Great place, has everything you need, well laid out, Winter Park Lodging is top notch, I would rent from them again and again

What a fantastic house! Spacious and modern, with a balcony that affords a great view and a hot tub! The two living areas were perfect for adults and kids to have their own entertainment space. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable with plenty of bedding available. The modern kitchen was clean and had everything you could possibly need for a home cooked meal. Winter Park Resort and Safeway are minutes away. The management company reached out several times to ask how we were doing and if we needed anything. That was much appreciated, as not everyone offers such service. The check in process was hassle free as they provide you a door code to access the house. We loved staying here and we'd definitely love to be back.

Excellent stay. Perfect location. Parking right under building, walk to the lift while pulling your stuff in a complimentary red wagon. Catch the free shuttle to Fraser.

Sawmill 220 is a nice property, thanks to the family/owners. We hope to get the property for Jazz Festival 2019! The Winter Park Lodging Company staff were nice, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, fun to talk to. We locked ourselves out of a bedroom and the maintenance staff was there in a matter of minutes. This may have been our best jazz festival experience ever!! Thanks WPLC!!!

This was my first stay at the Trail Head Lodges in Winter Park. They were so nice to us.

We drove to Winter Park and on the way I started to feel ill. We had planned on skiing all day and then arriving at the Lodge at the 4 p.m. check-in, but I really wasn't up to it. We called this company up to see if we could check in a little early. They were kind enough to do so.

Later they dropped by a water bottle with some tea and emergen-c like drinks for me. Very thoughtful. We found a problem with the heat and within 10 minutes someone dropped by to assist.

Although they are still finishing some of the buildings the construction was not a bother. The small pool and hot tub were also very nice.

They called a few minutes after we checked out to see how everything went. The rooms were large and comfortable. We had 6 people with us and it felt well sized. There were even two open bunks.

Base loft 114 was fantastic. The property was very clean, modern, and well appointed. The air bed was great for kids and super easy to use. We spent 2 nights and enjoyed the village summer activities. It was a relaxed place. I received a courtesy call from property mgmt on arrival and upon checkout along with a handwritten welcome note. Really good service.

I have rented the past few years a variety of places and they are always super helpful, nice, and accommodating. Bear Pause was an awesome spot, and super comfortable. Had everything we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was amazing after a long day in the cold and the home has everything we needed to truly enjoy our long weekend away. We would stay again!

WOW, very professional, responsive and accommodating! The house was GORGEOUS and so well equipped. I want someone to come into my house and decorate it that well and stock the kitchens with all the right tools to cook meals. Even the throw blankets were perfectly selected. And the company was so good with communicating and ensuring we were good. Would recommend and plan on staying at the exact house again!

We rented a beautiful townhouse and could not be happier!!! The location was perfect, the management company was very responsive to any question we had, and they truly made us feel welcome and important. I would give 10 stars if I could. We will definitely use them again!!!

This company is amazing and goes the extra mile to make your stay special and unforgettable. I rented Cozens Pointe I302 and was welcomed with a delightful hand written note, treats and treats for our pup. The hospitality continued with a welcome phone call and when departed another phone call to ensure we had a lovely stay! All little touches,that went a long way.

The property itself was spotless, equipped with everything a person could possibly need, including family games.

I plan to be a forever customer.

The Sawmill Station unit is located in a good area with easy access to the amenities in Winter Park. When we arrived at the unit it had damaged to the flooring that needed repair, still pending. We found it did was not stocked with new towels or bed linens to accommodate the group and size as advertised. It did not have much in the kitchen, no towels. We finally got part of that the next day. The washer was 1/2 full of water and had laundry from prior guest still in the unit. It would not drain so with limited towels this was an issue. It was later the next day when a repairman arrived and make crude repairs that the owner would want fixed better. Office is nice to work with, unit needs attention and was not a good value for the price due to these items.

we had great time at this cabin. The house was so big with all the facility in it. felt like home.

Extremely satisfied with the 1 bed apartment. Very clean, excellent location and been on the 2nd floor was a truly ski in ski out!!! Will definitely stay again on our next ski vacation!

The townhouse we stayed in was spacious, beautiful & clean. Perfect for a weekend getaway.

