Such a nice location!

Such a nice location!
The staff is very nice and the rooms are very spacious. If you manage to get one with lake view even better.
We stayed one week and had a great time. They offer free bike and kayak rental and even a shuttle and pick-up service.
The spa is only offering treatments so there is no pool or sauna though. Everything else was wonderful.

This place was not what it seemed in the photos and the price is not what you are getting. That have to charge your for parking and I wasn t told or offered the option to not have parking. Maybe if you didn t have a car they won t charge you parking? But overall the floor had bleach spot from who knows what. There was hair in the sheets of the bed, so you don t even know if they were actually changed out. I slept in my sleeping bag just to make sure. Not a good experience. In my opinion in Portland AirBNB are the way to go.

This is me and my wife s favorite hotel to stay at when in the Seattle area! The views from hotel are amazing and perfect for watching sunsets on the lake. We took advantage of the complimentary bikes and kayaks during our stay and really enjoyed doing both. The Woodmark is super close to great restaurants and shopping so it s easy to uber or use the shuttle they provide to guest. The waterfront area is super peaceful and we will definitely come again to stay. The staff is all very knowledgeable and willing to assist too. Oh and the snack pantry they have late nite is an awesome touch!

Location is perfect for nice relaxing day with breathtaking views. Hotel is well maintained with helpful staff. Food was excellent too. You can walk along the lake or enjoy boat ride. Worth visiting anytime.

This hotel was great. I am a mom of 3 kids, a wife & we also have a dog. Needless to say my life is a daily circus. I said this to say, albeit I only spent 2 nights there but during those 2 nights I felt well taken care of. My husband had been there for a few days for work before myself & kids arrived. He sent me photos of his big breakfast, good size portions & tasty ( prices a little on the expensive side $8 for a small pot of coffee). We had a room with a view of the lake & snow capped mountains in the distance. A glass of champagne & chocolate made in house at the ready at reception. After a stressful week & a 2 hour flight this is a welcome treat. This treat was provided every night. Another big hit was the pantry raid. Available from 10 pm -1 am. Hot pot of soup, chips, cookies, sodas, sandwiches etc... Just what you need after a day of sightseeing & walking or feeling peckish after dinner. Coffee, tea, mini fridge, provided in the room, soaking tub, good quality soaps & lotions by British company Molten Brown. Staff was really great & friendly. Able to give suggestions regarding, things to do, places to eat & anything extra needed for the room. The room was cozy & clean. Didn't get to try it out but there's a spa & a gift shop on location a gym or gym service can be brought to your room. Several relaxing areas dotted around the hotel with fireplaces. After hour bar drinks menu, anything can be sent to your room. You can text them which is also handy if in need of anything, a chauffeur service available within a 5 mile radius for pick up & drop off & underground parking with easy access by elevator. Checkout was 11 am. Only thing missing is a pool at this location. Overall my experience was great, I would stay there again for sure.

Just lovely - wonderful service, rooms, and location. I would/probably will absolutely go back!

The service was very friendly and answered my questions warmly. The bartender downstairs in The Living Room, Aziz, was instantly identifiable as an exceptionally nice human, and there were many regulars there talking with him. (The food there/at the Beach Cafe was all right, nothing to write home about.)

The room was very clean and attractive, and the bed and chairs were cozy. I didn't pay for a view of the lake, but looking southward out at the marina at night (the time I was in my room anyway) and getting the light and warmth from the sun was maybe even better. (Caveat: if you are very sensitive to noise, the fitness place across the street can be a bit loud during classes.) Internet speed was great. The only thing I wished for was more towel hooks, a common hotel affliction.

The amenities were fantastic: complimentary champagne on arrival, soup and cookies after 10PM "raiding the pantry", and, my personal favorite, free bikes available to ride into Kirkland. The ride is BEAUTIFUL and Kirkland is a wonderful place to walk/bike around, weather permitting. Probably my favorite day of the trip! (I will have to come back sometime when it's not too cold to use their kayaks. Embarrassingly, I also planned badly on a holiday and did not actually use the Still Spa... I will say that the bathroom/products/robe were enough to make my own facsimile, which I needed after a great fitness class also courtesy of the hotel's partnerships.)

Wonderful time! We didn't want to leave. Book the spa in advance as they were completely booked the whole weekend we were there.
Only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5, was that the food we ordered from room service (wings and sliders) were all undercooked and inedible, raw in the middle. Also, earlier we ate in the Cafe and our waitress was un-attentive and dinner took over 2 hrs. We have a newborn (2 months) , which was somewhat challenging. Luckily, we hit the jackpot with an easy going little one who is always happy, so there were no outbursts.

My suggestion would be eat at one of the awesome restaurants downtown, or Anthony's on the waterfront which is extremely close to the hotel.

The hotel was very resort like and upscale. Incredible spa and amenities. The views Exceptional; the grounds are Pristine. The staff was kind, caring and extremely attentive. Olive at the front desk, Jack the attendant and Max front desk all went above and beyond!! They made you special in a genuine way.

The only thing missing is a pool and something for men like a sauna. The rooms are beautiful, the staff extraordinary, and they have a late night pantry. Lovely bathroom, nice amenities and spotless, comfortable bed.

We were there for a company party... Beautiful hotel but would never hold an event there! Food was tiny (we left hungry), over cooked(no steak should be served medium well) and the tent (yes tent) broke making it very cold. Service seemed disorganized.

Great hotel, great location, and great service.

Great hotel, great location, and great service.

