Truly the worst housing association I've experienced. Cannot plan and carry out work if they want to come at all. There is not even a response to an officially submitted complaint. When this house was delivered, there were a number of defects that were not remedied. With that made the front page of the newspaper, you expect that they will try to do things better in the future.