This condo is beautiful and very accommodating. We had 10 individuals - 4 adults and 6 children. Plenty of room for everyone. Furnished very nicely with all the comforts of home. The only major issue was, that out of 3 bathrooms, only 1 bath had a locking door. The other two bathroom doors did not have a lock. This was a major issue with 6 children. Locks are really needed on the bathroom doors. Other than the locks, it was a great trip & we hope to return next year to this condo. The lodging company was extremely easy to work with and it was exceptionally nice to receive such personal service.

Very comfortable, attractive and nicely appointed condo. The price and fees were much more reasonable than most listings. The property managers were very responsive and cheerful when we called with questions. My sister was having trouble logging onto the wifi. We called for help and they sent someone over immediately. Took him 2 seconds to figure out the problem. It was user error - caps lock - we're old. ;) Be sure to look for tiny dimmer slides next to several of the light switches - makes a huge difference in the lighting. Also, be aware of the step-down entering the Master Bedroom through the left door. I love the top-down/bottom-up blinds. They provide light and views while providing privacy. The steps from the parking lot to the front door are only 6" or 7" high instead of 9" which made them much easier to manage even with the high altitude. I would not hesitate to rent this property again.

We had a blast on the slopes along with sitting outside at one of the restaurants. Ryan the chair lift operator made the kids special by giving them a pin to attach to their jacket. The best part was from our room (Zephyr Mountain Lodge) you could watch everyone on the slopes and go in the room for a break and go back out again at your own convenience. Not loading the car or on to a bus was a big plus for us. Loved the experience.

I love Winter Park and Winter Park Lodging Company! I will always pick WPLC if there is availability, because I can trust that they will offer the best, hassle-free service and fix any issue that arises, pronto. The condo I stayed in was spectacular, cozy, and modern, with great views of the skiers and mountain. There was all that I needed provided in the condo, even a really yummy trail mix and a starter supply of coffee. Thanks so much!

The space worked perfectly for the 9 of us. The skiers elected the bit challenging ski in and ski out which is a nice option. I did miss more sunlight coming into the place as the building behind blocked the morning light and the afternoon light was slow in arriving. Appreciate the Christmas decorations and the treat ,box.

Winter Park Lodging Company offered the best service we have had in many years "in the mountains", and we will happily book again! They took personalized customer service far beyond web-based reservation offerings.

We had a family of 19 staying at Hygge Mountain Lodge in Tabernash last week it was fantastic! The home was in the perfect location for what we wanted to do. We had easy access to Winter Park, Grand Lake, Breckenridge, and the Trail Ridge Road in Rocky Mountain Nat'l Park. In addition to being very well equipped for sleeping, meals and recreation, the accommodations were spacious and clean. Everyone loved the trip!

We went in the summer, but had cooler days so didn't find the lack of AC a problem in the condo. The common areas were a bit warm. The condo was clean and decorated nicely. The showers were hot. We didn't use the TV. The master bed was comfortable. The hot tubs were good though could have been a couple degrees warmer and we wished they stayed open later. Overall, we had a great time and had a relaxing weekend with activities occurring both in the village and Winter Park center. There was a sufficient handful of choices for dining. We will be back.

A few small things that could be improved: There were some kitchen items missing such as a pitcher (we had to use the blender) and no coffee filters for the coffee maker (we purchased in the nearby convenience store). Also, the outdoor furniture needed cleaning prior to use.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Snowblaze C24! We were there late January and it was freezing! The proximity to town made commuting to food and to Winter Park very easy! No car? No worries, everything you need is right there. The staff and Lodging company was excellent as well. We will definitely be using them for our Winter Park stays in the future!

The service was amazing and the house was spectacular. They were attentive and made it a perfect stay for us. The kids didn t want to leave the house.

The lodging company was easy to work with. They were prompt in answering my questions and making sure all was good to go. Our unit 2302 was pretty good! It did lack fans and in the summer we were hot. We ended up buying two fans from Murdocks in WP and left them in the unit for the next guests!. A laundry basket would have been nice to help get out clothes to and from the guest laundry room. Overall our stay was great! The construction in the resort was a bummer, but growing pains will lead to wonderful things next season!

