Very comfortable, attractive and nicely appointed condo. The price and fees were much more reasonable than most listings. The property managers were very responsive and cheerful when we called with questions. My sister was having trouble logging onto the wifi. We called for help and they sent someone over immediately. Took him 2 seconds to figure out the problem. It was user error - caps lock - we're old. ;) Be sure to look for tiny dimmer slides next to several of the light switches - makes a huge difference in the lighting. Also, be aware of the step-down entering the Master Bedroom through the left door. I love the top-down/bottom-up blinds. They provide light and views while providing privacy. The steps from the parking lot to the front door are only 6" or 7" high instead of 9" which made them much easier to manage even with the high altitude. I would not hesitate to rent this property again.
