beginning to finish was 1 hour and 15 minutes. I am not used to such quick service! Upon leaving, my service advisor (Wes) has my vehicle waiting - freshly washed - with a thank you card and a cold bottle of water in my cup holder. I can t believe this! I usually go to Reliable Chevorlet for my service since that is where I purchased my vehicle but I will never NOT come to Youngblood Nissan for my service in the future. I am blown away. Thank you Nissan. Thank you Wes!

I hadn't purchased a vehicle in 10 years and hadn't had a brand new one in 30. This purchasing experience was very positive. I bought my car from Carlos Ortiz and he was very helpful and patient. I feel like I paid a fair price and would purchase from them again. I liked that they included an actual spare tire instead of that 'tire inflation kit'. The Soul is a fun car to drive. I just wish it had come with the Hamsters! :)

I recently purchased a 2016 Nissan Titan XD from Youngblood Nissan in Springfield, MO. My Sales Representative, David Rapelje was awesome! I was impressed with his patience being that I was indecisive on my purchase. I chose two other Titan XD's over three days prior to my final selection. He continued to work with me to ensure that I was satisfied with my new purchase. I would recommend anyone who maybe in the market for a new or used vehicle to contact David Rapelje, he will ensure that you are in the vehicle that you are happy with.

Wow. Words can not express how great Youngblood has been to me here in Springfield MO! First of all Ryan deserves to be paid too notch for his work. He is consistently going above and beyond in everything he does. I had issues with my vehicle and he got everything figured out, had other minor concerns fixed, and helped me into a rental car in a time of need. When I got my vehicle back he was very kind. Today, I had something on my number that I was unable to get off at home and was worried I would mess up the plastic so I came back into Youngblood. Ryan immediately remembered me by name and was more than willing to help. On top of that, he gave me a car wash! Wow, I will forever recommend this dealership to others when they need help or are buying a car because of my experience here. It makes me want to buy my next car with them!

I took my 2012 Nissan rogue in due to the transmission going out. Three weeks later I get my vehicle back . I didn't get a loaner vehicle because I didn't think it would take very long. Daniel was my service person. I took my car in on a Friday. He went on vacation the next week. My vehicle did not get taken care of until he came back. My vehicle warranty people blamed the service department and the service department blamed the warranty people. I explained every day that I called both of them , that is my only vehicle . No one seemed to understand that. After picking my car up on a Tuesday I had to return it on Friday. Another issue. This time I got a loaner car and they had my car fixed the same day. I took my car to a Nissan service department because it is a Nissan. Never again will I go back and have anything worked on or buy from them.

I absolutely hated my experience with Youngblood and regret ever purchasing from them. I would never ever recommend Youngblood to anyone, and would highly discourage them from purchasing or servicing their vehicles there. In order to give you an accurate and unbiased review, I've detailed my experience below (it's quite long but gives you a good idea of how your experience will most likely be). The Service department is the worst I've ever been to, and although my car is under warranty, I take it elsewhere to be serviced now.

I purchased my car from Youngblood pre-owned 6 months ago, and have needed several things fixed on it since (which I understand, it is not a new car).

Issue #1: Originally, as part of the purchase agreement, they were going to fix one of the lights on the dashboard, and told me to schedule an appointment with Service whenever. I called to make an appointment the next week to have the light replaced, and when I picked up my car after the appointment, they informed me they had diagnosed that my light had a short in it and needed to be replaced and that I would have to schedule another appointment to have it replaced! They also were going to charge me for the appointment and the new part. I told them that it was part of my purchase agreement, but they refused to call Sales and told me I would have to call Sales to have them send it over. After failing to get in touch with my Sales representative several times, I gave up. They ended up waiving charges for the diagnostic appointment to tell me exactly what we already knew, but still wanted me to pay for the light to be replaced. No communication between the departments whatsoever, and an actual refusal to communicate when asked by the customer.

Issue #2: About a month ago (5 months after purchasing), the battery died, and needed to be replaced, as it couldn't be fixed with a jump. I have a hybrid, so I wasn't sure which battery was the main problem. I scheduled an appointment for first thing in the morning at 8:30 a.m. and dropped my car off the night before. At 8:30 punctually, I showed up at Service to make sure my appointment was running on time and get things taken care of. Although I received TWO confirmation emails from their website about my appointment, they said they had no record of my appointment, and it would probably be pushed back until the afternoon. The service tech, Neal, said it would most likely be $80-120 to be replaced but they would call me if it was any more money so I could make a decision. I informed them I worked until 6:00 that night so they would need to call me when it was done so I could pick it up before they closed. At 5:15, I received a call that they had already done a complete replacement for $240, and that I would need to get there in the next half hour to take care of things before close. I asked if the replacement was covered by my warranty, but they couldn't find my warranty on file. So I spent 20 minutes on hold with the Sales department to try to track down my warranty. I ended up paying over the phone and was told I could pick up my keys in the Sales department. When I got there, they had the incorrect keys and I had to wait for another 30 minutes while my keys were tracked down. Although my appointment was at 8:30 am, I had to make several phone calls, paid much more than I expected (I would've taken it elsewhere to be replaced if they would've called me like they said they would), and in the end, I wasn't finished with them until 6:40pm. Since they didn't finish my car until so late in the day, Neal told me he didn't have time to discuss what was wrong with the battery, and why they replaced it, and said he would provide a detailed report or call me the next day. There was never a report to be picked up and no phone call was received..