My family and I had a great experience with this company. Their customer service is top-notch; the home we rented was spotless and met our needs perfectly. I highly recommend working with them for rental housing. They are true professionals.

Fantastic company to stay with. We booked a home with their service for last week and we had no issues at all. From start to finish the service was excellent and timely. We will be back next year and you can bet we will be staying in one of their properties.

Excellent experience with this company. They were very informative, flexible, and easy to work with. The check-in process is done using an app that generates a door code at your check-in time, allowing you to go directly to your rental without waiting in line at an office for keys, etc. The app also gives other useful info (hot tub instructions, WiFi passwords, etc). I called them multiple times leading up to my reservation and they were extremely helpful and courteous every time. They allowed us to check in about 4 hours early and check out about 2 hours late to accommodate our arrival/departure schedules. This is the best lodging company I have ever worked with hands down. Highly recommend to anyone traveling to WP.

We had a great time and loved the property we stayed in. It was a wonderful week.

I rented a one bedroom unit at the Zephyr Mountain Lodge through VRBO, Winter Park Lodging was managing the property and everything went very smoothly. The property was well maintained and in a great location, They communicated well and allowed me to check in an hour early, When I had an issue with the gas automatic fireplace, they sent someone over within an hour to take a look and show me the workaround to light it.

My only complaint was there was a lot of fees. Owner's fee, management fee, cleaning fee, and mandatory damage fee that drove up the advertised cost. Next time, I would book directly with Winter Park Lodging but I didn't know they were the managers when I initially booked.

Excellent Service. The communication is beyond compare and makes the vacation that much more enjoyable. The property I rented was spotless! I would highly recommend this company.

Responsive and helpful--some equipment issues but overall a great experience

Couldn't have had a better vacation in Winter Park. This was not only due to all the activities we did but the capable guidance of all the WPLC staff who brought customer service to a new height. The house we stayed in was nothing short of spectacular on ever dimension. Even when the alarm system malfunctioned they were immediately on top of it to get it fixed. Would definitely book with them again.

What a great company!! A real pleasure to do business with, a knowledgeable and friendly staff that knows all the ins and outside of Winter Park.

Fox Trax was just what we needed for a getaway from the Covid craziness. It was certainly a different trip in that many restaurants were on limited menus and outdoor seating or carry out and crowds were definitely down. But the house was as expected/described and worked out great for our 7 adults and one child.

The location of the house is excellent, and it's close to perfect for 2-3 couples. The views, hot tub, amenities, and heated floors are the highlights, but there is a glaring problem. The beds in at least 2 of the 3 bedrooms are so uncomfortable that I slept on a blow up mattress and someone else in our group slept on the couch (which also meant we weren't sleeping in the same bed as our spouses which is kinda weird on vacation). Quality sleep is super important at elevation when you're skiing all day and need to be rested for the next day, and unfortunately this was a big miss on this house. I know the property managers can't control the beds the property owners install, but I would not return to this location unless the beds (or mattress toppers at a minimum) were replaced.

Winter Park Lodging Company was great to work with! They were very helpful in answering questions and making recommendations before our stay, were quick to address any minor issues that came up and were prompt in follow up to ensure we had a good stay. We will definitely use Winter Park Lodging for our next mountain vacation and you should too - you won't be disappointed.

I highly recommend Winter Park Lodging Company! They are extremely accommodating, helpful, and kind. When planning my family's reunion it was a huge help to know I could call them with any questions and to walk through which property would best suite our needs. I only wish I lived closer! :-)

The condo itself was fine, but the front desk was not helpful as we booked through a different company. It was all confusing. In addition to that, for the entire building there were only 2 small hot tubs, and one of them wasn't even functional. I booked through Home Away, which was a huge mistake, cause they just add a fee and no other value. A final bummer was that, though advertised as ski in/ski out, you in fact had to walk with skis and boots several hundred feet to get to the gondola, and skiing back you also had to stop on the slopes and walk back. Not a huge deal, but when priced as ski in/ski out, it doesn't seem right.

On the bright side, the people at Winter Park are very nice and we got lucky with great weather and good snow.

