Long lasting footwear for any foot with helpful service at a solid price. Calling ahead of time to check if they have your size is recommended because they don't always have all the sizes in each style until the next day

These shoes are awful, poorly designed and overpriced. I've had many far superior shoes that go well beyond 5000 miles and they didn't cost a fraction of what xero brazenly scams ppl out of. Don't buy these terrible excuses for shoes. I recieved a horrendously ugly pair of Prios as a gift, and my experience was awful trying to exchange them. Long story short, the customer "service" is laughable at Xero shoes. When I attempted to return the faulty products their "customer happiness" dept. scoffed at me rudely & told me I had to pay 60 percent the original MSRP for the shoes I received, PLUS shipping, just to get an exchange. Needless to say, I should have burned the shoes on the spot rather than give them away because they are such an eyesore and worthless in use value.

The Z Trail sandals are amazing light weight with great tread. It like being barefoot with protection. On my second day wearing them I hiked 6 miles no blisters no rubbing at all. The video helped me understand to not adjust 1st strap so tight. I have now ordered the Z Trek and im eagerly waiting there arrival. Thanks for an amazing sandal maybe soon ill be in the market for the trail shoe..

I bought a pair of Terra-Flex shoes based upon the extremely positive reviews that I read on the Xero shoes website. I ordered them, and used the Quad-Pay option in order to spread out the payments over a month.

My experience with the Xero was poor enough to prompt me to write this review. When I tried the shoes on, they were extremely narrow across the arch, and had a very poorly designed tread, which appeared to be inviting the breakdown that had been reported by numerous purchasers. I concluded that the shoes were not a great fit for me, and returned them the day after receiving them, which per their policy, was charged to me. I had no particular objection to the return policy, knowing that it is still a relatively new company.

I did not think that it would be 20+ days before I got my refund. I also found a with their Customer Service Department extremely cumbersome and uninformative. I have now received $51 on a $99 purchase, which is hardly the refund policy described to me when the original sale was consummated.

I think that there are many alternatives in the minimalist space, and I would definitely not recommend this company neither for their products, nor for their approach to customer service. I recognize that there can be a cultish atmosphere for some products, and believe that the reviews on their website reflect that If you do by the shoes, be sure to try Amazon to protect yourself. The shoes are not for everybody. I have a very high arch and wide forefoot, and would definitely not recommend the shoes for anyone with a similar configuration.

My dad was visiting from out of state, we drove almost 45 minutes out of the way to visit, since he has seen them online and was very interested. This location, which is also their corporate office, had the showroom under construction. Rather than just apologize for the inconvenience and send us on our way they made a half hearted attempt, by bring my dad a few pairs of child sized shoes to "try on." No one seemed to know if they were open for business or not. Awkward and bizarre experience.
Would have much preferred to simply be told that the sales side of the location was not open so as not to waste our time.

Having worked as an exercise therapist for over 20 years and authoring a book on better body mechanics (Jiffy Body), just wanted to say I highly recommend these shoes to all of my clients. Balance for your body starts at the ground floor with your feet. These shoes help your feet adapt better to the surface of the ground. They give the small muscles in your feet and joints the ability to work for you. Humans have been moving for thousands of years with our feet working for us in this way. If you haven't tried a minimalist shoe like this before you want to break into them slowly to give your feet a chance to adapt. You could wear them around the house or on more natural surfaces (like out in nature). The long term benefits for foot health, balance and also benefit for the other joints in your legs and lower back can be enormous. Plus Xero shoes look super cool!:)

I have 3 pairs of shoes(prio, z-trek, and just got the xcursion) from them and I only own 4 pairs of shoes. I love minimalist shoes for foot health. I've tried Merrels (destroyed in 3 months) and Vibrams (goofy looking and smelly) then I found Xero and haven't looked back.

I'm a Personal Trainer and I under the MAJOR benefits for healthy feet and I educate my clients about the benefits as well. Xero is the closest you can come to being barefoot in a shoe.

I love Xero because they are local, great minimalist shoes, durable, and a better price option than competitors.