All in all, utterly unacceptable and unprofessional. I tell everyone I know to avoid Youngblood.

I must say I have been very impressed with Youngblood's auto group. I have bought two vehicles in the last few years. One a Jeep wrangler, and a 2011 Dodge Ram. The most impressive and helpful points are the sales staff not only helps by answering any question one would ask but they inform about the many questions one might not even think to ask.

I want to thank Greg Boswell for his patients in guiding me through the complete process. I would recommend Greg to anyone that wants to just check out the car they might want to consider buying.

Also Brad Gideon the Business Manager went beyond expectations answering my questions and helping me understand every part of the process. Believe me when I say that I have never trusted car dealers because of past bad experience, however the staff at Youngblood s auto has restored my confidence in the auto sales industry.

I also talked with John Widiger the General Manager and he told me that it just defies logic for any business that relies on repeat business to allow sub-standard products to be sold to the very people they want to return.

Thanks to all the staff at Youngblood s auto group.

I bought a used car recently. Because of circumstances, I didn't come to the dealer prepared, meaning I didn't shop around for good auto loan nor research on the car I wanted. All I knew I just wanted a mini SUV with AWD. Everything went ok. I even signed up for the 5-year warranty the dealer offered for $3000+ extra. I went home and started researching for auto loan because the dealer gave me about 6-7% interest. My personal bank gave me 3%. So I immediately switched and canceled my warranty because looking back I didn't think I would need it. When I called Sean who was the finance person and told him that I was about to switch and cancel my warranty, he who was nice and friendly when taking care of my car sale paperwork, suddenly sounded grumpy. I don't think that's professional. Despite that, the cancellation process went ok and I expected to get a full refund from the dealer. But oh, boy... how hard it was to get it! I called the dealer asking to talk to the finance department. Left a message several time over a period of maybe 2-3 weeks. Finally, Sean called me back only to let me know that I needed to talk to the account payable, Ashley. He transferred me to her, no answer, and I left a message. I waited patiently for a call back. I called again and left a message 2 more times. Finally I received a missed call from the dealer when I was at work. Since I don't have voicemail, I didn't know who called and I assumed it was Ashley. So I called back only to hear her voicemail again. No call back. So finally I decided to come in person. When I asked for Ashley, it only took 2 minutes to get her (so why was she not answering my phone? Or at least call back the first time?). After I introduced myself, instead of apologizing for missing few of my phone calls, she said, "your voicemail is not set up," as if she was blaming me for the delay of this process. I just smiled and didn't give her any attitude. Within 10 minutes, I got my refund. Overall, the staff is friendly and helpful, but when you "go against" them, service is poor. That's why I only gave 3 stars.

I tried to make it very easy for them. I told them my budget and what I wanted to spend.
They kept showing me cars that were out of my price range and not listening to a word I said. Also kept trying to run my credit before I even agreed on a car and a price.
Didn't want to give me fair price on my trade either until I demonstrated my ability on researching the trade value myself on KBB. Then they were all about changing their offer. Strange how that works.

I brought my car in after it sat for 10 months and two other shops could not figure out what was wrong with it. They finished it very fast and I have my pride and joy back home and running amazing. I want to thank all the technicians that worked on my car. They have earned a customer for life!

My saleswoman, Tamron, was fantastic. No pressure. But the finance guy, Seth I believe, that came and did my credit app kind of screwed me over. He ran my credit with 8 lenders (adding EIGHT new hard inquiries with one reporting agency and FIVE with another). Last time I was at Youngblood they only ran it with one, plus gave me a decent deal. Tried saying my 18.3% interest would be typical if I had more of a down payment. Needless to say I m not buying a new car from here and hope they didn t mess up me getting a car elsewhere. Guess this isn t the place to buy a new car when you total yours.

I don t know anything about this company except the parts department. This is the first time I have ever written a review. Long story short, Youngblood s parts manager is smug and very uninterested in customer service. If you need parts for Jeep, it better not be for a TJ, because we don t deal with these old things (one owner Rubicon) he then wanted to argue as we are looking at the diagram that How should he know if a part goes in the glass or not?? Uhh , because you are the parts manager at a dealership? I guess I could have brought my 4 year old in to do some continuing education...