I am going to do more research next time and probably go to a different resort with true ski in/ski out, and try to book directly.

When I originally booked through a aggregator website, I was a little apprehensive. The pictures looked good, the price was amazing, and the location was perfect; there had to be some catch. Let me assure you, there is no catch with Winter Park Lodging Company. Emails were timely, phone calls were received after booking by the staff to touch base if I needed anything, and when I reached out about early availability on check in day, I was easily accommodated. The staff continued to text me with updated instructions and to verify everything was satisfactory. Even confirmed the emergency contact info if any problem should arise (which none did). Can't wait for my next experience. 5 stars.

LOVED LOVED LOVED this condo! Great location to get to everything in Winter Park. We have always stayed in the ski in/out and decided to stay in winter park to save some money. It has forever changed where I will stay when visiting. You can walk to most restaurants and the shuttle bus is very close to condo. Very easy to get back and forth to ski lifts. The condo was amazing! Very clean and very comfortable! Would stay here again! There was 5 of us. Two adults and 3 teens ages 16-19. We all had a bed to sleep on and there was plenty of room for all of us.

Great service before, during and after our stay. Easy to communicate with via email or phone - responded to questions within 24 hours on email, open 7 days/week and answer phone directly. During our visit, we had a few things we asked for and they brought them right to our house. Very friendly and helpful staff. Overall a great experience and I would use this Winter Park Lodging again! I highly recommend booking through them.

Winter Park Lodging Company was extremely friendly and helpful. They always answered texts that were sent and made sure we had everything we needed for our Thanksgiving trip. I would definitely recommend them to anyone visiting Winter Park! We will be back and they will be our first call.

We always enjoy our stays at Winter Park. WPLC has reasonable rates on their rooms and no exorbitant cleaning and booking fees. The rooms are clean and well taken care of. The company contacted us before, during and after our stay to see that everything was satisfactory, which we appreciate. We will definitely use WPLC to book our stays at Winter Park in the future.

Great place to stay at! Facilities were well kept, things were labeled to make getting around easier, and they even left a package of trail mix for us! Would definitely consider staying at again if in the area.

Winter Park Lodging Company is an exceptional property manager. Their attention to small details is unusual, from welcoming their guests to small guest amenities. Their guest service agents are professional, helpful and very responsive. I left some clothing items behind in a bedroom dresser and they were very diligent about doing all they could to solve the problem. Great experience!

Amazing stay. I rented 2 condos for my wedding party since we were doing a wedding at Devil's Thumb Ranch and the guests did not want to shell out the coin to stay there. Property management was GREAT communicating with us and called to make sure we checked in OK and once again when we checked out to ensure everything went smoothly. The prices are very reasonable, especially when compared to what else is available in the area. They even brought us a bottle of Hennessy to help celebrate the wedding! I will definitely be returning if I never need more than one bedroom in WP. Highly recommended!

We stayed at the Base Village Loft unit 114. It's in the Resort and convenient to everything. The unit was clean, comfortable and very well furnished. Would stay there again if the need arises. Thank you !

We had a great time at Founder's Point. Our condo was comfortable and clean. We had a great view of the village from the patio. We were only steps away from the lift and the village. We will definitely be returning!

These folks are some of the best to work with! Communication was great, and the house was wonderful! Check in was easy, and the house was super clean and well maintained! The view was also incredible, the slopes were less than a mile within walking distance which made it very easy to get back and forth-- we also had access to the shuttle, which was very convenient. We cannot wait to come back!

Our experience with Trout Creek Lodge and Winter Park Lodging Company was excellent. They were very organized and helpful through the planning stages, and responsive and attentive during our 5-day stay. The lodge was beautiful roomy, comfortable, and fully equipped. All in all, a VERY good experience, and I would highly recommend Winter Park Lodging Company.

Stayed in Lakota Reserve and the views were incredible... nice cozy home!

We have stayed with Winter Park Lodging Company for 3 years now and have had a wonderful experience each time. We have had only one year that we had some issues with a home and they were on it fast and friendly. They take all the guess work out of traveling...the homes are well stocked and pretty much think of everything you could need. Their check in process is seamless and easy and the homes are always clean and ready for your stay. The app they have has all the information you need for the resort and the area making it easy to find all that you need. Highly recommend and we will use again and again!

