Roy Samuel is the salesman I worked with during the recent purchase of my new Toyota Highlander from World Toyota and I was extremely impressed! In my search for a new car, I actually visited several dealerships (Toyota and others), and I must say that the service and professionalism exemplified by Roy was unmatched! Roy was extremely knowledgeable, patient (as I had many questions and was also undecided for a brief period), and most importantly, honest. I never felt mislead by the information he provided (plus I had performed my own research) or pressured to purchase anything I didn t want. It was evident to me that his primary focus was not solely to get the next car sold off the lot ..he had a genuine interest in ensuring that I was going to be happy with my purchase, which I really appreciated. Roy came highly recommended by several family members who had worked with him previously and I can tell you that he did not disappoint. Additionally, my previous vehicle was a Toyota which I took to World Toyota for service appointments and the staff is wonderful!
