This hotel just does everything right, from the champagne on arrival to quick checkout to free WiFi to spacious modern rooms with beautiful waterfront views....great for the business traveler but also families too.
One the best stays I ve had in quite awhile in pnw. Thanks to whole team for hospitality.
The Woodmark Hotel is an incredibly scenic and hospitable wedding venue with even better customer service. Our event specialist, Kristin, was a delight to work with. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 we had to cancel our summer wedding here - but the venue gave us 100% of our money back with no hesitation. Thank you for doing the right thing! I highly recommend the Woodmark for your wedding or vacation!
Hotel was fantastic. The area setup for the event was wonderfully done, great tasting food and very friendly staff. The room we stayed in was well kept.
The rooms are very nice, except for the annoying bells outside that ring every hour... not good for napping kids!
The hotel has an excellent staff and a friendly dog that hangs out in the lobby.
You can borrow a kayak or take a guided lake tour if you'd like.
Beautiful views.
I had a great stay here at woodmark. The staff is really nice, there are great amenities, and there's a great view of the lake. At night they provided free snacks, and there were free kayak rentals to go around on the lake.
Staff was great for this event! Everybody was friendly and with a smile. Venue was very clean, and the location is beautiful. I would definitely recommend this venue.
Luxurious rooms, fabulous setting, wonderful venue for a wedding
I love this hotel! Quiet, clean, and on lake Washington. The people are super friendly and helpful. Got a great massage while I was here! Wish I could have one every day
Stunning views of Lake Washington. The staff was very helpful and friendly and we're quick to resolve the only issue I encountered. Highly recommended.
Very very fancy and nice. Certainly expensive, but if you're after a night of luxury then this is your place.
It was not a hard decision to make when we chose the Woodmark Hotel as our wedding venue. We instantly fell in love with the feel of the hotel as well as its location right on Lake Washington. Not only was the location exactly what we were looking for (and so much more) but the staff at the hotel were also great to work with from day one. Plus, we loved the idea of being able to have both our ceremony and reception in an elegant yet relaxed setting.
Brooke Gogerty, was especially impressive to work with. Her communication was timely, and she really worked with us on what we wanted and our budget. She was incredibly accommodating for us to have as many walk thrus as we needed with our other vendors. The team also worked with getting a room block set up for our guests from out of town and coordinated the delivery of our welcome baskets days leading up to the wedding. An added bonus, the hotel hosts a tasting menu event where we could go and taste all the options for our special day. Along the way we decided to have our rehearsal dinner at the hotel and they were again great to work with and helped us customize a casual and yummy menu.
The day of, our guests could not stop talking about the location and the delicious food. Our wedding was hands down the best day of our lives and a large part of that was having the beautiful venue of the Woodmark Hotel accompanied by an impeccable staff led by Brooke.
Great customer service and they validate parking for 1.5 hrs
Excellent experience for being locked down for.Covid. can't wait come back when everything opens back up
Location is beautiful, and the courtesy shuttle into downtown Kirkland makes it even more convenient.
Rooms are too small, and bathroom has very little counter space.
Staff is friendly and helpful. Not certain what the $23 per day amenity fee is for and would much prefer all required fees simply be built into the room price.
Spa prices are reasonable but the spa itself is very small- not a day spa or a spa to book treatments for a group. Women's locker room is narrow and small- only two showers, two sinks and one bathroom. Steam room only and it only fits 4 people comfortably.
Attended a wedding there. Good place, beautiful views, nice service
I was there to attend my grandparent's 60th wedding anniversary, though the rooms were really nice, the service needed some improvements. There was a mix up with rooms, charges made added to the wrong person and some of the fees were placed on the bill, even though you never set service.
My grandparents were staying in one the luxury suites and yet we were unable to check in without the aid of my aunt. Considering the occasion, I wished the memory of our stay was more enjoyable.
Phenomenal service and quality of room.
Quite comfy and luxurious.
I've come here for many years and love this place. I call it my 'super secret spa' because I think it's a well-kept secret in Kirkland. The staff are always kind and attentive. The staff have remained the same for many years, which tells you that they treat their employees right, which is very important to me. I've had pedicures and facials, I've attended their soirees and other events and they've always been top-notch.
The hotel is clean with modern facilities and very attentive staff. Seemed a little stuffy for my tastes but that is just me.
Love the wood mark... However, they need to take their "raid the pantry" service back to square one. It was perfect... Now it is cheap and does not reflect the intimate luxury of the hotel.
Attended a luncheon here and the service, venue and food combined to make for a memorable experience! 10/10 would recommend!
Beautiful view and excellent staff. Very accommodating and great location for events.
Our stay was a fiasco but the view was excellent. After a month of contact we finally got reimbursed for promised credits. Young college kids as staff seems unorganized. It's a 4 star hotel trying to be a 5 star hotel but they need more training.
definetly coming back and staying here on my next visit to Washington. I loved this hotel.
Beautiful romantic hotel. Sadly I was here alone on business
Good venue with an awesome view for weddings. Catering of the Indian food was awesome.
Stayed there for work this summer. It's fine but I wouldn't call it luxurious. It's a nickle and dime you, kind of place. $20 for self parking seems a little ridiculous.
It was a nice hotel but a little out dated in my opinion
Beautiful hotel and location. Everything was great. I was a bit annoyed by the number of times they texted me from the front desk but everything else about the stay was perfect.