Our family of 8 (5 adults, 3 17-year-old young men) stayed for 4 nights in mid-March, 2019. We could not have asked for a better place. The condo is tastefully decorated. A great touch is that all the light switches are labeled. My wife commented that the beds were the most comfortable she had ever slept in. (It's a Leesa matress.) Humidifiers were provided for every bedroom - a thoughtful touch. Three full baths and a powder room meant no one was waiting for a bathroom. The kitchen amenities were all there, including most cooking staples. We had an issue with the hot tub on the first day, and by the next morning it was fixed. Towels for the hot tub are conveniently located in a basket by the patio door. The Green Line shuttle provides convenient service to the slopes every 20 minutes, and is about a 100-yard walk from the condo. Communication with the management company was wonderful. Lakota Antlers 300 was everything we had hoped it would be, and then some!

Loved everything, The property was ideal. They were beyond our expectations.
Positives - Easy access, Lots of parking space, cleanliness, Cooking equipment was provided, Board games, Ping Pong and billiards, Towels & napkins were provided, Were able to hold our shipments, Able to extend our check out time on request, Promptly able to answer my queries and were able to guide us.
Negatives - The air was dry in the house but they provided humidifiers, House fits 14 people, we had to adjust to fit 15., Outdoor tub was not accessible,

Condo is very nice with everything you need and slope side. Be aware there is no working tv.

Conveniently located; close to bus route, ski rental shop & the Corridor ski run down to lifts (although it is an uphill hike to get to the Corridor).

Basecamp #492 was a very nice unit; well equipped and in excellent condition.

Top notch service. We have found the rental units to be well kept and well managed. Our last visit we had a problem with the hot tub. The issue was resolved within the hour - and with smiles. Excellent experience with this company.

Location was great. Place was roomy enough for the 6 of us. Really enjoyed the hot tub. Only negative thing...carpet was frayed where it met the tile and all the carpet nails poked through. My kids and I didn't enjoy stepping on those when it did happen.

Our stay in Winter Park and Rendezvous Lookout Point was fantastic! Winter Park and Fraser are beautiful in late June/early July when we stayed. We had a couple of wonderful cool nights and the daytime highs were mid 70s at most. Our townhome on Lookout Point was perfect! We had the mountain view we had hoped for as well as that feel of being IN the mountains. The drive from the main road had us climbing up to our road where we overlooked the town a bit and then of course look out in all directions to mountains. The townhome was of course very clean, updated, and had all the luxuries of home you could ask for. We had all the space we needed and then some. We cooked out on the grill and ate on the balcony in the perfect weather. Winter Park Lodging Company made every part of our vacation seamless. We arrived late in the evening after a 14 hour drive and it was nice to be able to easily enter our vacation home with no hassle at all. And it was so convenient to have a few items to get us started, such as coffee for our first morning! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and there is no question we will make it back. All my family asks of me is to FLY them there to avoid the 14 hour drive :)

We used WPLC every year and they've never let us down...you can't control the weather and sometimes things need maintenance, but what they CAN control, they do...and well.

This property is gorgeous and so well-appointed. I brought my staff here for a retreat and we had an amazing stay. Everyone was comfortable and it was so fun. This was a perfect fit, and I will rent it again.

We stayed at Winter Park Resort August 4-10th at Founders Point. I couldn t have been more pleased with the rental process and the friendly phone calls leading up to and during our stay. Each call was informative and they always asked if there was anything we needed. We were notified our room was ready for early check in long before we arrived. We traveled with 3 children and the room and resort was a perfect fit for us. It was the off-season for the resort which was perfect for us because it wasn t crowded at all. We will definitely be returning to Winter Park in the summers!!

We booked a stay through Winter Park Lodging Company and had some complications that neither side could have fully anticipated. The staff at Winter Park Lodging, specifically Sam, Jenna and Meg, made sure that we were taken care of in a display of customer service that was truly exceptional. We'll certainly be booking through WP Lodging Co in the future, fantastic company to work with, can't recommend them enough! Customer service/reservations team is filled with highly capable, intelligent and helpful people; really made for one great impression after the other for this consumer.