The only slight problems we had were with the customize pillows - nothing was available when we placed our order unfortunately. Order them ASAP when you get the chance to! Also, the breakfast was slightly overpriced and it was cold by the time it got to our room...

Amazing views, nice rooms, and a very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I stayed here while in town on business and the staff happily recommended a local place to get my hair cut that I loved. The nearby walking trail on the shore is also quite nice, with several works by local sculptors.

Ruth at Still Spa has the amazing gift of touch. Seriously. I like a deep massage that doesn t feel forced. Between her strong hands, hot towels and the relaxing ambience, I literally feel like I m melting post-massage. Go see her. It ll be like Christmas morning for your muscles.

I love the back bar at the bottom of the main staircase. It's a favorite spot for lakeside drinks in the summer, and fireside drinks in the winter. Lots of parking, friendly service, and a cozy vibe with comfy couches, chairs, or table seating. The hotel in general is top notch - clean, boutique, comfy with excellent service.

AWFUL. The night we stayed at the hotel was lovely. We did not use any of the facilities other than the room to sleep in as we were attending an event elsewhere. We don't live far and try to make it to the Woodinville area for wine tasting often. We thought we'd give this hotel a try. We declined the extra fees for rental etc. since we were not going to be on site for our stay. They charged us anyway and even after appealing it, never reversed the charges. The manager was very good at avoiding phone calls and not returning my messages. Here is the best part......Our credit card was charged for a visit we never made or stayed in the hotel several weeks after our stay. I left messages, e-mails with the manager....still...not return call and no reversal to my account. I will NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. It is poorly managed and unprofessional despite its beauty

I had a amazing experience at the Woodmark Hotel and Spa. The employee's treated me with the highest quality service and were always friendly courteous and helpful. The rooms as well as the hallways lobby and outside surroundings were neat clean and quiet. The food was delicious and high quality with great service. The marina outside was beautiful and the Starbucks just a few feet away was all I needed to make it a full and totally enjoyable experience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a weekend away from your everyday life or a place to stay if the need should arise.I look forward to spending my time with the Woodmark Hotel and Spa soon.

The Woodmark Hotel is a smaller hotel that offers friendly service and rooms with beautiful views. Take advantage of their "raid the pantry from 10pm to 1am. Little snacks and water are free. The Oreos and Doritos are super late night munchies!

Clearly upscale hotel. Big spacy rooms with nice amenities. Really like ability to pick pillow from pillow menu :)
Very good bathroom with state of the art shower.
O.. and champagne on arrival was nice touch.

I stayed here for one night and was very impressed by the service! The staff was very nice and accommodating. My party asked for a few random things during the night (pillows etc) and the staff came right up to the room and delivered what we asked for. When we first arrived, we were greeted with a glass of champagne which was really nice! We really enjoyed the pantry that we were able to take snacks from.

The room was spacious and homey. There was enough room for my party and it had a luxurious feel, especially in the bathrooms. The balcony facing the water was awesome! I also liked that the room had a table so we could put food on there and eat.

I wish the room had better lighting. We stayed in a suite and it seemed a little dark even during the day. I also wished the closet had extra bed sheets and pillows, since we had to ask for those.

We parked in the parking garage at the bottom of the hotel, which was very convenient. I did not see a sign about how much the parking was, if any. When we checked out, we found out that parking was 20$! We paid for it and we told to give this parking pass to the parking attendant. As we were leaving, there was no parking attendant and the gate was wide open! At that point, i didnt feel like it was fair to pay that much for parking if no one was attending the gate.

I was here to attend a social gathering hosted by my friends. Loved the waterfront location and it was perfect for a breezy Sunday lunch on a nice afternoon. The parking was convenient and hotel staff seemed helpful. All in all a good experience and good food. The location is perfect.

My wife and myself were staying here initially three nights in the Executive Lake Washington suite for a surgery she was having next door in the 3000 building. Upon arrival we were slightly disappointed that the lobby was under construction and hard to allow the full experience as shown from the pictures online. The front desk made us feel at home and offered my wife a rose since it was Valentine's Day as a great gesture. We were checked in with a key/cards and our vehicle off to valet promptly. The only downside to this particular room(419) is the distance from the front lobby. We opened the door and were instantly reassured we had made the right choice from the views and size of our rooms. Two bathrooms was great for our extended stay and the separate bedroom gave us a great feeling of relaxation and seclusion. The dual access balcony(bedroom or living room)put the hotel as our new favorite place to stay on the west side of Washington. Views of the marina are small yet visible however the lake is unreal close and large offering 160 degree views including the Olympic mountain range. The master bedroom/bathroom was large with amazing lake views from bed, however the toilet handle in the attached bathroom was broke(constantly running unless giggled) and the water pressure in the dual head shower was less then impressive. The jet tub made up for that along with the provided shampoo and body wash. We ordered room service twice from the Beach Cafe and it was great as expected. Our hotel staff was prompt to bring pillows, coffee, etc they even gave us a complimentary movie order (when the tv service was down). We enjoyed our stay so much that after 3 days we requested another nights stay and was quickly notified that it would be available. This made our stay even better allowing us total relaxation and comfort having a private 850sq ft two room hotel with very private balcony with seating for four. I will continue to stay here for business and vacation as needed. I strongly suggest choosing this hotel for an amazing stay in Kirkland on lake Washington.

We had a company party at the hotel. We were halfway inside/outside in a tent and it was really, really cold! The event staff was a little too intrusive when clearing plates. The food was hit and miss: some things were delicious (burgers and hot chocolate!) and some were not (crab cakes). Overall we had a great time but we might not pick this venue next time.
