Had the pleasure of staying at one of the best waterfront hotels in the Pacific north west. I want to make special mention of both front desk hostesses (one named Emily, the other's name I can't recall sadly) on the evening of February 16th. I have never had a more friendly, accommodating experience checking into a hotel, along with excellent customer service throughout the rest of our one night stay (and champagne waiting in our room upon our arrival!). Thank you for the amazing corner room, we loved our morning coffee taking in the stunning waterfront view. Don't hesitate to stay here, you'll love it!

Very professional staff nice rooms and fantastic location. The raid the pantry is such a great idea and service beyond what one would expect. I return here every year because it is the most rewarding stay I have been too and I have seen many many hotels

I was extremely pleased with the level of service and amenities offered. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I hope u have reason to visit Kirkland again and have another stay at Woodmark!

Best hotel in area by far! Views, restaurants, and staff. Head and shoulders above other "four star" hotel in area. Thanks to free kayaks - got to see huge American Eagle too! Highly recommended.

We paid a lot of money to start here at a lake view room. Shortly after checking in, we realized this is one of those hotels that makes most of their revenue on weddings and prioritizes them above their guests. Despite promising us wedding would be over at ten, there were drunk guests smoking cigars and yelling outside and later inside the hallways. In the morning, the entire floor smelled like Motel 6.

Nice resort area on a peaceful lake
It's a nice walk on the property, and some random modern art.

Great shower situation - water pressure and bath products are good; and towels are very soft and absorbent

- Chocolates on the beds
- Fruit infused water in the lobby and ground floor
- Raid the pantry (evening stacks) - it's not bad - single serving cereals, small bottles of milk, water, juice, gummy candy, bags of chips, cereal and granola type bars
- Shuttle - to anywhere within 5 miles, very friendly
- The hotel has 4 bikes (and helmets) on hand to let you borrow

From the moment I was greeted by the valet I was surprised and delighted. Upon entering the hotel I was greeted by a beautiful black lab wagging her tail in greeting and the desk clerk knew my name. I was then treated to a glass of champagne and a room upgrade! The room was fabulous and the bed/pillows were amazing. We ate at the restaurant and the food was delicious, the staff attentive and friendly. When I went to get a cup of coffee at Starbuck's before I checked out the staff carefully loaded my car and had my receipt printed and ready for me. This kind of personal care and attention to detail is rare and so refreshing. I will stay here whenever I have meetings in Redmond and would recommend it highly to anyone wanting an exceptional experience in Seattle.

Great bartenders, great drinks, the bussers seem to really enjoy their job. It's kind of funny that they all act like they're in high school. Wonderful experience overall. I'm definitely coming back!

After checking out I checked my cc statement and noticed that they have posted a charge that's ~$250 over the receipt they gave me. And, the Bin on the Lake charged me $65 twice for dinners on the day I'd left. Feel very ripped off. Also the food isn't great and for a four star hotel service could be better. The room was clean, comfortable and the view is amazing.

I sat out on the back patio getting bar service and enjoying the view. The pavillion had been decorated for a wedding reception and was stunning. Very sophisticated.

This was a work event and as work events go, this was a decent place to be. Lunch buffet was delicious! Right on the water. Helpful staff. Mostly quiet and secluded. Room got a little stuffy but otherwise great.

This is a beautiful place with friendly and outgoing staff. While the hotel is great, it's what's outside that matters most. Nearby are fancy restaurants, beautiful walking routes, spas, and access to boat/jet ski rentals. I will gladly return here soon and highly recommend the location.

Great hotel overall.

Great hotel overall.

Only disappointing thing is one must pay for parking. Around 12 dollars.

Raid the pantry was also average.

When you check into the hotel and spa, it s like walking into a little oasis. Very relaxed and chill environment. The staff are like family and always cheerful and welcoming. It s a small resort tucked away on beautiful carillon point in Kirkland. The spa is amazing and the therapists are exceptional. Good price point and free parking. Don t forget to enjoy your complimentary champagne and indulge in a massage, luxury pedicure or oxygen facial. I highly recommend this place to everyone I know.

Great facility with underground parking. Attended a professional event in a beautiful ballroom that looks out into the water. The sound system needs work. But the service and food were great.

I stayed at the Woodmark with my husband for our HONEYMOON and the staff was Rude/unprofessional. Jenn the manager Lacks proper customer service skills. The beach cafe bartenders do not honor their 4 Diamond ranking and disrespected their guests request with attitude and laziness. This place is turning into a dump in regards to terrible staffing and lack of customer service skills. The Woodmark is known for great customer service and I have yet to have that experience with them.

I had an overnight stay at the Woodmark and thoroughly enjoyed the facility. The room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was updated and had a large tub. I ate in the restaurant and enjoyed the food very much. The staff in the hotel and the restaurant were well trained and very helpful and friendly. Good staff, good room, good food, good views! I couldn't ask for more.

A good place to stay in the area. I was here with my friends, they are helping me find a place to stay. We are about to move out and head here because I got a good offer. I think we found the best people to talk to. They are showing us cool places. After a day of house hunting. It is a nice comfy bed that awaits me. I got a nice bath and meal and head straight to sleep. It was a very nice and calming sleep.

My stay at the Woodmark was great. The view of the lake is wonderful. I have never been to Washimgton before and they had great suggestions on what to see and where to go. The staff was always helpful with my many request and sometimes even going above and beyond what's expected in my opinion. I will definitely have to return.

Very impressed. Hospitality at it's best. Our suite was not ready upon arrival due to a late check out by the previous guest. We were given a a different room until our suite was ready so we could freshen up or rest. We were very grateful for this offer as we had just spent 9 hours driving. After a quick shower we enjoyed a couple of drinks at the hotel's restaurant, The Beach Cafe, overlooking Lake Washington. While enjoying the amazing views (and cocktails) our luggage was picked up and redelivered to our booked accommodations. Next time we're heading to Seattle, I know where we're staying..again !!!
