Hotel is very clean and thanks to the animation team we were never bored. We had a lot of fun with all of them. Especially Ibrahim and Daniel.

The hotel is very nice. It is a great and well maintained facility. All the staff go out of their way and are always happy to do anything afterwards. They are very polite and helpful. Unfortunately, 80% percent Russians and Englishmen are there who behave absolutely wrong. I would recommend the hotel to families with children. Couples or pensioners are out of place there.
The hotel itself deserves 5 stars! We have been to Turkey many times, but in this hotel there was a fabulous selection of food - and there was NOTHING to complain about !! Eat just great! Rooms are okay-a bit getting old, but to sleep absolutely satisfactory! Pool area absolutely clean and very well maintained!
A big compliment to Emil from the front desk, he is very angaiert and tried to please everyone!
We would come back anytime, if there were not only the other people who behave absolutely inappropriately - but the hotel can NOTHING! Hotel absolutely recommendable! Simply great !!!

I rested at the end of May. Great service, cozy, plenty to do. For families with children, the rest is not stressful at all. Everything is on top - food, rooms, entertainment, nature, sea ... Ahhh, I am writing and so I want to be there now !!!!!!!

The hotel has a lot of nice advantages, the pool is adequate, the bars and alcohol are not far away, there is not much space, you don't need to walk far for drinks like other 5 * hotels. There is a free ala carte restaurant with 5 fixed meals that is not available in other 5 * hotels, it is very well thought. The snack bar is quite adequate. Again, in the open buffet self-services that are not available in other 5 * hotels, even if there are 1000 people in the restaurant, the drinks are always served to the table, there is always something this interest. Let's come to the things that upset us the most. It is not a matter of mind to make a hotel such a great DESSERTS and make sweets so bad. On the first day, the desserts were moldy, clearly 3-4 cakes had mold. When you look at it, there are 15 types of cakes, but they have no taste, they are diversified with food coloring, they are all the same cake. The desserts with syrup are very bad, very few kinds of pistachios, I think there are walnuts in everything forbidden in the hotel. Also, it is not nice to have leftover food served again. It can be called a full price performance hotel, the same dishes are repeated constantly, so the variety can be increased. Another bad situation is the sea and the volleyball court, it is really ridiculous to make such a thoughtful beautiful hotel and reduce the quality by sticking to such small things. The sea is almost like sand, but since it is not cleaned, there are some stones available, it would be great if it was only sand. Volleyball court appearance is just stone under the sand. The hotel is old, but you do not notice its oldness thanks to its architecture, it has a magnificent architecture.

The best service you can get at these prices. The staff is super caring and kind. Food is not super, not mediocre, but normal. Great luxury hotel. All staff are helpful and most of them can speak in Russian and English,what is good because here most of the tourists are Russian.
Huge schedule of entertainment and activities for any taste for adults and kids.
Big pools, a lot of bars and snack restaurants that open during day, so if you miss your meal at the main restaurant you not gonna stay hungry.

Nice family run hotel. A wonderful holiday in November. Great animation. The territory is well appointed, the rooms are freshly renovated. Cleaning every day. Nice big hotel, but had to swap rooms several times due to fault in sink and shower - leaking badly. Half of the hotel guests were ill vith rotavirus, so all coke and tablets were sold out. Everyone was sick.
Pram rent is very expensive. Children playground and animation very good. Hotel in the midfle of nowhere and very expensive to get to town. Vip houses on the beach very expensive. Food vas average. A lot to choose, but coming out same every day and average taste. Nice cakes in one of the cafeteria. Nice pool and party in it. Was nearly impossible to book for pool gym, as every time no spaces.

In 2018, the hotel was renovated. Rooms are standard without repair. Deluxe rooms are new. Updated restaurants and many on the territory. The cuisine is magnificent and very diverse, there are almost no queues for food, because they immediately serve one and the same in several places. The hotel has a cool atmosphere, high-quality animation, professional shows, lots of entertainment. A new and very large mini club with a restaurant and a bedroom for children, runs from 10:00 to 23:30.
The beach is sandy. I recommend everyone.

We spent 2 weeks in Swandor Topkapi place it was incredible holiday.Rooms were very comfortable food taste was also great.Staff were great also very thanks to Safinaz and rem from guest relations.

The hotel in general and the rooms were very clean, the food was delicious, the animations made every night were entertaining. Thank you to DJ Deniz and DJ Eser. Pandemic measures were just fine. The sea and the beach are clean, a facility where you can relax as a family.

The hotel needs to be renovated from head to toe. The staff included ... I don't know what to expect for restoration.

I went to the hotel from April to July and September 3 times in the past years I went fondly. Even though the rooms are old and the bathrooms are still a curtain shower and the buffet is really bad and a little variety (lack of meat products other than chicken and turkey meat) 5 stars a hotel does not suit. I've made a reservation.

I have never waited more than 5 minutes in any of my requests (taking and putting suitcases, reception works and many more). As a result of the tests, it was concluded that the hotel was extremely clean. So the cups in the bathroom, cattle, etc. you can use things comfortably. They do not even move to take your personal belongings. They do not touch anything that is not the property of the hotel and do not perform operations such as relocation. Although the hotel is quite large, a two-minute walk is enough to go to the sea from the farthest block. What I like most is that an extra person is always there to take care of you, no matter how crowded the reception is. There is a 24-hour bar at the reception. The hotel already has two bars that are open 24 hours a day. However, other bars divide between 12 and 12 days. Food is very good. You can get as much squeezed orange juice free of charge at every meal of the day. There is no card in the rooms to clean please. You are reporting with the do not disturb or clean buttons inside the room. The internet attracts perfectly all over the hotel (even at sea). Mini bar is completely free and renewed every day. Disgusting staff !!! We waited for 10 minutes at the bar and then we were told that the bar was closing. We had drinks from another bar, and when we returned our waitress had picked up the plates of food from the table. The restaurant offers 10 types of food that are repeated every day. Because of kovid-19 the staff pours the food, they pour less, and when you want more they frown. There is also no toilet around the restaurant. Don't waste your time and money in this hotel

Hotel was horrendous. Only cater for Russian guests, you will be lucky to get a drink within half an hour as you will be left standing. Unless you start letting the waiters have it!! The rooms went finished and we had water coming through our light switches, air con didn't work. We paid extra for a separate room for our children but they ended up in our bed all holiday due to nothing working in their room! We told the thomas cook rep, she tried to get us moved. They just said they would sort it later, then when we went back later it was always the 'We don't understand' card. It went on like this for the whole week. Fights in the pools, glass everywhere. We had to wear swim shoes around the pools due to this. There was glass in the children's pool, the life guards constantly pulling it out of people's feet. Horrible hotel. We're going back to Antalaya but NEVER this hotel. Trip advisor refused to allow booking due to all the complaints, until it was sorted. It is now but people are still complaining about how they are treated due to being British. All flags at the hotel, but guess what...no British flag. Think on this before booking!!!

Each chaise longue, wherever it stands, needs to be "occupied" and "held", even when you are all day long and not on it, purely out of greed to leave a mark.