We had an amazing vacation and stayed at elk run cabin. The home was spectacular and perfect for our group! Originally, I booked through a third party, which messed up our reservation. One week prior to arriving, I was in a panic! But the staff at winterpark Lodging worked out a transfer and made sure we had a beautiful place to stay while there
Because the staff was amazing and the cabin is absolutely perfect we're considering going back this summer. Thanks to all the ladies that made this vacation possible!

Great weekend stay! We stayed in the Lakota neighborhood. Excellent place to stay close to Winter Park resort. Easy communication with host staff.

We can't say enough good things about Winter Park Lodging or the property, Jane's Chalet, they prepared for us. Eleven of us go on ski holiday every Christmas and Jane's Chalet is the finest property we have ever let. It lacks for nothing. It is nice to have a rental that has every accoutrement we could have ever wanted. We brought a chef, and the kitchen was not only stocked with all the spices and equipment she would need, but it had place settings for 15 and the space to seat everyone. There was no need for that first-day trip to the store to get all the things that most kitchens should already have. We were fully stocked. We entered into a two-car heated garage attached to a large Mud Room that had plenty of room for all of our skis, hooks for our coats and a dozen cubby holes for our individual gloves, hats, helmets, and gear. It is such a time saver to be getting ready to go out and not have to search through the pile of glove liners to find my own. Everyone had their own storage space and it was wonderful to hang our skis in the heated garage so there was never puddles of water anywhere. This unit is a true ski-in/ski-out. The slope is 5 yards from the back deck so we dressed inside, carried our skis 15' to a roped-in lane that separated us from the downhill skiers. We then headed straight downhill to the Gondola at the main lodge. There is not a single trudging step through any snow. If you are so moved, you can also carry your skis up the hill about 200 yards and take the Super Gauge Express straight to the top. The kids walked up, we skied down, it was perfect. The Great Room is ideal for cards and puzzling or just watching one of the many big-screen televisions. It is nice to have a big fireplace, as well as a hot tub located just two steps out of the living room door. We used the tub every day and it is typical of the type of service provided by Winter Park Lodging that there was a basket of towels just inside the living room door for when we came in from the tub. We did not have to bring down our bath towels. And, in the middle of our trip, someone came to check the ph of the tub. The showers are hot and the water pressure more than adequate, the washer and dryer are brand new, and there are a separate drink refrigerator and dishwasher, downstairs, so we did not have to go up and down all the time. If you have not spent a lot of time at altitude...this is a fabulous benefit. I could go on and on...but you get the point. Dealing with Winter Park Lodging is like dealing with the most luxe of Five-Star resorts. They do everything first class. For example, we were arriving from all over the world and we had shipped things in advance. We did not have to go to the Rental Office to pick up our gear; the folks from Winter Park delivered all the goods which were waiting for us when we arrived late Saturday night. It is such a comforting feeling of relief to walk in the door and see our skis already there. This has been our best group experience and we are sure we will go back.

I don't where to start except by simply saying our stay was outstanding! Prior to arrival we received a few communications to let us know how to access, what to expect, and directions on how to locate our lodging. Once we arrived the facility looked exactly like the pictures but even better in person so the kids were very excited and happy to stay in their bunkbeds and explore.

We purchased groceries before we arrived so we could enjoy the atmosphere and environment but what was amazing was that in addition to having everything we need... this facility had more than we expected. There were boardgames, books, movies, a playpens, gate for stairs, fans, and surprisingly they were even stocked with various seasonings and spices. The stay was excellent and we also used the outdoor grill one of the days.

Along with a great place to stay, there was a small sledding hill across the street that the little ones played on into the night because they offered free sleds.

Again, I can't say how much we enjoyed our stay. The comforts of home away from home... we will definitely plan to use this location again in the future. Awesome!

The place was beautiful and perfect for 3 families with teenagers and 20 some year olds. Pool table and hot tub were used everyday. The issues we had were kitchen pots, pans and utensils need to be replaced, they were not in good shape. The other thing was mice droppings found on one of the floors, we called customer service right away and they sent one of their maintenance guys to take care of ckeaning and putting down all natural scent packets. Customer Service was great, but this issue should of been taken care of before we arrived.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Beautiful condo. View was compromised due to the construction going on right next door. I would so rent this condo again though. Loved the private hot tub.