Perfectly Managed for a Great Guest Experience
As a very picky hotel guest, I wish I had met the manager of this hotel as I'm really impressed by how the whole operation is managed. I loved everything about it and the staff were absolute magic. Feels like you're in a small intimate hotel even though this could possibly be a renovated hilton :-o but who would know !
Rooms are perfectly maintained, bath towels are just the right size and fluff, excellent toiletries (and thank you for providing the large sizes that get refilled rather than those annoying tiny single uses). I loved how QUIET the hotel is, too. Great construction inside and out.
One spot-on example of how this hotel is run: I rang downstairs to see if they had an electric tea kettle (there is an espresso pod machine in the room but not super convenient to make tea). They said sure we do and brought one up straight away that I could during my stay. Thank you !
The pub downstairs is an excellent meet up spot, too. The position obviously helps as it's lovely to be on the water.
Looking forward to returning and staying again !
We regularly stay here for weekend getaways, and the experience is always great. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the spa is wonderful, and the massage therapists are awesome; we always leave feeling really relaxed and rejuvenated! Also, the raid the pantry stuff is really a cool feature. This place is definitely worth a stay!
Beautiful views of the lake from the bedroom of the Lake Washington Suite. Living room overlooked a peaceful babbling creek. Our suite also featured a nice covered corner deck that looked down on the creek as well as out to the Lake. Combined with a massage at the spa and dinner in town via the free shuttle into town, it all made for a wonderful staycation!
We had a wonderful weekend, the service was spectacular and the room was very nice. They were kind enough to upgrade our room for our 40th anniversary.
Nice, clean rooms. Great views. Very accommodating staff.
Service, food and drinks were good. View was spectacular.
The location is fantastic.it is located right on lake Washington. The view is gorgeous, especially at dusk. They have paddle board, kayak, boat and jet ski for rent. The interior design reminds me of classic American.
Come for the views, stay for the free coffee in the lobby. Also excellent mattress!
Amazing place, great rooms, nice views. Amazing place for a wedding.
Attended a wedding and found the facilities very nice. Food was good and beautiful location with nice patios for a reception.
Attended a work Christmas party for my significant other's company and they put us in a tent with no heat. The food was terrible and ice cold. Worst experience ever!
Love this hotel! The view from our room couldn t be beat. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious. Breakfast is not included with the room. There is a Starbucks across from the hotel for breakfast and coffee pick me ups. There are also a few other lovely restaurants in the complex.
Suites were a great place for couples - the outdoor tent makes for an amazing wedding venue
Went here for a wedding. Beautiful. Easy to park. Right on the water. Very nice.
Beautiful place to stay and eat. All of a five star rating.
No pool, no jakuzzy, the place is pretty small, entertainments you see on pictures belong to the town, not to the hotel, nobody inform you about complementary adds, one should figure it out somehow, no bottled water in the room, that's ridiculous. Doesn't worth $360 paid for a night
I didn't stay the night but I was here for my company's holiday party. The staff was friendly and the place itself was very nice and clean.
1 star because 0 is not an option. I had to wait 2 hours before my room was ready (well after check in time), they messed up my reservation, kicked me out of my room a day early, and then charged me for an extra night. Horrible service.
I arrived late in the evening after a cross-country flight to learn that my reservation had been cancelled without notification. They did reserve other accommodations (credit for that), but it was 15 minutes up the interstate (and significantly more than 15 minutes during the morning rush) making getting to the business meeting quite a more challenging and unpleasant chore.
Was there for a boating event. Hotel hosted lite breakfast and mimosas. Great experience.
Nice clean rooms, workers very helpful, free electric vehicles charger, thank you very much
Beautiful venue for a wedding. Wonderful staff, and gorgeous venues
Great place to visit for the night with several great restaurants within walking distance.
Everything about this hotel is beautiful, from the building, location, the view, all the way to the people working hard for their guests. Had an amazing time there.
This place is awesome! Loved the views, the service, the location, and my room. We had a balcony that over looked Lake Washington. I purchased this as a bundle on Expedia and got it at a fabulous rate. Loved the exercise room. Wished I would have pre-booked for the spa. They were full when I wanted to go.
Great location and the Kirkland suite was very large and comfortable. The problem was that the bedroom never got completely quiet. We could hear a ventilation fan running constantly even when our thermostat was in the Off position. Also could have been a little cleaner, there was a cruton on the carpet under the desk and old cake crumbs in the mini fridge.
Located on the shore of Lake Washington, hotel has fantastic views, excellent staff and great food!!
Good service. Walls a bit thin, heard the couple next door drunk fighting all night
Great hotel on the lake. Friendly hosts knowledgeable of the area. Every restaurant they've recommended has been spot on. I will come here again and again. I had a double queen room and the space was big.the rooms were clean and they give a nice touch with chocolate everyday.
Lovely hotel and at a great place. The views are stellar. Good food and great rooms.
Excellent drinks with a great view and great service.
Luxurious Hotel and facility, beautiful views of Lake Washington & Olympic Mountains.
Amazing lake view., restaurant staff are so cool!! You'll gonna love this place with your friends and family
Truly first class. The staff went out of their way to make me comfortable
Amazing location, great staff, beautiful clean rooms, and loads of amenities
