The agent, Guy Falkenberry created an air of trust. He explained the Woody Anderson buying process. He interviewed me to find out what I wanted and what was the range of the monthly payment. He guided me to online processes to facilitate the sale from my side.

The agent did a great job of getting me the kind of car I needed. My original desire was to get a used car. But, he created a package where I got a new car.

His approach was holistic. He considered my needs and put together Ford and Woody Anderson product to make the sale.

He took me for a test drive. Then we stopped and he went over all of the features of the car.

He brought in technology staffer Jaylyn Ligon to sync my phone and go over the technology features of the car.

I am impressed and very pleased with my experience at Woody Anderson Ford, Guy Falkenberry and Jaylyn Ligon. I strongly recommend the dealership.

The culture is definitely customer friendly from the time you arrive until you leave.