Our rental at Cozens Pointe was wonderful! The condo was very clean, comfortable and had an amazing view. We will definitely rent from Winter Park Lodging again.

This company was great to work with. Covid cancelled our plans in the prior year and they were super helpful in getting us booked for the following year including a discount. They sent us a nice gift for the inconvenience of being cancelled. Even helped with making sure we had any needed lift tickets, answering questions for our travel and checking in at various times that our stay was good. Super nice staff, friendly and quality service from them! We didn't have any problems at all and I would easily use them for a stay here again or even for booking a different place.

What can I say? We loved EVERYTHING about our stay in Zephyr Mountain Lodge at Winter Park! The property has exceptional communication via text messages, e-mail, and phone calls (in a wonderful way, not an annoying way). When we arrived, our window was broken and was letting in a lot of cold air. After a quick call, maintenance arrived within 5 minutes to fix it. Our location was perfect ( Zephyr is ski in/ski out), we were able to store our skis in our same building which was a huge plus, and we were also able to rent our skis, etc in the same building. Everything was so convenient! The Village is super cute with plenty of great places to eat. The mountain itself is amazing! So many lifts and runs. Plenty for the whole family, and even though it was spring break and there were a lot of people we never waited in a lift line or felt crowded. We highly recommend this place for everyone! My only critique would be to add a floor lamp in the bedroom. There are no overhead lamps and only 1 very dim bedside lamp and the room can be quite dark. Otherwise, we were very comfortable during our stay.

Nothing but good things to say about Winter Park Lodging Company and our stay at both Old Town Lofts 1 & 2. Great location, for a few of our large party (17) we were given garage access early in the day to drop off bags and even early check in once the properties were ready. Both Lofts were gorgeous, fully functional and clean. The directTV was nice as all of us Oklahomans got to watch an epic Thunder comeback while we enjoyed cocktails. Plus, a fairly easy walk to the base if you didnt want to wait a few minutes for the shuttle at the end of the street. Thanks Winter Park Lodging, you guys were awesome!

WPLCO did not disappoint once again!! We loved staying at Trailhead, close to all the events in town. Thanks for another fabulous spot to rest our head!!

The property was clean and tastefully decorated. The unit was located on a wooded mountain side with neighbors on all sides. Hot tub on the balcony with grill-grill wasn't clean. One of the bedrooms had a bunk bed - didn't like that option but overall a nice room. There was no garage door opener for renter use so coming and going in the car was a bit inconvenient. Overall it was very nice.

Great communication, so easy to check in and out, the ease of being able to ski in/ski out and have lockers is so so helpful for those long skiing days. The hot tub is amazing - perfect after a day outside! All the amenities you need in the unit. Would stay here every time I go to winter park!

Winter Park Lodging Company was wonderful to work with. We rented a large home for a weekend wedding and the staff was very helpful. They sent ideas and recommendations on florists, venues, and bakeries. The home was in great condition, and they were available whenever we needed them, before and during our stay. Thank you for making our wedding weekend fabulous!

Our group had a great week at the Dream House. It had everything we wanted and sitting on the front porch and watching the sun come over the mountain was simply breathtaking. The Jen and Jill were great to work with and we will be back.

The property, in our case Two Brothers Cabin, was great place to hang out and relax. It was a wonderful home base for our family of 17, ages 1-99 as we enjoyed many of the activities this area has to offer. Toys were provided for our children, the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, etc., and the Winter Park Lodging Company was great with their communication before, after and during our stay. It was a wonderful stay packed with life long memories. We will definitely use WPLC for our next trip to Winter Park.

I've rented many vacation rentals, and this was by far the best experience I've ever had. They were easy to work with on the reservation and then followed up with me right up until arrival. Mobile app was very helpful. I would not hesitate to use them again. The unit we rented was amazing as well. We had everything we needed to enjoy our ski trip. 5 adults and 6 kids. Everyone had their own bed!
