Brought in a 2011 F350 that i just purchased in KY...

Brought in a 2011 F350 that i just purchased in KY on Sat night with check engine light on. They informed me that EGR cooler required replacement due to flow restriction. I gave them the truck on Wed morning and asked for it to be done by Fri morning. Also at turn in, I asked them to check the drivers side door and about some recalls. Jake Sims called me on Thu around 1200 and said that he contacted the extended warranty company and I had not been put into the system. I arrived at dealership at 300 and finally received warranty information at 600, which did not cover full amount but service manager adjusted the bill and I had to pay nothing. Thanks for a great job and quick service.