Horrible experience with Xero shoes - customer service is impossible to get ahold of and the sizing is ridiculous. I ordered an 8 with 2 day shipping to get them before a Moab trip and they were way too small even though the company said they resized them to be true to size. When they were way to small I express ordered an. 8.5 which were WAY too big, literally swimming in them. More like a 9.5. I emailed them letting them know the issue and took forever to hear back and when I did they said they wouldn't refund shipping because they know how challenging it is to "size shoes online" the challenge isn't sizing the shoes, the challenge is Xero shoes with inconsistent sizing and awful customer service. Maybe they were good at one point, but would not recommend ordering shoes from them anymore at risk that you'll be stuck with them and no one to help.

Excellent products all around. I have been wearing Xero Shoes for years (since 2014). I started with a pair of the 4 mm DIY sandals. They work very well once you take the time to learn how to tie them and adjust the tension appropriately. I have worn them for the past three years doing pretty much everything. Running, walking, yard work, hiking, and lounging. I often run to the beach while on vacation, take them off to run on the sand for a few miles, then put them back on to run back to my hotel. They are versatile. I have run with them in the rain, with mixed results as your foot tends to slide more.

After three years of use, they are finally starting to show some wear. I have run through several knots and had to shorten the strings as a result. They offer a new toe post that would solve this problem. I also have a larger pair of 6mm DIY sandals in brown that I use as my daily sandals. I left these in storage for over a year before finding them again, so they have far fewer miles on them.

I also have the new casual shoe as well. It feels well made and is very comfortable. I do not have much more to say on those yet as I am not sure that I have correct size after my second pair.

Customer service is very good with fast returns and kind people willing to ask questions. I laugh at the euphemism "customer happiness team," but to each his own. They do a good job taking care of customers. I recommend their products to everyone.

Best shoes in the world. Their designs really are as close to being barefoot while wearing shoes or sandals. Their warranty is unparalleled- 5,000 miles and my customer service experiences with this company have been easy and great. I am hooked.

These shoes fell apart with in one year and I don't even wear them daily. I contacted them, have receipt, pics and they are not willing to give me a refund or replacement. These shoes have been discontinued so they want me to pay for a new pair? Beware, this company is not quality. Don't waste your money.

I just visited the main location of xero shoes to return a pair that didn't fit. The customer service there is excellent. They made several offers to correct the situation. They also noted that my current Z trails are worn out and offered to replace them at a discount because of their guarantee. Not to mention it feels so much better to walk in these shoes!

The WORST refund policy I have ever experienced. One delay and excuse after another. AmEx will now intervene, Oct 1, 2019. Update: As of today, Oct 2, NO REFUND has been posted to AmEx. The excuses posted are unacceptable. A complaint has been filed with AmEx. BEWARE OF THIS DISHONEST MERCHANT. They have had the returned merchandise since Sept 18! AND today the rep hung up on me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE,

My Xero boots arrived with fraying fabric and more than a couple loose strings. The shape of toe of the boot had an awkward appearance. Was not happy with them, considering the price.

I requested a return, which they accepted, but stated they won't refund initial shipping and won't pay for return shipping either. All in all, very unhappy with my experience with Xero.

They also don't seem to show the negative reviews on their site, as the one I left never showed up.

**************

Update 11/30/19: I was ultimately able to return the shoes at no expense to me on account of manufacturing errors.

More than anything, I'm honestly just shocked at the horrible customer service. Worst I've ever experienced, truly. They seem more interested in defending themselves and gaslighting their customers than in providing a good experience.

Oh, and my negative review never showed up on their site. They're clearly manipulating their reviews.

Stay away. FAR away.

Amazing products, amazing company. Love my Mesquite Coaltons for work and the Daylight Hikers/Prios for outside of work. I had a minor issue with one of the shoe soles and they were super helpful getting that sorted. Highly recommended.

I like these shoes so much I own lots of them. The DIY sandals, the Z-Trek, & the Jessie get me through all my summer/warm weather needs. The Prio carried me along the Camino Frances without a single problem. My TerraFlex is just as comfortable as the Prio. And now I'm waiting for snow and cold weather so I can better enjoy my Mikkas which I think will be great with dresses and pants alike. I don't know what I'm going to do with the "city" shoes I have in my closet that go unworn 99% of the time. I guess it's time to get rid of them.

I have a pair of the xero z-trails. I thoroughly enjoy them. I'm a little concerned about the non "feel true" rubber holding up as it seems like more of a foam than a high durometer rubber. But, thus far the wear is negligible. I think next time I would go for the z-trek simply because they are not only $20 cheaper and I don't think I need the extra cushion for what I use them for and the feel true rubber is all that's covered under the warranty policy (which isn't exactly amazing either). But, once again, so far I love them and hopefully won't have to use the warranty. Also.. this is the only picture I have of them, don't mind my dork of a dog.

