Great service before, during and after our stay. Easy to communicate with via email or phone - responded to questions within 24 hours on email, open 7 days/week and answer phone directly. During our visit, we had a few things we asked for and they brought them right to our house. Very friendly and helpful staff. Overall a great experience and I would use this Winter Park Lodging again! I highly recommend booking through them.
