I ve been a customer for several years. I get my F150, my last Shelby GT350 and my current Shelby GT350R serviced there. And all I can say is run. Do not go here unless you absolutely have to. The customer service is atrocious. The only shining light is RJ. He is the only service advisor with common decency and the only reason I go there. Also, the body shop is the worst business I ve used in my life, bar none. I ve had so many problems with them over the years I don t know where to start. I paid their outrageous price for a plastic splitter on my Shelby (over $1500) and am now being told they don t know when it will get here. I already waited a month and now they re saying wait another month. I ve reached out to Mrs. Anderson and never got a response. I m not exaggerating when I say every interaction with them is a disappointment. I called today just to be put on hold for 10 minutes and then intentionally hung up on. And this is without giving them the slightest hint of disrespect. I ve had them perform shotty work on a $3000 bumper paint job and then gang up on me telling me I m wrong. I damn near got into a fight with the body shop manager because he s upset that they spent so much labor that I wasn t willing to pay for since it wasn t done right. And now my problem is that my Shelby is leaking oil from the oil filter which I just had them fix last month. I m telling you if RJ quits, I m driving out to Harbin. Please don t give them your business.