Love this company for creating such an amazing product! I do everything in them and that includes hiking mountains, running, bike riding, kayaking, ninja warrior obstacles, spartan and other mud races, concerts, conventions, and daily work! With xero I can do it all! I grew up paying close attention to what I wore, (usually defaulting too new balance) but I have a rather wide toe box and am not able to wear their minimal shoes due to it being too narrow. The Xero shoe is what I've been looking for my whole life and I am thankful that my old roommate was wearing a pair and I asked him about them! One of the possibly greatest things about this shoe is that ever since I have been in xero's my knee pain has almost become non-existent! True natural movement is where these shine and why I will be buying from you guys for my feet needs, other minimal shoes have not held up with my active life style but the durability on these and warranty program is #1 !

Friendly and helpful, and I got to try out all the different shoes. I bought one pair. They didn't have all the colors and sizes in stock (I have big feet, and selection is often limited for me), but they wrote down my sizes and models so I can buy somewhere they have them in stock.

Exchange/Return process is painful. They have a 10 day delay in processing after receiving the returned product. This would be less irritating if there sizing was not inconsistent with other shoes manufacturers. This is my third purchase from xero shoes. The Z-Trek sandals are okay, the stitching on the Piro s failed after minimal use. I am currently attempting to buy the Hana shoes and unfortunately failing miserably. This will be my last purchase from xero. I recommend shopping elsewhere if you expect timely processing and customer service.

About Xero Shoes / Feel the World

Xero Shoes / Feel the World: The Ultimate Barefoot Experience

Are you tired of wearing shoes that restrict your feet and limit your movement? Do you want to experience the freedom and joy of being barefoot, without sacrificing comfort and protection? Look no further than Xero Shoes / Feel the World.

Founded in 2009 by Steven Sashen and Lena Phoenix, Xero Shoes is a company that is dedicated to helping people rediscover their natural ability to move. Inspired by the Tarahumara Indians of Mexico, who are known for their long-distance running abilities while wearing minimal footwear, Sashen and Phoenix set out to create a shoe that would allow people to feel connected to the ground while still providing adequate support.

The result was Xero Shoes, a line of minimalist footwear that allows wearers to "feel the world" beneath their feet. Made with high-quality materials such as Vibram soles and vegan-friendly uppers, Xero Shoes are designed for maximum durability and comfort. Whether you're hiking through rugged terrain or strolling through city streets, these shoes will keep your feet happy all day long.

But what sets Xero Shoes apart from other minimalist shoe brands? For one thing, they offer a wide range of styles for men, women, and children. From sandals to sneakers to boots, there's a pair of Xero Shoes for every occasion. And unlike some other brands that focus solely on performance or fashion at the expense of comfort or affordability, Xero Shoes strikes a balance between all three.

Another unique feature of Xero Shoes is their custom fit system. Rather than relying on traditional sizing charts (which can vary widely between brands), they offer templates that allow customers to trace their feet onto paper and send in measurements for a personalized fit. This ensures that each pair of shoes is tailored specifically to each customer's unique foot shape.

Of course, no discussion about Xero Shoes would be complete without mentioning Shark Tank. In 2013, Sashen appeared on an episode of this popular TV show where he pitched his business idea (and even ran barefoot across the stage!). Despite facing tough questions from investors like Mark Cuban and Kevin O'Leary about his sales figures and marketing strategy (or lack thereof), Sashen ultimately secured an investment from Cuban in exchange for 50% equity in his company.

Since then, Xero Shoes has continued to grow in popularity among barefoot enthusiasts around the world. They've been featured in numerous media outlets such as Runner's World magazine (where they won "Best Minimalist Shoe" two years in a row) as well as on podcasts like The Tim Ferriss Show.

So why should you choose Xero Shoes over other minimalist shoe brands? Here are just a few reasons:

- They're affordable: With prices ranging from $19-$149 depending on style and customization options chosen.
- They're eco-friendly: All materials used are vegan-friendly.
- They're durable: With proper care these shoes can last years.
- They promote healthy movement patterns: By allowing your foot muscles work naturally
- Customizable fit system ensures perfect fit

In conclusion if you want comfortable footwear which promotes healthy movement patterns while also being eco-friendly then look no further than xeroshoes.com!
