The WORST refund policy I have ever experienced. One delay and excuse after another. AmEx will now intervene, Oct 1, 2019. Update: As of today, Oct 2, NO REFUND has been posted to AmEx. The excuses posted are unacceptable. A complaint has been filed with AmEx. BEWARE OF THIS DISHONEST MERCHANT. They have had the returned merchandise since Sept 18! AND today the rep hung up on me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE,
